Nowadays, people have been so busy in their hectic life style and do not have time to keep themselves healthy or stay fit. It is the fact that we must eat healthy, practice cleanliness and involve in daily physical exercises in order to remain healthy and fit. As we know that there is no alternate to the hard work, in the same way there is no alternate to the health and fitness. Health and fitness is the combination of healthy living with healthy lifestyle. Psychological health is very necessary with the physical health of a person in order to be healthy and fit. We need to eat healthy food and do physical exercises on daily basis in order to remain physically healthy however we need to think positive to remain mentally healthy.
We need to get self motivated as well as take part in the fitness-style activities. We should take our fitness as the matter of every-day routine. Being fit should be our first aim of living a healthy lifestyle. It doesn’t require exercising for hours, just a small amount of exercise and healthy food on daily basis is enough to maintain the health and fitness. We should keep our eyes always open and select stairs instead of the elevator, use cycle instead of car or bike for nearby areas, walk to the next bus stop, etc creates really a big difference. Being involved in daily physical exercises not only keep us fit but also improve our lifestyle and healthy living. It increases our energy level and thus confidence level.
We should enjoy spending hours on morning walk, running, working out at the gym or other physical activities to keep body functioning well as well as improve muscle endurance. We should eat fresh cooked food instead of stale food in order to remain away from the digestive disorders.

Being a volunteer is one of the best things you can do for your life. It is a great thing to help others. You will be pleased when you know that you do not waste your time helping people but need help.

Many of us can and should participate in some volunteer activity outside. Many volunteer organizations are in need of more people. This is really easy. Just pick up the phone and tell them what you can do.

I think there are too many of us drowning in lazy lifestyles. We just want to go home and watch TV. Life is much more exciting when you are a volunteer.

I really opened my eyes and understood more about how other people live. It's sad to see how disappointing the government is, but at least I'm doing my job.

Dear Legg,
Today I will tell you about a volunteer work I have done. I want to help those who are struggling in life. I want to do it because not for the money that is charitable as providing food and clothing for the winter when they do not get cold. I will mobilize people to donate money to the poor. I'd like to do this charity because I can devote a part of the country even if nothing more!

My favorite hobby is listening to music . I first started my hobby since the first time I have listened to US-UK music . I really love music because music helps me relax when I'm tired . I usually share my hobby to my best friend and my family . To do this hobby I have to finish my homework and make sure that there is enough time for me to listen to music . I hoped that may be one day I would be a famous singer .

I am a student and I always care about my health and my learning journey. To make sure that I'm fine, anyway I have to protect my health by eating vegetables and fish because these food always have nutritive which is for us . I'll share things that help us protect our health : food , water , inviroment ,I think so . Protecting my health gives me a good life and also may be I live till 100 years in the future .

Dear Hue,

We haven't written to each other for a long time. There are changes in my family so we have had new rules for our family members to follow.

Because my mom has to look after our new-born brother, we have to do the household chores. Moreover, we are not allowed to come home late at night as usual because it may disturb mom and my brother.

For meals, my sister Mary has to prepare them. In the evening, we are not allowed to watch TV too late.

And another thing is that we are not permitted to talk loudly on the phone. And another thing is that my dad doesn't allow us to go out with friends whenever we have spare time.

Busy as we are, we still feel very happy because we can help parents a lot with things around home.

Dear Jim,

I'm writing to talk about my family rules. It's an interesting topic, isn’t it? It may be obvious that every family has its own rules. Mine has a few, apart from our traditional rules, especially for this school year as I'm in the final year.

First. I’m not allowed to watch TV, nearly no, except when there is a good or interesting movie or when I have finished all my homework and exercises. And my parents never let me to stay up so much late at night.

Next my parents don't permit me to go out with friends without necessary reason; for example, birthdays or funerals.

Besides, I have to take a balanced diet to keep fit for my coming exam. And one more thing I have to keep up is talking on the phone, that is I have to set a limit to my using of the phone.

Do you think I have a lot of rules to abide? Or I have no rights or freedom to do what I want or like?

As you know, there are many kinds of sports such as : badminton, voleyball, baseball.... Among them i like walking best because of the following reasons. Firstly, going for a walk is very good for our health. Every day I get up early to jog with my mother. We often walk from our house to the park for about twenty minutes so I feel better. Secondly, it is very easy to do and doesn't cost much. The only thing you need is a pair of shoes. It takes you a little time yo do. Finally, you don't spend much money on sport clothes. You can wear clothes you like. In short, walking is a fun, easy and inexpensive activity; people of all ages and abilities can enjoy it. You should walk every day to keep fit and stay healthy.

Today, sport is necessary for everyone. Sport is not only brings good health for everybody but also brings joyment for many elderly to live longer so accoreding to me. Sport is good for our health so most of people like sport. So do I, my favorite sport is badminton. It becomes a very popular sports activity. It spreads quickly from the city to the countryside. I need only a pair of rackets, a shuttlecock, a net and a small piece of landto play it. Two or four players hit the shuttlecock over the net with their rackets. I can play badminton in my free time or in a competition. Now, there are many competitions in the world. One of the strongest countries in badminton is Indonesia. I love playing badminton very much.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.
Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.
There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played.

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young.

I don’t like sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d like to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

Tôi không thích môn thể thao cơ bản, nhưng cầu lông là đặc biệt. Tôi đã luôn luôn thích chơi đó. Tôi muốn tiếp tục chơi môn thể thao này như là sở thích của tôi và vui chơi.
