I'm writing from the most beautiful and incredible place in the world that I have ever seen during my 15-year career as a travel writer in more than 70 countries. I'm writing to you from Ha Long Bay in Vietnam.

There is a saying that if you have not visited Ha Long Bay you have not yet been to Vietnam. I say that if you have not visited Ha Long Bay you have not yet seen the most beautiful place in the world.

180 km from Hanoi City, towards the northeast, it takes around 4 hours by bus due to the speed limit, and then you will arrive to Ha Long City and the wonderful Ha Long Bay.

1969 limestone islands of various shapes, sizes, and in different green and amazing colors rise above the sea level in an area of more than 1,500 square kilometers that creates this World Heritage site. Ha Long Bay still retains its historical and culture values.

The guide told me that Ha Long Bay has been twice recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1994 and 2000, and also that Ha Long Bay is in second place in the worldwide competition of the World’s Seven Natural Wonders. I told him that before all, God has given the Vietnamese people this wonder for their kindness.

Ha Long Bay is as attractive and beautiful throughout the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Traveling on small sailboats among hundreds of limestone islands, one may visit the amazing Surprise Cave, the floating fishing village, and see how the locals live are top of the list of things to do here. On Titop Island, one may swim and relax on the beach or enjoy a kayaking program to the nearby Luon Cave and much more.

And what about the important question of where to sleep? Syrena Cruises and other cruises are offering wonderful programs. A luxury cruise from the harbor and across Ha Long Bay, has 34 luxury cabins and suites each with a balcony, as well as restaurants and a meeting room on the 3rd deck. Travelers may experience Asian or Western cuisine, precisely sea food, and also have a session with a massage therapist, unwind in the sauna, take a sunbath and relax on the expansive deck, experience squid fishing, movie night, and a cooking demonstration.

Other attractions during your stay in Ha Long, beside exploring Ha Long Bay itself, if to visit the Royal Park in Halong City, Water Music, a circus performance by dolphins, sea lions, crocodiles, and much more.

The experience of visiting Ha Long Bay is unforgettable, where you will see something that will stay in your mind and eyes for years. You will enjoy meeting Vietnamese people and tasting their delicious food, you will have fresh air all day and night, especially if you wake up early in the morning and watch the sun rise on the deck coming slowly through the islands.

Be sure not to miss visiting Ha Long Bay in your lifetime. Just try to watch images and videos of this stunning and marvelous place and imagine being there experiencing the beauty and kindness of Vietnamese people. You will be booking your trip in no time.

Seven Natural Wonders of the World

Love 37 Hate 3

The Seven Natural Wonders of the World weren't made by humans, but were created by Mother Nature. Learn more about these amazing natural wonders!

Seven Natural Wonders - Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is a rocky gorge (ravine) in Arizona, USA. It was created by millions of years of wind and water erosion from the Colorado River, which cut through layer after layer of sediment. The rocks of the canyon walls range from 250 million years old at the top to over 2 billion years old at the bottom. Each layer of rock represents a distinct geological period of the Earth's past.

Seven Natural Wonders - Paricutin Volcano

Paricutin Volcano erupted out of a cornfield on February 20, 1943. Located just outside a city called Michoacan, about 200 miles west of Mexico City, Paricutin grew to 10,400 feet in just nine years, making it the fastest growing volcano ever recorded in history. Lava flows destroyed two villages and hundreds of homes, but caused no fatalities (although three people died from lightningassociated with the eruption).

Seven Natural Wonders - The Harbor at Rio de Janeiro

On the east coast of Brazil lies a picturesque scene of towering mountains andbeautiful beaches. Portugese explorers were the first Europeans to see the Harbor, also known as Guanabara Bay, on January 1, 1502. They thought they had reached the mouth of an immense river and named it Rio de Janeiro, which means River of January. Landmarks include Sugarloaf Mountain and Corcovado Peak, which is the site of a gigantic statue of Jesus Christ.

Seven Natural Wonders - Northern Lights

Northern Lights, also called Aurora Borealis, are nature's fireworks. This spectacular light show takes place in the northern regions, but can be seen from many parts of the world. They occur when solar particles from the sun collide with gases in Earth's atmosphere. The collision energy between the solar particle and the atmospheric gas is emitted as a photon (light particle). When there are many collisions, you have an aurora - lights that seem to dance across the sky.

Seven Natural Wonders - Victoria Falls

On the African border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, the tranquil Zambezi River suddenly plummets 420 feet over a cliff to form the world's largest waterfall. Victoria Falls has five different parts - Devil's Cataract, Cataract Island, Main Falls, Rainbow Falls and Eastern Cataract. David Livingstone, a Scottish missionary, was the first white man to see the waterfall in 1855. Although he named it after the Queen of England, native Africans continue to call it Mosi-oa-Tunya, which means The Smoke that Thunders, because the water makes thunderous spray clouds as it falls.

Seven Natural Wonders - Mt. Everest

About 60 million years ago, India was a separate continent that rapidly moved northward and collided with Asia. The crash pushed up the northern rim of India to create the highest mountain range in the world known as the Himalayas. Mt. Everest stands above the other mountains at 29,035 feet, making it the tallest on the planet. Thousands of people have tried to climb the treacherous mountain (it's 97 degrees below freezing!) - more than 700 have succeeded, but at least 150 have died trying.

Seven Natural Wonders - Great Barrier Reef

The world's largest coral reef is located in the Coral Sea off the coast of Queensland in Australia. It stretches over 1,400 miles in length and can be seen from space. An estimated 1,500 species of fish and 350 types of coral live and grow on the Great Barrier Reef.hihi

What famous place would you like to visit? Use reasons and details to support your answer.

If I had the chance to visit one famous place, it would be Paris. Paris is a must see place. I have not had the chance to visit it before, therefore it is my dream destination. However, some might think visiting this capital is an ordinary thing and could happen. Personally, it is more than a possible thing.

I would like to visit the Eiffel Tower which is one of the famous landmarks in France. I want to eat in its prestigious restaurants and bars. In addition, I would visit the Louver Museum and enjoy discovering history. I also would like to visit La Sorbonne University. This university is the oldest educational institutions in modern France. I would like to walk in Champselysée Avenue and watch sunset from there.

Another reason why I would like to visit Paris is to meet my aunt Nawal. My aunt Nawal left my country three years before I was born. She got married to a French man and moves there. I have never seen her in my life, therefor, visiting Paris would give me the chance to see my aunt. I also want to see my parental grandfather Pierre. My father was a French citizen before he applied to the Kuwaiti nationality. I have always wanted to visit my father's country and meet my French relatives. In addition, the most important reason I would visit Paris for is to meet the Italian actress Sophia Loren. She lives in Paris and welcomes anyone who wishes to visit her. This women has been a miraculous person for many years. I would like to visit her, take pictures, and eat lunch in her house. She wouldn't refuse, I suppose.

Summing up, I would like to visit Paris for many reasons. First, to visit Eiffel Tower, its fancy restaurants, La Sorbonne, and the Louver Museum. Second, to visit my aunt and relatives. Finally, to meet my favourite Italian actress.

Tham Khảo:

Last summer, I went to Cua lo with my family. We went there by car, it is very far from my house, it is about 400 km, so we were very tired, but at one we felt better when we saw the sea. Cua lo beach is really interesting, the beach is very large, flat, and it has a lot of sand. Waves are very strong, you will be very excited when you play with it. There are a lot of beauty spots, and good seafood there. We stayed in Binh Minh hotel. It was a very nice and comfortable hotel, it’s also rather near the sea. The weather was hot and sunny all day. The sea was cool and clear, because it was very windy in the afternoon. We went swimming twice a day. My children was excited about it. The food was extremely delicious but not very expensive. We took a lot of Photograps of the sea, bought a lot of seafood especially octopus and some sea present for our relatives. After a week in Cua lo beach we felt happy and stronger. We hope to go there again.

Solar energy thoi nha bỏ the i

18 tháng 12 2017

Hello everyone, today I'd like to tell you some information about types and sources of energy. Energy is classified into two main groups: renewable and non-renewable.

The energy generated from natural sources such as the sun, wind, rain, and tides is called renewable energy. They are plentiful and can be generated again and again. They also have low carbon emissions so they are considered green and environment-friendly. Moreover, using renewable energy can reduce your electricity bills. Unfortunately, solar energy can be only used during the daytime but not during night or the rainy season. Geothermal energy also can bring toxic chemicals beneath the earth's surface to the top and can create environmental changes.

Non-renewable energy is the energy taken from other sources that are available on earth. They are limited and will run out in the future. They can't be re-generated in a short time.Fossil fuels - natural gas, oil and coal - are examples of them. They are cheap and easy to use. However, when burnt, they release toxic gases in the air so they cause serious environmental changes such as global warming. And the important thing is that non-renewable sources will expire someday.

My best friend classmate is Nga. The first reason why I like her most is her nice appearance. She has long black hair and beautiful eyes. She is tall and thin enough to participate in VN nexttop model. Not only does she have a pretty appearance but she also has good characteristics. When I feel sad, nervous or stressful, she is always by my side and encourage me to overcome difficult challenges in my life. I'M so grateful for it. Moreover, she once said that:" If oneday you feel like crying, call me..I don't promise that i will make you laugh..but i can cry with you" In addition to that, we have unforgetable experience. In 1997, I was drowning when she appeared and secured me from the Death and since then, we has become closed fiends. We share a lot of things such as dreas, jobs, hobbies,.. I strongly believe that our relationship is lasting forever.

1)

I love to go to school. When I have a holiday I miss school. I go to school with my friends, and we enjoy biking down together. My school is two kilometers away from home. I wake up early in the morning to go to school as classes begin at quarter past seven every day.

I find my school uniform very smart. The uniform is a white shirt and a blue skirt with a black belt and blue tie. And to go with it is a pair of white socks and black shoes. The teachers are strict about our uniform being neat and spotlessly clean. At the assembly the students, all together, look very neat and well turned out.

At school I learn many new things each day. There are many subjects that are taught to us like languages, mathematics, science and social studies. We also have interesting co-curricular activities that help us learn better. We also go on educative excursions.

There are a number of extra-curricular activities also that are offered to us. We are afforded opportunities to participate in various sports, music, dance, theatre and art events. These are fun activities that also help us develop our hobbies.

1. In our society today, there are many health issues. People are choosing fast food more, since there are so many fast food restaurants. People aren't even thinking about what food they put in their mouthes. Everybody needs to realize that the more fat and cholesterol they put into their bodies, the slower their heart will beat, and that will lead to shorter lives. Some people realize they are unhelathy and set their minds to eat healhier, but the fats and cholesterol in the food is sucking them back in.
One solution, would be to offer a bigger variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and meats that aren't very red. This would help because if there was a bigger variety of all those healthy foods, and less junk food, then families would start eating right because there wouldn't be enough junk.
Another idea would be to put a chart of the food pramid and also have health articles in the newspaper about how bad junk food is affecting people and all the healthier foods we could be eating. Alot of people read the newspaper and that would help out alot. Also, health charts could be in stores on some of the walls to know what to buy to become healthier.
Another idea, would be to replace some of the fast food restaurants with restaurants that serve salads and healthy subs, like Subway. I do have to admit that people don't always have time to go home and get something healthy to eat, so they go to McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. And, have you ever noticed that if you take out the "s" in fast, it becomes fat food. Having junk food is bad for you but having, maybe, once every two weeks, then that would be ok because you wouldn't be having alot of it.
I'm sure that not many people see health issues in food like I do. But, it is a big issue. We don't have to ban "fat foods", but we can atleast limit them, making for a healthier diet. That way, everyone will have a long and happy, healthy life.

2. Phở - Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup originates from Nam Dinh Province and then is popular all over the country. It is one of Vietnamese's favorite breakfast
Phở is served as a bowl of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with thin cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Variations featuring tendon, tripe, meatballs, chicken leg, chicken breast, or other chicken organs are also available. The noodles, called bánh phở in Vietnamese, are traditionally cut from wide sheets of fresh rice noodles similar to Chinese Shahe fen, although dried noodles (also called "rice sticks") may also be used. The dish is garnished with ingredients such as green onions, white onions, coriander leaves, basil, lemon or lime wedges. In the South of Vietnam, people often have Pho with bean sprouts.
