My hobby is reading knowledgeable and interesting books in my square time. Reading is such a good habit which healthy for your brain and keeps your brain functioning actively. Reading is a wonderful way to keeps you relax and happy. For me, there is nothing makes me happier than to have a stack of books on my nightstand to attack on a night when there is no alarm clock waiting the next morning. It’s the great source of enjoyment, inspiration , instruction, and knowledge. Reading book can make us disciplined, punctual, loyal and most importantly a very successful person in this life. While reading books, noone can feel disturb or alone. I think this hobby is more precious than other precious stones in the world. It can provide us noble thoughts, ideas to work in many fields and high level of knowledge. Interesting and knowledgeable book is like best friend of the someone who likes to read.

Everybody has his or her own hobby. My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy reading a book when I am free. I started to get the hobby from my father when I was four years old. My father is a researcher so he has a great collection of books on many fields: literature, science, art,…

I enjoy reading because it allows me to explore my own imaginative world. I keep the hobby of reading at least one hour every day. I usually read books at home, in my own room, at my office or at the local library. On my freetime, I can spend hours reading and thinking about facts described in each kind of books.

My favourite author is J.K.Rowling who wrote world-famous books “ Harry Potter”.

For me a good book is not only a true companion but also a well-experienced teacher guiding me through my life. There are a lot of advantages of reading. Reading makes me feel relaxed and calm. It has the miracle to relieve my suffering and my hardship and reveal to me strange and new horizons. I can also learn new vocabularies and grammars. So I can further improve my English. Moreover, it gives me unlimited imaginations. I can learn about different cultures of other countries in the world, too.

Instead of indulging myself in futile entertainments, I am often keen on reading books, which broadens my mind and improves my knowledge.

In a few words, the reading of books contributes to the moral and intellectual formation of a man. I love reading and I love books. I will collect more and more books and I wish I can write my own books in the future.

Tôi thích đọc sách vì nó cho phép tôi khám phá thế giới tưởng tượng của riêng mình. Tôi giữ thói quen đọc sách ít nhất một giờ mỗi ngày. Tôi thường đọc sách ở nhà, trong phòng riêng của tôi, tại nơi làm việc hay tại thư viện địa phương. Trong thời gian rảnh, tôi có thể bỏ ra hàng giờ để đọc và suy nghĩ về các sự kiện được mô tả trong mỗi loại sách.

Tác giả yêu thích của tôi là J.K.Rowling – người đã viết cuốn sách nổi tiếng thế giới “Harry Potter”.

Với tôi, một cuốn sách hay là không chỉ là một người bạn đồng hành thực sự mà còn là một giáo viên giàu kinh nghiệm dẫn đường tôi trong cuộc sống. Có rất nhiều ích lợi của việc đọc sách. Đọc sách làm cho tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và bình tĩnh. Nó chứa điều kì diệu giúp tôi giải tỏa căng thẳng và khó khăn, đồng thời mở ra cho tôi những chân trời mới lạ. Tôi cũng có thể học từ vựng và ngữ pháp mới. Vì vậy, tôi có thể cải thiện vốn tiếng Anh của mình. Hơn nữa, nó mang lại cho tôi trí tưởng tượng không giới hạn. Tôi cũng có thể tìm hiểu về các nền văn hóa khác nhau của các nước khác trên thế giới.

Thay vì nuông chiều bản thân trong những trò giải trí vô ích, tôi thường chú tâm vào việc đọc sách để mở rộng tâm trí và tăng thêm hiểu biết của bản thân.

Nói tóm lại, việc đọc sách góp phần vào sự hình thành đạo đức và trí tuệ của một người. Tôi thích đọc và tôi yêu sách. Tôi sẽ thu thập nhiều sách hơn nữa và tôi mong có thể viết những cuốn sách của riêng mình trong tương lai.

In my daily life, I have several hobbies such as cooking, surfing, listening to music and so on. However, I like reading books the most for some reasons. Firstly, reading makes me feel comfortable after many long stressful hours at school. I actually like comic books because they contain lots of colorful and interesting images that keep my spirit relax. Secondly, reading books provides me a great deal of diverse knowledge of many fields. For instance, I can know more specific culture of each country in The World’s Cultures book. In addition, I can know more things about different life of various animals that are living around the world in the Discovery of Animals World book. Finally, reading helps to enhance my vocabulary in both Vietnamese and English language. In Vietnamese book, I can learn many traditional folks or proverbs that help me understand more deeply the beauty of my mother tongue. About English books, I can improve my English reading comprehension skill in study. Besides, my communication skill with the foreigners will be better, too. In conclusion, I really like reading books, for it brings many good things to me. I see it as an useful activity to learn how to make life more meaningful and beautiful.

My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy reading a book when I am free. I started to do it when I was four years old. The first time I did it, I felt interested. So I kept reading. The teachers always taught me to read the difficult words. I was happy when I read a story with a happy ending. I was thrilled when I read a detective story.

Sở thích của tôi là đọc sách những cuốn sách bổ ích và thú vị, nhất là trong thời gian rảnh rỗi của bản thân. Đọc sách là một thói quen tốt giúp cho bộ não của chúng ta khỏe mạnh và linh hoạt. Đọc sách luôn là cách thư giãn và cảm thấy vui vẻ. Book is one part of my beautiful life and reading book has definitely been my favourite hobby. I will be able to never forget the interesting moment when my father gave me the first book which is full of colourful pictures. I was very delighted though I difficultly understood what were there in that book. I read wherever, whenever, and whatever kinds of books, from short story, comic, to novel and many more. My father always encourages me to read book and He buys me many useful and interesting books. Books are like my friends who can teach me many things over the world. They let me know of a lot of beautiful places and the history of our country and many others. My tears come from those books and so do my happy laughters. Most free time of mine is spent on discovering books, books are very useful and so great. Reading books is the most interesting indoor activities that you should try.

Sách là một phần không thể thiếu trong cuộc sống tươi đẹp của tôi và đọc chúng chắc chắn là điều tôi yêu thích nhất. Tôi sẽ có thể không bao giờ quên những giây phút thú vị khi lần đầu tiên cha tặng cho tôi cuốn sách đầu tiên với hình ảnh đầy màu sắc. Tôi đã rất vui mừng mặc dù tôi phải rất khó khăn mới hiểu những gì đã có trong cuốn sách đó. Tôi đọc ở bất cứ nơi nào, bất cứ lúc nào và bất cứ loại sách, từ truyện ngắn, truyện tranh, cuốn tiểu thuyết và nhiều thể loại khác nữa. Cha tôi luôn luôn khuyến khích tôi đọc cuốn sách, ông mua cho tôi rất nhiều sách hữu ích và thú vị. Sách là như bạn bè tôi, nó có thể dạy cho tôi rất nhiều điều trên thế giới. Chúng dẫn tôi đến rất địa điểm đẹp trên thế gới và lịch sử của đất nước chúng tôi và nhiều nước khác nữa. Những trang sách không ít lần đã khiến tôi phải rơi nước mắt nhưng chính chúng cũng mang lại cho tôi rất nhiều nụ cười hạnh phúc. Hầu hết thời gian rảnh rỗi của tôi đều là dành cho việc khám phá co chữ, sách là thứ rất hữu ích và tuyệt vời như vậy. Đọc sách là hoạt động vô cùng thú vị mà bạn chắc chắn nên thử.
