To have good health, we should eat well, exercise regularly, do not eat too many sweets.I usually play sports like basketball, baseball, or volleyball.I sometimes eat rice, fish, meat, vegetables,... I always drink water and often drink juice.I rarely eat fast food, eat delicious but it not good. I often stress about things like studying a lot, about personal family affairs. The good habits I have are watching movies about science, the world around me, often reading books.
