Sticky rice with five colors is a traditional type of sticky rice of the Vietnamese people. How to make sticky rice with five colors is quite simple. My favourite food is sandwich. Sandwich is very easy to make. You need some slice of bread, some salad, some hams and some mayonnaise. You just need to put the salad on the slice of bread then take some hams put it on the sandwich and put some mayonnaise. Last, you take another slice of bread then put in on the top of all and done!

Bánh chưng: Stuffed sky rice cake
Chúng ta thường gọi từ này ”Chung cake”, nhưng hiện nay nó đã có tên tiếng Anh đầy đủ là “stuffed sky rice cake”. Các bạn nhớ chú ý để gọi thật chính xác nhé!
“Stuffed sky rice cake” is one the most traditional special foods for the lunar new year in Viet Nam. It is made of sky rice, pork and green bean, all ingredients are wrapped inside a special leaf which calls Lá Dong. The rice and green bean have to be soaked in water for a day. The pork is usually seasoned with pepper & salt for several hours. Banh Chung is boiled for 6 or 8 hours. Nowadays, families in villages still maintain making stuffed sky rice cake before the lunar New Year but people in the cities do not. They don’t have time to make it and usually go to shops to buy it.”
(Bánh Chưng là một trong những món ăn truyền thống đặc biết nhất trong dịp tết cổ truyền Việt Nam. Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

Nowadays, pollution is a common term with everyone in the world and air pollution is one of the most polluting types. The definition of air pollution is one of the updated headings on air pollution, regardless of indoor or outdoor. The physical changes, biology or chemistry of the air in the atmosphere can be called pollution. There are a number of causes of air pollution such as fossil nature, agricultural activity, emissions from factories and industry, mining operations and indoor air pollution. Umbrella always has bad effects that affect our lives. Toxic gases, dust and smoke enter the atmosphere and make it difficult for plants, animals and humans to survive. We can also see some examples of the results of air pollution occurring around us such as global warming, acid rain, and ozone depletion. The effects of air pollution are reliable, so governments around the world need to have appropriate environmental protection policies, especially air quality to create a clean world, our system of the future.

We know how dangerous air pollution and soil pollution do to people. And to reduce them we have such many good ways. Remember to treat your rubbish before throwing it into the trash can. Don't throw trash everywhere. Planting more trees will transfer CO2 into O2, we need O2 to live. Use fewer plastic bags, plastic bags are cheap but they will slowly kill your health. That are a few of the many ways that will reduce air pollution and soil pollution.
