In viet nam, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.
With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chao. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.
In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on
motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.
In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

Urban transport situation in Vietnam is extremely chao. On average there are thousands of cases every year in traffic accidents, causing serious loss of life and property. Despite being upgraded and renovated several times but the transport system of Vietnam has not improved as much. Traffic jams occur repeatedly in large cities damaging hundreds of billion per year, not only that the injuries related to traffic accidents is also increasing, especially head injuries , spine. Circulation of vehicles on roads, railways, waterways each year but with increasing road infrastructure can present data to help the traffic situation.

Cùng với ô nhiễm môi trường, vấn đề an toàn giao thông cũng làm hao tốn nhiều giấy mực của dư luận. Không phải ngẫu nhiên mà nó ngày càng được quan tâm hơn bởi mọi người trong xã hội. Với nhu cầu tham gia giao thông ngày càng tăng của các phương tiện đi lại thì diễn biến giao thông ngày càng diễn ra phức tạp đặc biệt là các thành phố lớn. Sự an toàn của người tham gia giao thông từ đó ngày càng được quan tâm nhiều hơn. An toàn giao thông là sự đảm bảo về tính mạng của người tham gia giao thông. Nó ngày càng được quan tâm bởi tai nạn giao thông ngày càng gia tăng, ảnh hưởng đến tinh thần của người đi đường. Trước đây, tai nạn giao thông cũng xảy ra nhưng không diễn ra nhiều bằng hiện nay. Mỗi năm đều có những thông số nói về tai nạn giao thông. Trong chín tháng của năm 2015 (tính từ ngày 16 tháng 12 năm 2014 đến ngày 15 tháng 9 năm 2015) đã xảy ra 16459 vụ tai nạn giao thông làm 6518 người chết và 14929 người bị thương. Một con số đáng báo động cho tình trạng giao thông hiện nay. Nguyên nhân của tình trạng này phổ biến nhất là do ý thức của người tham gia giao thông. Trước hết là họ không tuân thủ đúng luật giao thông, hệ thống đèn báo hiệu, đèn giao thông cũng như hiệu lệnh của cảnh sát giao thông trên đường. Điều này là khá phổ biến. Đã có rất nhiều cô cậu thanh niên chưa đủ tuổi điều khiển xe gắn máy, xe tay ga nhưng lại lạng lách đánh võng trên đường không những cản trở giao thông mà đã có nhiều vụ tai nạn giao thông do việc này mà ra. Không chỉ thế ý thức tham gia giao thông của mọi người cũng rất kém, vượt đèn đỏ, đi sai làn đường, ngược chiều đường, dừng sai nơi

Một trong những vấn đề vô cùng phổ biến ở VN chính là tình trạng giao thông hiện nay.
Vì sao lại thế, bởi văn hóa giao thông của mọi người chưa đủ tốt (nguyên nhân chủ quan) và giá đất quá cao nhà nước không đủ lực để mở rộng đường (nguyên nhân khách quan). Cách khắc phục ở đây là ai ai cũng hiểu và luôn tuân theo luật giao thông như: không bóp kèn khi tắc đường quá nhiều, không vượt đèn đỏ, không lấn chiếm lòng đường đi bộ,... Chung quy, người lớn cần học cách nhường nhịn, làm gương cho trẻ em về văn hóa giao thông và nhà trường thầy cô giáo cũng dạy dỗ các em những vấn đề thực tế như tham gia giao thông.
Khép lại, bản thân chúng ta cần để tình trạng giao thông hiện nay tốt đẹp hơn nhờ vào ý thức văn hóa giao thông của bất kì ai.

Traffic problems in Vietnam are on an alarming level. We humans do not keep and protect traffic safety, so there are many problems: fatal accident, serious injury, …. and more than that, death on the spot. Those wounded people just for a minute missed, but now can not walk, even no longer in this world. To overcome this situation, we should raise the issue of traffic safety more. There are places traffic that is tight and properly implemented so there are no problems, and places where people die massively from traffic accidents. Therefore, we must actively be vigilant and propagate to everyone about the importance of traffic.

It is Solar-energy plane. It looks a normal plane but it has the solar panel on the wings. The panel will catch the sun shine and create the electricity for the plane. It maybe a great invention helping to create the energy and protect environment.
Nó là máy bay năng lượng mặt trời. Nó trông như máy bay thông thường nhưng nó có tấm pin mặt trời trên cánh. Tấm pin sẽ nhận ánh nắng mặt trời và tạo ra nguồn điện cho máy bay. Nó có lẽ là một phát minh lớn giúp tạo ra năng lượng và bảo vệ môi trường.

Trên những con đường, có đôi khi là những vòng xuyến vô lý. Chúng không chỉ là vô ích, mà còn làm cho giao thông hỗn loạn hơn. Để giải quyết vấn đề này, chúng tôi chỉ có một cách, đó là cải thiện lại con đường. Tuy nhiên, nó là không thể cho chính phủ để mở rộng các con đường giao thông bởi vì bị giới hạn về đất đai. Bất cứ khi nào những con đường được sửa chữa, giao thông còn nguy hiểm hơn với những công trình đang dang dở. Mọi người vẫn đi lại trên những con đường đang sửa chữa, và những con đường này thì rất nhiều và hẹp hơn. Chúng tôi cũng có thể xây dựng cácđường hầm nhưng nó rất là tốn kém. Việt Nam phải vay tiền từ các nước khác và không ai biết khi nào chính phủ có thể trả lại tiền. Như bạn đã biết, Hà Nội là một nước nhiệt đới giómùa, nó có rất nhiều mưa mỗi năm. Trong mùa mưa, những con đường đang bị ngập lụt bởi vì tất cả các ống dẫn chất thải đang bị mắc kẹt bởi rác và trở nên rất bẩn.
Ngoài ra, tình hình của người Hà Nội nói chung là nghèo. Các con đường trong thành phố đều đông nghẹt với rất nhiều loạixe như xe máy, xe đạp, taxi, xe buýt, xe xích lô và người đi bộ bởi vì người dân không tuân theo các qui định. Họ thậm chí không tuân theo đèn giao thông hoặc các dấu hiệu. Trẻ em được dạy về luật giao thông trong khi người lớn đang phávỡ nó. Bây giờ, chính phủ đưa ra nhiều luật lệ nghiêm ngặt mới để cải thiện tình hình hiện tại. Công an luôn tích cực hơnso với trước đây. Mọi người đi xe máy đội mũ bảo hiểm một cách tự nhiên mà không có bất kỳ sự ép buộc nào. Các giao thông đang tốt hơn và tốt hơn từng ngày.
Kết luận, với nhiều biện pháp nghiệp vụ, giao thông tại Hà Nội sẽ trở nên tốt hơn vào một ngày nào đó. Tình trạng nghèo nàn ở Hà Nội là vấn đề có thể giải quyết bởi sự phát triển của nền kinh tế.

Traffic accidents do not spare anyone. It is a burning problem in the whole society. Each person must protect themselves when participating in traffic. As for me, I protect myself by strictly complying with the traffic laws set forth by the State. We all have to know how to follow the orders of the police and traffic laws so that there will be no more traffic accidents.

Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.
