`<=> (2x+1)/[(x-1)(x-4)] + [5(x-4)]/[(x-1)(x-4)] = [2(x-1)]/[(x-1)(x-4)]`

`=> 2x+1 + 5x -20 = 2x-2`

`<=> 5x = 17`

`<=> x= 17/5`(thỏa mãn ĐKXĐ)

Vậy tập nghiệm của phương trình là `S={ 17/5}`
