=>12x=46

b: \(\dfrac{x-2}{x-1}=\dfrac{x+4}{x+7}\)(ĐKXĐ: \(x\notin\left\{1;-7\right\}\))
=>(x-2)(x+7)=(x+4)(x-1)
=>\(x^2+5x-14=x^2+3x-4\)
=>5x-14=3x-4
=>2x=10
=>x=5(nhận)
\(\frac{x-3}{x+7}< 0\)=> x - 3 và x + 7 khác dấu mà x - 3 < x + 7 => x - 3 < 0 ; x + 7 > 0 => x < 3 ; x > -7 => -7 < x < 3
