House is where we grow up and are loved by our parents. Born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, I have a house here situated in the suburb of HCM, within 15 minutes drive from the central city. The house is quite large and comfortable. It has 4 floors and a terrace roof. There is also a small garden between the garage and the house, where I usually played football when I was a kid. In addition, my mother designs a terrace vegetable garden on the rooftop, which makes the house more green. The house has enough room for our daily activities. There are 8 rooms in the house: one living room, one TV room, one kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of those are equipped with modern facilities like dishwasher, electric fire, games console . Family support is a strong advantage to me, helps me alleviate difficulties in studying. I hope in the future, I will have my own house like that.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, I eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Việc quản lý căng thẳng góp phần trong việc phòng ngừa bệnh cúm. Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.
Ngoài ra, tôi ăn nhiều trái cây để có được vitamin C có thể giúp tôi ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh thông thường, và tôi cũng sẽ uống sữa nhiều hơn, điều này sẽ giúp tôi khỏe mạnh và mạnh mẽ hơn để ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh.

All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting. Otherwise, if we were rich but not healthy, we would depend on others because we could not serveourselves in daily life, become other’sload, we are easy to be angry or bored with everythingg So you should relax more, eat more to supplement vitamins. In summary, healthis better than wealth.

Nowaday, traffic problem is the biggest problem that many people care about. In VN, I think the city where have the worst traffic is Ha noi.
The first problem is the traffic jam here. Why? In the rush hours of the day, there're too many people using the road. Last year, in 2013, many bridges was built so it happen less but in order to stop this, a kind of small car should be invented, people should go to works by buses instead of going by motorbikes...
The second one, as you know, the roads in VN is not as big and clean as the roads in the big countries. They're narrow, bumpy and some dirty so it’s really hard for the road users to drive safely. I think we should raise money to make the road in VN better and better.
But everyone knows that Vietnamese people are not respect and don’t follow the traffic rules. That’s the biggest reason for everything. They wear the helmet that not strong enough to keep they safe if the accident may happen, they ride too fast on the small roads… The traffic will never can be improve if they keep doing this.
At the end, I hope the traffic in VN will improve more.

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

There are so many traffic problems in big cities where i live . Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

Watching TV is one of my favourite pastime activity. I usually watch cartoons so the cartoon I love best is Detective Conan write by Aoyama Gosho. . That is a story tells about revolve around a the cases. Kudo Shinichi is a high school student and also a detective, he always helps the polices in many cases. But at one day during the investigation, he was discovered by a member of the Black Organization. They gave him a small capsule pack (called APTX 4869), but the poison did not kill him, just causing his body to become a child. So he must changed his name, and his new name is Edogawa Conan and lives with Ran- his best friend and Ran's father - Mori. However, in that child body, he still helps the polices by many invents by Dr. Agasa Hiroshi. He has to go to Primary School and there, he meet five friends and they become a small detective team. That's a very great film. If you don't like to watch, you also can read comics!

Energy is very important in our daily life. We use energy for almost everything we do. However energy is limited. We should do the following things to save energy. Firstly, we should use energy saving light bulbs in our house. It will help us to reduce our electricity bill. Secondly, we should use public transport if we need to go long distance. We can use bicycles for short distances. I think it is good for our health and economical. And remember, before going to bed, we should turn off all lights and other unused electrical devices. Moreover, we ought to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In short, we should try our best to save energy for our future and for our planet’s future.

Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

Vinh city is one of the largest cities in Vietnam with many problems. Nowadays, more and more people move to this city to study and work. So there are too many people using the road. And there are too many vehicles on the street. The second problem is traffic jams. Traffic jams is the most common traffic problem in Vinh city. In the rush hour, some big cities also suffer from many serious problems. Such as: being late for work, being late for school, traffic accidents and so on. Besides, many roads are narrow and bumpy and there are many young people riding their eclectric bikes dangerously. I think the main cause of these traffic problems is many road users do not obey traffic rules. As a redult, the traffic is getting worse and worse. Everyday, there are about 10 traffic accidents in the city. I have some advices for the user road. Firstly, people should cause many bad effects and try to avoid them. Secondly, i remind peple to follow the traffic rules. I think i will form an organizations to help other people know the traffic law. Finally, people should wear helmets when riding motorbikes. Well, my community now is having a big problem that the streets and the lakes are full of rubbish. Many people see that but they don't care. Personally, I think that if we still let the streets and the lakes are full of rubbish, it will have a bad affect to our health. Therefore, I want to solve this problem by clean up the streets and lakes. On the whole, it's too wonderful if i do that, I think it's too difficult for me to do it alone, so I asked my friends help me to clean up the streets and lakes. And they undoubtedly they will help me. We clean the street and the lake, put all the rubbishes into the waste baskets. Afterall, eveything is great. I feel very happy because I can help our community to become a better place
