1. Talk about Spring rolls (Nói về nem rán)

Vietnam is famous for its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easily bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They have filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in the year, such as Tet holiday. 

(Việt Nam nổi tiếng với những món ăn truyền thống và ngon. Tất cả đều dễ ăn, nhưng với bản thân tôi, tôi thích nhất món chả giò. Chả giò là loại chả bánh tráng chiên nhẹ, nhỏ và giòn. Chúng có đầy ắp những miếng cua, tôm, rau xắt nhỏ, hành tây, nấm, bún và trứng. Để chế biến chúng, bạn hãy đặt phần nhân đã đề cập ở trên lên một chiếc bánh gạo mỏng, cuộn lại sau đó chiên. Cuối cùng, chả giò, khi đã chuẩn bị đầy đủ, được cuốn vào một số loại rau sống, chấm vào nước mắm. Mẹ tôi thường nấu món chân giò cho tôi, nhất là vào những ngày quan trọng trong năm như lễ Tết)

2. Talk about Banh my (Nói về bánh mì)

There are many delicious dishes in Vietnam, but one of the popular dishes is Banh Mi which originated from Ho Chi Minh City. Banh Mi called “Vietnamese Sandwich” is the most popular street food in Vietnam because of its convenience, deliciousness and being full of nutrients. The components of the Vietnamese Sandwich are very diverse such as pork, fried eggs, pate, cucumber, green onion, butter, and chili sauce. All of these create a unique flavor of this dish. Vietnamese Sandwich is served as an ideal breakfast and light snack. Today, Vietnamese Sandwich is not only common in Ho Chi Minh City, but it is also very popular in other cities in Vietnam. People can buy this dish very easily on the Vietnamese streets. 

(Có rất nhiều món ăn ngon ở Việt Nam, nhưng một trong những món ăn nổi tiếng là Bánh mì có nguồn gốc từ Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Bánh mì hay còn gọi là Sandwich Việt Nam là món ăn đường phố phổ biến nhất ở Việt Nam bởi sự tiện lợi, thơm ngon và đầy đủ chất dinh dưỡng. Thành phần của món Sandwich Việt Nam rất đa dạng như thịt lợn, trứng rán, pate, dưa leo, hành lá, bơ và tương ớt. Tất cả những điều đó đã tạo nên hương vị đặc trưng của món ăn này.
