Nowadays, teenagers have many leisure activities such as: reading books, listening to music, watching television, playing sports and so on. However, I think the best activity for teenagers is hanging out with our best friends.
First, hanging out with our friends helps us widen communication skills. For example, when we go for a walk in the park, supposing we meet the foreigners, surely we will greet and talk to them. I think communicating with foreigners helps us improve English a lot.
Secondl, hanging out helps us recover more interesting entertainments. Of course, we can recover alone, no matter how happier if we hang out with our best friend.
Last but not least, hanging out with our best friend can save our beautiful moments. Our group gather to take a photo with many different postures. This is one of the collections which is very memorable for us after a trip.
To summarize, the best leisure activity is hanging out with our best friends beacause of several reasons mentioned above. Personally, I usually hang out with my best friend on weekends and I believ that we should spend more time on hanging out with our best friends.

For me and the teenagers, the best leisure activity is watching TV. We love it because it's easy to do. Firstly, you can watch TV in your free time, just sit down and watch everything you want to relaxing after school or after work. It's really easy, right? But there is 1 note that the time you spend on watching TV is smaller than the time you do homeworks, play sports or hang out with friends. In my opinion, the best leisure activity is listening to music. But why I think so? There are 3 reasons. Firstly, listening to music after school can make you feel so relaxing. Secondly, if you listening to English music, you will learn lots of vocabularies. Besides, all of English songs have good melodies. SO it is easier to learn vocabularies. Finally, you can listen to music everytime if you want because it is easy. For these reasons, you should listening to music more and more, especially English music.

For me, I think that the best leisure activity for teenagers is gardening. There are 2 reasons why I think so.
Firstly, gardening can make you feel comfortable with fresh air. Secondly, If you want to know more about the names of plants and flowers, gardening is a good choice. It is easier to learn the name of plants and flowers if you do garden everyday. And then, you can keep and improve your love for your hobby, too. For these reasons, I think gardening is the best activity.
I believe that playing sports is the best activity for teenagers to do in their free time. Firstly, sports can help them to improve their health and reduce sickness. Secondly, many scientists said that sports help us get out of stress. Thirdly, teenagers can practice their social skills and build up relationship throughout joining in team sports. For these reasons, playing sports would be a good choice for teenagers.

But it doesn't the most helpful for a people it can cause my eyes bad, my brain better if use nice or no if use not properly. And neither improve the brain the same play in the playground. So to the brain and body so good we need play sports but doesn't play internet.
