Nowadays, pollution is a popular term with everyone in the world and air pollution is one type of pollution. The definition of air pollution is one such form that refers to the contamination of the air, irrespective of indoors or outside. A physical, biological or chemical alteration to the air in the atmosphere can be termed as pollution. There are some main reasons which cause air contamination such as burning of fossil fuels, agricultural activities, exhaust from factories and industries, mining operations, and indoor air pollution. Air pollution always has bad effects on our life. Harmful gases, dust, and smoke enter into the atmosphere and make it difficult for plants, animals and humans to survive. We also can see some examples of the result of air contamination which occurs around us as global warming, acid rain, and depletion of ozone layer. The effects of air pollution are alarming, so governments over the world should have suitable policies of protecting the environment, especially air quality to create a clean world for our generation in the future.

I often feel stressed because of many reasons related mainly to school, friends and family. In fact, doing well at school involves a lot of pressure, because they have to complete school work, projects and reports and study hard for exams.Then, there is also the stress of having a social life and being accepted by their peers in popular groups in addition to the physical stress which result from some emotional and physical changes which can leave adolescent confused and stressed. Finally, we can mention also the stress that comes from family problems and sibling rivalry. And here are the ways I deal with my stress: I often listen to music to stay calm and relaxed. I sometimes watch funny cartoons or movies to be out of stress.

One of the causes which always make me feel stress is public speaking. It's also one of people's worst nightmares because they don't enjoy standing in front of a group of people which are hundred eyes looking at them. I know how it feels but I get over it easily. How? I believe at myself and things I have prepare for my presentations. I also practise a lot by standing in front of the mirrow and speak outloud.

Regularly, I allocate moments for reading captivating novels, savoring the immersive worlds crafted by wordsmiths. Additionally, I devote time to practicing the guitar, sowing the seeds of melodies that resonate with my soul. Exercise, a pivotal part of my routine, finds its place through regular jogs or yoga sessions, ensuring my physical well-being. To accommodate these pursuits, I employ a schedule where each activity receives dedicated slots during the week, honoring their importance and ensuring a harmonious blend of leisure and productivity in my life.
