Vietnamese people seem to be accustomed to traffic congestion, even miss it whenever they go to other places. More luckily, bicyclists can leisurely carry their "war-horses" on their backs and thread their way through messy matrixes.

In Ho Chi Minh City, it is not strange to see the sight of a street that is crowded with vehicles. People cannot move and their health is affected by polluted air from exhausted fumes.
