=> \(5\sqrt{a+9}=a+3\)

<=> \(25\left(a+9\right)=a^2+6a+9\)

\(a-a^2+6=0\)

\(4x^2+\left(8x-4\right)\sqrt{x}-1=3x+2\sqrt{2x^2+5x-3}\)

<=> \(\left(4x^2-3x-1\right)+4\left(2x-1\right)\sqrt{x}-2\sqrt{\left(2x-1\right)\left(x+3\right)}\)
