vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. when I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most speicial dish in this world.

I have just turned 18 last week, and that day could be considered as the day which I could be able to be an adult. Therefore, I hosted a birthday party in order to inform everybody about that important occasion, and I received a lot of beautiful presents. Most of my friends and relatives gave me clothes, shoes, and accessories, but my favorite gift of them all was a motorbike from my parents. It is a Yamaha motorbike which has a cute design and sweet color for girl, and my parents had decided to buy me the light blue one. It has a lot of curves on the body, and the height is also ideal for a not so tall girl me. It is not hard and takes a lot of efforts to operate the motorcycle; all I have to do is twisting the throttle grip while holding the brake to get it started. The brake is also light and easy to use; it is very secured and safe, so I can stop my motorbike immediately in emergency case without falling. Another thing that I about it is that it does not cost me much money on gasoline. It is the lasted model, so the producer’s criteria is to make it an friendly device to the environment. It will turn off the engine automaally whenever I stop for more than 5 seconds, and that clearly can save me some gas. Next week my driving license will arrive, and I can finally take the first ride around my city. This present is exactly what I need at that time, and I am so grateful that my parents understand my desire. I will be a responsible owner, and I am sure that I will keep it in its best condition for a long time.

Next week I will officially become a college students, and parents had decided to buy me one thing which they thought I will need in my new semester. That special present is a beautiful laptop, and I cannot wish for anything better at this time. It is a luxurious Mac Book, which has an elegant and thin design. My parents chose the white color; it is a beautiful color for a laptop, but I think it will easily have dirt stain on it. It is just about one - inch thick, and it is very light to be carried around. The screen is not very big, but it is enough for me to do every task. The IOS operated system is especially for heavy and complicated acts, so I do not have any problem with doing my homework, play online games or calculate. The laptop was sold with some useful spare parts such as a USB, a wireless keyboard and mouse, and a bag to keep them. The side keyboard is faster and easier to type than the original one, and it keeps my wrist from getting hurt when I have to type for a long time. And the wireless thing helps me to reduce the effort in plugging in and out whenever I want to use them. Before my parents gave me this present, I had to work on an old personal computer, and it was not an interesting feeling to sit and wait for a very long time for it to complete a task. Now I have i whole new laptop which is very modern, I am free to do whatever I without waiting so long. This thing is the greatest gift that I have ever had so far, so I will always consider it as my favorite personal stuff.

Pho is a traditional dish of Vietnam, can also be considered one of the typical dishes Vietnam cuisine. Pho is the main component of noodles and broth (or broth in a way called the South) with beef or chicken sliced ​​thin. Quang noodle soups differ than most normal noodle soups in that the soups have just enough broth to barely cover the noodles. Unlike other Vietnamese noodle soup bowls whose broth will cover the noodles almost completely, Quang noodle broth is barely enough to slurp during the meal. If you do not eat a Quang noodle bowl fast enough, the broth will generally quickly be soaked up by the noodles. Quang noodle soups are generally pork and dried shrimp broth based, although some regional and family recipes will use chicken and even duck. What makes Quang noodle soups unique is the richness of the broth, the lack of it and the crushed peanut toppings on the noodles.

The mystery of Quang noodle is in that pot above. This is ‘nuoc sot mi quang’ or Quang noodle sauce. This makes the stock slightly sweet and a smidgen spicy. This dish's ingredients include rice, vegetables and meat. After being soaked in water, the rice is ground to a fine powder and made into attractive smooth white noodles. My mother is the one who I love most in my life. For what she’s done, she deserved with the whole world. My mother is a 43-year-old household wife. She’s tall, slim and especially she has a beautiful long black hair. She always smile thus everyone consider her a friendly person. My mom loves every members of the family with all her heart. She agreed to be a household woman instead of working out. My mother takes care of the household chorces. She wakes up earliest in the morning and goes to bed latest in the night. And during the day, she’s very busy. I remember once when my mother got sick so nobody did the house work and everything went to crazy. From then, my father and I join hand to help mother whenever we have free time. She’s really happy about that. When I was a kid, mom taught me to play piano at each weekend. I still remember the songs which includes many childhood’s experiences. Not only taught me to play piano, she also taught me to be a better human. THAM KHẢOMy favourite food is chips. Sometimes they are called French fries.  I do not have them very often because my mother says that they are not healthy. They contain too much fat. Oven chips are healthier. They have less fat in them. I sometimes have oven chips for tea as a treat. I usually have them with fish fingers. I put tomato ketchup on them. I often have peas with them. My favourite sweet food is ice cream. I like chocolate ice cream best. I also like vanilla and strawberry ice cream. I sometimes have it with fruit for dessert. I also sometimes have it outside on very hot days. Then I have it on a cone. Sometimes, I buy it from an ice cream van at the beach. My favourite foods are not very healthy so I do not have them very often. I eat them mostly on special occasions, for example when I go to the beach. That’s why I love going to the beach!
