When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. If you drink a lot, you will be deficient in vitamins, obese, prone to cardiovascular diseases,… Coke is bad, but I still like its taste. Therefore, I only drink when I really crave it. You should also not drink this type of water too much to avoid harm to your health.

Hello. My name is Thương. Let me introduce myself and my family. I'm 18 years old this year, a student of Đông Đô University. Taking a walk and going out with friends are my hobbies. I am living in Hanoi, but was born and raised (grew up) in Son La Province. My family has 5 people: my father, mother, older sister, younger sister and me. My father names Tuan, he is 50 years old and he is an engineer. My mother names Thuan, she's 51 years old, and working as a doctor. My older sister names Thuy, she is 23 years old and she is a singer, she feels happy when singing. Finally, my younger sister, she's 9 years old and studying at Quyết Thắng Elementary School. She studies very hard and she is one of the best pupil in her class. On the fine day and with free time, my family often goes out for camping outdoors, it's very meaningful and fun. I feel very happy to be alive in this family.
I love my family so much. I will try to learn and work well to take care of my family. I hope that my family is always happy and has the best things.

I'm so proud that I have a wonderful family - the greatest thing that I have in my life. My family is always full of loves! My family consists of 3 members : my parents and I. And every member in my family has their hobbies. My father likes reading newspaper after having dinner. My mother enjoys watching TV and talking with her friends. I likes reading comic. It's all. I love my family!

Tôi thật tự hào rằng tôi có một gia đình tuyệt với - điều tuyệt vời nhất mà tôi có được trong cuộc đời này.. Gia đình tôi luôn tràn ngập yêu thương! Gia đình tôi gồm 3 thành viên : Bố mẹ và tôi. Và mỗi thành viên trong gia đình có những sở thích riêng. Bố tôi thích đọc báo sau giờ ăn tối, mẹ tôi thích xem TV và trò chuyện với những người bạn. Còn tôi thì thích đọc truyện tranh. Đó là tất cả. Tôi yêu gia đình của tôi!

I have a big family which gives me everything that I need. My parents have two children, and we also live with our grandparents. Both of my parents have to work very hard to support this family, so they rarely have time to play with us. I am now a grown up boy, so I take the responsibility to take care of my little sister and grandparents when my parents are not home. My father is a manager of a Sell Apartment, and my mother works at the bank. They both have medium height and black hair, and they are very hard - working employees. They usually leave early in the morning without having breakfast at home, and my grandmother is the one who cooks for me and my sister. Both of them are just 75 and very healthy, they have grey hair and some wrinkles as well as freckles on their faces. They spend their free time to play with my sister whenever I go to school. I travel to school by bike, and I am a pretty good student. When I am home, I help doing the house chores, help my grandmother preparing the meals, and look after the baby. My hobbies are playing sports, but I only go out and play with my friends when both of my parents are at home at the weekends. My favorite time of the day is dinner time, because the whole family will all gather after a long day staying out. We spend that little time to talk about our days and share funny stories. Although my parents do not have much time for us, I still love and be thankful to have such a great family that.

As a traditional family in Vietnam, I have a big one. My family has 5 members, including Mom, Dad, Grandma, sister, and me. My mom’s name is Giang. She has long hair and black eyes. She is a teacher. My Dad’s name is Trung. He is tall and very strong. His job is doctor. For me, my mom is the most beautiful woman, and my dad is the most wonderful man. And my grandma’s name is Tam. She is 95 years old, and next 5 years, we will organize the 100th longevity wishing ceremony, and I look forward to taking part in this ceremony. Besides, another woman who I love so much is my sister. Her name is Linh. She is 26 years old, and she is a beautiful woman Mom. Now, she is living in Ha Noi capital, because of her jobs. I really love my family, and I hope that we are always together anyway.

I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabulary by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods of time. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tells me about the world’s history, let me see the structure of the human body, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activities.

In conclusion, people increasingly spend their leisure time using Internet because it is a helpful tool where people can learn new things and keep informed of information around the world. Internet turns the world into the speed generation. As the Internet saves us much time, we can have enough time to do other things. The internet is a marvelous creation in this generation.

My hobby is doing shopping, and I think it is a little bit costly. I do not have enough time and money to serve my love for shopping, so I can only spend my weekend wandering at the malls. I looking around the stores and their variety kinds of goods. There are so many colorful things that catch my eyes, such as clothes, shoes, accessories, toys, and other stuffs. Usually I do not by a lot of things; I just remember their brand names and then wait for them to be put on the sale-off section. I have a huge amount of flyers about promoting program at many different malls and stores. It is my other little hobby to collect them, and maybe someday I can have an exhibition about my flyer collection. I have a friend that shares the same love with shopping, and we usually spend our weekend together lingering to look at the stores. My family and friends also ask me to by stuffs for them, because they know I can choose the good ones with reasonable price. I enjoy shopping a lot, and sometimes I am glad that I can help other people with my little hobby.

Gia đình là tổ ấm của em. Gia đình em có ba người, đó là bố mẹ em và em. Bố mẹ em là Bộ đội công tác tại Bộ tư lệnh Thủ đô. Mặc dù bận việc ở cơ quan nhưng bố mẹ vẫn chăm lo cho em từng li lừng tí. Em là con trai duy nhất trong gia đình. Năm nay em học lớp 2, trường tiểu học Minh Khai. Em luôn cố gắng học giỏi để bố mẹ vui lòng. Em rất yêu gia đình em. Em mong gia đình em luôn tràn ngập tiếng cười.
Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.
