Playing sport is necessary because it brings about physical strength and mental power to the person involved in this on regular basis. Outdoor sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, hockey, running, etc help in improving physical health and mental fitness. However, some indoor games and sports brain games, chess, Sudoku, etc improve mental power and concentration level.
Sports and games are very beneficial to us as they teach us punctuality, patient, discipline, teamwork and dedication. Being involved in the sports activities helps us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, heart problems, diabetes, etc.
It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. It makes us bold and gives the feeling of happiness by reducing the occurrence of anxiety and angry. It makes us physically fit and be mentally comfort, which we can easily deal with all the problems.
Playing sports is very necessary for the growth of an individual in our life. It's improtant to reserve a good health. Firstly, playing sports helps control weight and prevent obesity. Moreover, It also helps add body have a balance and stay in a good shape. Secondly, we can make lots of new friends when playing together and we will develop teamwork skills annd other useful skills.Finally, we can be creative, confident and feel satisfied when playing sports. Moreover, playing sports will reduce the pressures in our life, at school and relieve stress after a long day. For these reasons, I think we should spend our time playing outdoor sports such as football, badminton, basketball and ect to prevent the health issues and have a healthy life.

Long time no write to you. I don't know if you still remember me? I just had a vacation in the mountains and now I want to tell you about that exciting journey.
I went to Ham Rong mountain. On the way to the top of Ham Rong mountain, it seems that beautiful scenes that do not belong to the lower world appear before our eyes as if we were lost in the royal gardens and then set foot on the Cloud yard, Heaven's gate. At Ham Rong mountain, you will feel like you are lost in a fairyland. Ham Rong Mountain is one of the most attractive destinations in the foggy city. On the mountain, there are many miniatures and many flowers blooming. The wild beauty of Ham Rong mountain combined with human hand embellishment has created a harmonious and colorful space. The road leading to the top is stone steps, shading both sides of the road are luxuriant green trees. This will be an opportunity to explore the landscape picture and many beautiful and strange flowers of Sapa highland. Especially the orchid garden with countless rare orchid species. Those rare orchids are transplanted and nurtured, carefully cared for here. With just one visit, I can never forget the wonderful natural scenery. It is of plants and trees with wild winds and attached clouds. Indeed, this is one of the places to hunt clouds that make people nostalgic and can't leave.

Last year my mom surprised my brother and I with a train trip to the nation's capital - washington DC. We departed at night and woke up the next morning somewhere in Virginia. Looking at beautiful sight of the mountains while enjoying breakfast.
I had my 15th birthday while on this vacation and the crew said "Happy Birthday" to me every time they saw me.
My grandmother often shared stories of how she rode the rails back in the 60's as this was the most common way to travel back then. This trip gave me the opportunity to share my story with her as well. This trip brought my family closer. I will never forget it.

The house I am living in is situated in the suburb of Hanoi city, within thirty minutes drive off the city center. We have lived there for more than twenty years. This is a fairly large house surrounded with a beautiful garden.
My house consists of four bed-rooms, a living-room, a bathroom with a shower, a dinning-room, a kitchen and a toilet. It is air-conditioned and well-furnished. The living-room is decorated beautifully. Paintings by famous artists are hung on the walls. At night, the color neon lights increase the beauty and coziness of the room. There, on Sundays and holidays my father usually spends his time playing chess or drinking tea with his friends. My mother and my younger sisters are kind and hard-working women. They often keep the house clean and tidy.
On hot days of summer, we usually take meals in the garden, under a big tree. It is fairly cool and quiet here. We enjoy our meals in the melodious twitters of birds. On stormy and rainy nights, all family members gather in the living-room, watching television or telling each other about their daily activities.
I love my house very much because it is the place where I was born and have grown up in the education of my father and in the tender loving care of my mother. I have spent my whole childhood in the love and affection of my dear ones with so many sweet memories.

People say that friendship cannot exist between a girl and a boy, but I and my best mate Dat are proving that statement is wrong. Dat is my neighbor, and we are even study in the same class. Every morning, Dat stops by and picks me up in his bike, and sometimes I make him breakfast in other to thank him for being my driver. He is tall and slim, so I have to chase him when we walk together. He always makes a joke on me for being shorter than him. After school, we usually do our homework together at my house, and my mother always invites him to stay for dinner. We like each other a lot, and we will be best friends forever.

My best friend in high school is Lan. Lan sits next to me in class, eats with me at break time, and hangs out with me after school. She has long and beautiful hair; my mother always says that I need to pay more attention to my hair so it can be pretty as hers.
