Do you ever wonder why certain places mean so much to certain people? When I
think of my bedroom, I realize why some people are touchy about who goes in their room
or who has been touching things in their
home, it is because those things are important to
them and may have some meaning. Places my bedroom are places where we can
relax and be comfortable and I think that is why it is important to people, because we can
be ourselves and feel comfortable,
we can also just sit down and rest our bones and relax.
Another important reason is we can go there when we want privacy, we can just shut our
door, maybe even lock it, and tell everyone in our household not to bother us. Also our
rooms hold most of our pe
rsonal belongings and those things are important to us and we
do not want anyone else to touch them or in some cases go near them.
Bedrooms are a place where we can be comfortable and we can sit back and relax.
When we are tired or not feeling the best we
can go to our room, shut our door, and lay
down and relax. Maybe even turn on some music or read a book or magazine. My bed is
where I to retreat to when I want to relax. I have a double bed with four pillows and
my favorite comforter. It is a Little
Mermaid comforter, I know it is childish but it is soft
and warm. And of course my kle Me Elmo sits on my bed and keeps me company. A
lot of times I just lay down and close my eyes and daydream about places I'd to see
or think about things that ma
ke me happy. One thing we should not do is think about
things we need to get done or anything that makes us feel stressed because then we'll
never feel relaxed. I usually try to stay away from these sort of thoughts and it usually
works out well.
The reas
on my bedroom is so important to me is because my room holds all of my
personal belongings, which are very important to me. Also my room is a comfortable
place to study or just to relax.
I can also have privacy whenever I want it by resorting to my room,
this may be
hard for some people if they share a room. Whenever my mom is nagging at me or when
I'm stressed out with school or work, I to go into my room and just be myself. All my
belongings in my room surround me and make me realize everything is g
oing to be all
right. It gives me a sense of security.
The way my room is set up makes it kind of cluttered, but that is the way I it
and I don't care what anyone says. As you first come into my room, to the right is my
dresser. My dresser is full of
things perfume, jewelry, hair ties, my alarm clock and
just a bunch of junk, mostly things that come out of my pockets at the end of the day. The
dresser itself is brown with six drawers, sets of three side by side. Diagonally across from
that is my
curio cabinet which holds all of my porcelain dolls, the cabinet is a light brown
with glass shelves. Next to my bed which is in the middle of the room is my
entertainment center which holds my stereo and pictures and just odds and ends.
Everything is wort
h keeping.
I believe that other people feel the same way about their rooms and homes, it gives
people a sense of security in a way that you can control what goes in your room and who
goes in your room. It sort of gives people power which may mean a lot to
some people.
My room holds almost all of my personal belongings, which I think almost everybody's
rooms do. I am sort of protective of the things in my room because a lot of my belongings
have sentimental value. My most treasured items are my collection o
f porcelain dolls
which are placed neatly in my curio cabinet. I have about fifteen dolls and if anything
would ever happen to those dolls I would be extremely upset and very furious. Nobody,
except myself, is allowed to touch them, not even my mother.
I'
m sort of a pack rat so I keep everything from old clothes to my childhood stuffed
animals which are all neatly sitting on my hope chest in my room. My hope chest is filled
with things I will need in the future towels, cooking utensils, blankets, old
picture
frames and other little things, these things mean a lot to me because a lot of these objects
belonged to my late grandmother and I am honored to own them. I treasure all my
belongings and do not other people to move or to borrow without asking
and I think
that a lot of people feel the same way. When someone touches our things we get upset
and I think in a way we are sort of honoring our possessions.
What my point is that everybody has something or some place that is important to
them and has m
eaning and a lot of times it is people's bedrooms and homes because it
belongs to us and we cherish these places. Bedrooms are a place of comfort and in some
cases a sense of security. It is a place of privacy when we need to be alone or just to sit
down a
nd take a load off. We can just be ourselves. So the next time someone gets
touchy when you are handling their things just

Everyday after finishing my personal schedule outside, I incontinently come back home to get into my dream world - my room. It is a spacious room right next to the stairs. The thing I most is the balcony looking over a small garden. The walls are covered with wallpapers in my favorite flowery pattern. On the window there are blinds to prevent light from coming into the room in the early morning. I also put some tiny houseplant in order to purify the atmosphere. A single bed together with a bedside table full of cosmes is placed in the corner next to the window. On the opposite side stands my little bookshelf full of novels and comic books. There is also vacuum cleaner to keep the room in neat and tidy condition all the time. This room has become my greatest adoration because of the convenience and privacy it brings about.

My favourite country is England. Because there's a lot of famous football teams : Chelsea, Manchester United, Everton,.......Also i some candies in here. They're expensive but sweet and delicious. You should try them. I think England is one of the most beautiful country in the world. I want to go there but it's too far and to go there you must to pay lots of money.

In the morning, I wake up at 5:30 pm thanks to the clock my mother bought me when I was in 6th grade.
I brush my teeth, wash my face, exercise and prepare breakfast for themselves. After breakfast, I put on my new uniform and excitedly went to school at 6:30 with a bike that had been attached to me for 2 years.

Every morning from Monday to Saturday, I get up at 6 o'clock. After breakfast, I go to school by bicycle. It takes me about 20 minutes from my house to get to my school. Usually, I study at school until 11:30 a.m. I return home at noon to have lunch with my family. In the afternoon I attend English and computer classes. I always get home just in time for dinner at 7:30 p.m.

I am a high school student and the others, my daily activities are usually the same. Today, I am going to describe my usual day. As my main duty now is studying, my main activities on weekdays are going to schools, to extra classes and doing my homework. In the morning, I get up very early, at about 5 a.m. Then, I take a shower, have breakfast and change my clothes. At about 6 o’clock, I review my lessons and prepare for today’s work. At about half past six, I go to school by bicycle and stay there until 4 o’ clock in the afternoon. I have lunch at school and take a short nap before attending afternoon classes. In the evening, I often go to extra classes and self-study until 7 o’clock. Then, I have dinner with my parents. This is my favorite moment because I can talk to them about my day. At about 8 o’clock, I watch television and listen to music for about one hour. After that, I make some revisions and go to bed before 10p.m. Here is my daily routine on weekdays. I think that my routine is very well-organized and convenient. On the weekend, I have more free time to relax and go out, so I do not feel stressed.

In the morning I get up at 6 o'clock.Every day,I do morning exercise with my father.Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.I have breakfast at half past six.After that I dressed my clothers.And I go to school by bike.

My mother is the one who I love most in my life. For what she’s done, she deserved with the whole world. My mother is a 43-year-old household wife. She’s tall, slim and especially she has a beautiful long black hair. She always smile thus everyone consider her a friendly person. My mom loves every members of the family with all her heart. She agreed to be a household woman instead of working out. My mother takes care of the household chorces. She wakes up earliest in the morning and goes to bed latest in the night. And during the day, she’s very busy. I remember once when my mother got sick so nobody did the house work and everything went to crazy. From then, my father and I join hand to help mother whenever we have free time. She’s really happy about that. When I was a kid, mom taught me to play piano at each weekend. I still remember the songs which includes many childhood’s experiences. Not only taught me to play piano, she also taught me to be a better human. I love the moral stories that she told me before I fell asleep every night. We’re really appreaciate mother’s effort, patient and her hard work to conserve the family’s happiness. My mother is an indispensable part of my life. When I grow up, I want to be a woman her.

Mỗi lần nghe lời bài hát em chỉ muốn chạy thật nhanh đến bên mẹ ôm chầm lấy mẹ, thơm lên má lên trán mẹ, cảm ơn mẹ đã sinh ra và yêu thương em.
Mẹ em năm nay đã ba mươi tuổi nhưng ai cũng nói trông mẹ trẻ như ngoài hai mươi. Dáng người mẹ dong dỏng cao, làn da mẹ trắng nõn như da em bé. Mẹ có khuôn mặt trái xoan, nhỏ nhắn. Nổi bật trên khuôn mặt ấy là đôi mắt như biết nói, đen láy, mỗi khi mẹ cười đôi mắt ấy lại lấp lánh lạ thường. Ai cũng bảo em có đôi mắt rất giống mẹ khiến em rất tự hào. Mũi mẹ cao, thẳng, là mũi dọc dừa. Đôi môi mẹ không dùng son bao giờ nhưng luôn có màu hồng tự nhiên rất tươi.
Mỗi khi mẹ cười, hàm răng trắng muốt lộ ra trông rất đẹp. Mẹ thích để tóc ngắn ngang vai nhuộm màu hạt dẻ, trông rất trẻ trung. Thường thì mẹ nội trợ ở nhà, mẹ mặc một bộ đồ ở nhà rất đơn giản, đến khi đi tiệc mẹ hay thích mặc những chiếc váy liền có màu trắng hoặc xanh. Mẹ bảo mẹ rất thích hai màu này nên quần áo của mẹ đa phần đều là màu như vậy. Mẹ em nấu ăn rất ngon, bố luôn nói là bố thích về nhà ăn hơn là ăn với khách ở bên ngoài vì đồ mà mẹ nấu còn ngon hơn ở nhà hàng.
Bữa sáng mẹ cũng dậy sớm để chuẩn bị cho cả nhà để cả nhà có một bữa dinh dưỡng nạp năng lượng cho ngày mới. Thỉnh thoảng, khi rảnh rỗi, mẹ còn dạy em biết cách nấu ăn nhưng có lẽ còn phải học nhiều em mới nấu được ngon như mẹ. Ở lớp em có cô giáo dạy bảo học hành, ở nhà, ẹm chính là cô giáo của em. Mẹ có một giọng nói dịu dàng truyền cảm, mỗi khi mẹ dạy em đọc bài em đều cảm thấy rất thích thú vì mỗi bài đọc qua giọng đọc của mẹ đều trở nên hay về dễ hiểu lạ thường làm cho em bị cuốn vào bài giảng ngay lập tức.
Đôi tay mẹ mũm mĩm, trắng ngần với những ngón tay búp măng. Đôi bàn tay ấy đã ân cần chải tóc cho em mỗi ngày, cầm tay em dạy em tập viết, đôi bàn tay chăm em ốm, nấu cơm cho em ăn,…Em yêu lắm đôi bàn tay mẹ. Mẹ vì em đã hi sinh rất nhiều, thanh xuân của mẹ đã dồn hết cho em, tình yêu mẹ đã đặt hết lên em, biết điều đó, em biết rằng mình không thể làm mẹ thất vọng.

Nga thân mến!
Mình đã biết được quê Nga rồi đấy! Còn Nga, Nga nói là chưa hề lên thị xã lần nào phải không? Hè này, Nga ráng lên mình chơi nhé. Mình sẽ dẫn Nga đi chơi công viên, vào cung thiếu nhi, đi nhà lồng thị xã, rồi sau đó chúng mình sẽ vào viện bảo tàng của tỉnh xem những hiện vật lịch sử trưng bày ở trong đó, thích lắm Nga ạ! Còn Nga muốn đọc sách tin mình sẽ dẫn Nga đến thư viện. Mình sẽ mượn cho Nga nhiều truyện tranh, từ truyện “Đô-rê-mon” đến “Thám tử lừng danh Cô-nan” hay “Pô-kê-môn” hoặc “Sa-lô-môn” v.v… Truyện gì cùng có. Mình biết Nga là một cô bé thích đọc truyện, thế nào mình cùng cố gắng giúp Nga thỏa mãn được cái sở thích ấy. Vậy Nga nhé! Tranh thủ lên chỗ mình chơi để biết thị xã. Mình sẽ đãi Nga một chầu kem que, kem cốc và vé đi xem phim nữa đó. Hẹn gặp lại Nga nhé!

Ngọc Nhi thân mến!
Mình là Trần Mai Phương ở tại tỉnh Bắc Giang. Mình đã gặp bạn trong kì thi Trạng Nguyên nhỏ tuổi do tòa soạn Báo Nhi đồng Chăm học tổ chức. Nay mình viết thư cho bạn để làm quen và cùng thi đua học tốt. Bạn có thích không? Chắc là bạn sẽ không bao giờ từ chối lời đề nghị của mình. Vậy thì ngay từ năm học này, chúng mình sẽ là "đôi bạn cùng tiến nhé’. Mình và bạn sẽ thi đua học tập, thi đua giải toán trên báo do các tòa soạn Báo Chăm học, Toán tuổi thơ phát hành. Chúng mình sẽ liên lạc nhau qua những bức thư nhỏ, những cuộc điện thoại hoặc viết tin nhắn qua Email. Mình hi vọng bạn sẽ rất vui khi kết bạn với mình và chúng mình cùng thi đua học tốt. Everyone has a place to be born, grow, grow and go far away, always remembering. That place is home. I also have a place that is always in my heart, this land, my parents, my grandparents, my friends and my childhood filled with the most memorable memories. I love my country, I love the people here.
In my mind, every countryside has a unique feature that cannot be confused. People in the countryside too, have their own personality and feelings.
My hometown has immense rice fields, running immense, but I haven't gone yet. My mother told me that going to the whole rice field is far away so I have never dared to go. In the golden season, the nursery's golden color makes you feel an endless yellow carpet. There are diligent buffaloes grazing on long, high dykes. There we can lie still and watch the sky cloudy, watch the sun set every time the sun falls into the high mountains.
Dịch : Mỗi người đều có một nơi để sinh ra, lớn lên, trưởng thành và đi xa thì luôn nhớ về. Nơi đó chính là quê hương. Em cũng có một nơi luôn ở trong trái tim, là mảnh đất này, có ba mẹ, có ông bà, có bạn bè và có cả tuổi thơ tràn đầy những kỉ niệm đáng nhớ nhất. Em yêu quê em, yêu những con người nơi đây đậm nghĩa đậm tình.
Trong suy nghĩ của em thì mỗi một vùng quê đều có một nét riêng đặc trưng không thể lẫn lộn. Con người ở miền quê đó cũng vậy, có tính cách và tình cảm riêng.
Quê hương em có cánh đồng lúa bao la, chạy dài bạt ngàn mà em chưa đi hết. Mẹ bảo đi hết cánh đồng lúa này còn xa lắm nên em chưa dám đi bao giờ. Vào mùa lúa chín màu vàng ươm của lúa khiến cho em có cảm giác như một tấm thảm màu vàng bất tận. Có những chú trâu cần mẫn gặm cỏ trên những triền đê cao và dài. Nơi đó chúng em có thể nằm im và ngắm bầu trời có mây trôi, ngắm mặt trời lặn mỗi khi mặt trời đổ xuống dãy núi cao cao kia.

My parents’ hometown is Long An, but I was born and raised up in Ho Chi Minh City. People usually call it Saigon, and it is the biggest city of Vietnam. It has a lot of fascinating buildings and constructions since it is a modern and developing city. What I love about Saigon is that all the new and old things are perfectly harmonized. Behind the skyscrapers are the small alleys which contain a slower lifestyle and traditional values. My friends and I have a lot of places to go in our free time such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Tao Dan Park, Dam Sen Water Park, Suoi Tien theme park, and many other places which tourists usually visit. Besides the view, it can be said that Saigon is one of the food heaven that people should not miss when they come to Vietnam. We can find almost all kind of Vietnamese cuisine here, and we can enjoy featuring foods on floating restaurants on Saigon River. I love Saigon a lot, because both the people and the city itself are nice to me and whoever wants to visit it.
