Hello everyone, today I'd like to tell you some information about types and sources of energy. Energy is classified into two main groups: renewable and non-renewable.
The energy generated from natural sources such as the sun, wind, rain, and tides is called renewable energy. They are plentiful and can be generated again and again. They also have low carbon emissions so they are considered green and environment-friendly. Moreover, using renewable energy can reduce your electricity bills. Unfortunately, solar energy can be only used during the daytime but not during night or the rainy season. Geothermal energy also can bring toxic chemicals beneath the earth's surface to the top and can create environmental changes.
Non-renewable energy is the energy taken from other sources that are available on earth.They are limited and will run out in the future. They can't be re-generated in a short time.Fossil fuels - natural gas, oil and coal - are examples of them. They are cheap and easy to use. However, when burnt, they release toxic gases in the air so they cause serious environmental changes such as global warming. And the important thing is that non-renewable sources will expire someday.
The person I admire most at my school is my form teacher. She is about thirty five. She is not beautiful but she has a lovely smile. My teacher is very considerate. She always spends all of her free time helping some weak students in my class so that they can catch the other teachers' words. What is more, my form teacher is quite generous. She never blames at any students althought they can make some troubles to her. She frequently uses the soft advice to use.
In my family, the person I love best is my father because he is kind and considerate. Surely, my father is about fifty years old but he is older than I think. He is very kind since always helps not only the poor but also the orpharage in my neighborhood. To inllustrate for this, he frequently collects unused clothes in some families. Besides, he sometimes does volunteer work in my local hospital on Sundays. What is more, my father is considerate. He is the person who I can share my happiness and sorrow in my study. I also encorages me when I have a lot of troubles or problems in some subjects such as Math or History.

Everybody usually ponder on living in city or countryside, but I'm certain that living in city is better. These are some important reasons which you want to live in city. The first point, there're many things in city, you can search simple things or luxurious things. There're many kinds of telecom service, for example: internet stations, cell phone offices, telephone offices, post offices, and so forth; there're many kinds of transport service, ex: taxi, airplane, train, motorbike taxi, and so on; there're many different services, for example: beauty salons, good hospitals, good universities, foreign language schools, coffee bars, supermarkets, book stores, and they're always near your house. Now, all the factories aretransferring from city out to suburb, so the pollution will reduce. The next point, there're much foods, all the good foods in the world have been occurred in city. Especially in VN, you can eat everything, anywhere, from roadsides to the luxurious restaurants. Finally, if you aren't lazy, you can earn money easily in city where there are many jobs and many contacts waiting for you. You see, the millions people of countryside are migrating to city. Among of them, they have become the billionaires. In short, there is anything in city which is best convenience. Why don't you test to live in city? You'll agree with me completely.
Nowadays, media development has many positive influences in human’s life. People have lots of sources to get information and take entertainment such as television, radio, Internet, etc. but nobody can deny the importance as well as the benefits of reading books.
First, reading books helps us widen our knowledge. Vietnamese has a proverb which means that we should travel to broad our understanding, if we always stay at home with our mother, we will never be wise. However, nowadays, not only does reading books costs less money but it is also more comfortable than taking a trip. We just lie on the couch and comprehensive what is happening in the books. Thanks to the wide range of books such as science, literature, astronomy, archeology, biology, physics, etc. we can get information focus on our own fields as well as the others. The more books we have read, the more knowing we have obtained.
Secondly, reading books helps us improve our expression ability like writing and speaking. The writing style of some our favorite writers will affect ours. Especially, when we read foreign literature, we will not only know more about that country but also have chance to improve our reading skill, learn new words which can be used to better our essays.
Last but not least, reading books helps us relax after a hard-working day. It is also an interest for everybody who does not like to visit crowded places at the weekend. They like quiet atmosphere and do not want to disturb anybody so they consider books as their close friend. They meet their stories, their lives in books and they feel extremely sympathetic with the characters’ situations. Reading books makes them happy and relieve stress.
In conclusion, reading books is so important and has many benefits. It not only help us become more clever but also bring us happiness. Therefore, everyone should be encouraged to read books as much as possible.

Last summer holiday, in order to escape the extreme heat of Danang city, my family and I decided to go to Dalat. We went there by bus.
When we got this mountainous and wonderful city, it was getting dark. We felt very excited because of the nice weather and the fresh air. We stayed in Hoa Hong hotel, a little but comfortable one in the centre of the city.
The next day we went shopping in Hoa Binh market and, caught some fresh air by sitting near the Xuan Huong lake. We had lunch in a nice restaurant near the garden of flowers. The food was delicious and cheap especially the vegetables. In the afternoon, we took a taxi to visit the Valley of the Love. How beautiful it was! The following day was for visiting Prenn Waterfall, the Than Tho lake and the Hills of Pine. Every spot has its own beauty, I could say which is the best. People are friendly and polite, especially young Dalat girls with their pink cheeks.
This wonderful holiday helped us to get rid of worries and trouble and gave us health and enthusiasm to resume work again. It was an interesting and unforgettable holiday.
Nowadays , we know that Vietnamese women wear the long dress very important and very natrual all this place . Why are they very like this ?
Firstly , the long dress very convenient , so and so easy to wear . This dress uses the normal cloth to make it and this is easy to wash or clean . Also , it can very fit and suitable for women when they wear on their body . You feed comfortable and confident with everybody
Secondly , the long dress is the symbol of Vietnam or it may be the tradition fashion of Vietnam . When the tourist look at the women who wear it , they will know that you come from Vietnam and they will respect of you . If you wear it in other countries , foreigners will know who you are and where you come from . That is great !

According to dictionary the definition of Ao Dai is a long-sleeved tunic with ankle-length panels at front and back, worn over trousers. It can be designed with several colors, patterns such as: flower, nature and different kind of fabrics. Wearing Ao Dai, women dignify their body’s attraction as well as reflect a national culture. It has a progress of developing from short simple pattern to more sophisticate style. Ao Dai symbolizes many personalities of Vietnamese women: gentleness, diligence, kindness and bravery. Therefore, it’s very proud for women to put on the special clothes. Student and teacher wears white Ao Dai to high school and some university on Monday to join in the ceremony. Moreover, it is engagement party that the bloom dress in Ao Dai to represent the tradition of Vietnam. Not only in Vietnam, It is also famous in international market that an increasing number of foreign tourists try wearing Ao Dai when visiting my country. They have good comment and congratulation on it. Protecting and preserving the beauty and nature of it are not only the individual’s duty but also all of citizen. Besides, Ao Dai is a beneficial and comfortable costume that women can choose it for any event and party. Although there is a large number of new trend of fashion, Ao Dai always plays an important role in spiritual life of Vietnamese.
