I just came back after a year studying in China. I'd like to share my experience of studying abroad. I had some difficulties in making friends at first. However, my chinese is so much better after a year in China. I think I liked Chinese people most because they’re hospitable. I got lots of help from my teachers and classmates during my time there. They showed me how to use public transportation and where to eat. I had a fantastic time in China!

We use a lot of energy at home and it costs us a lot. To save energy, we should use low energy light bulbs in our house. It will help us to reduce our electricity bill. Secondly, before going to bed, we should turn off electrical appliances when not using them. Finally, we should turn off the lights in room when we go out, avoid wasting water, shut the kitchen stove when stop cooking.

I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.
Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.
There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.
Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played.
There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusias and young.
I don’t sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

Walking tour of Hanoi
Here’s a guide to a walking tour of Hanoi. Start at Hoan Kiem lake. The most well-known landmark in Hanoi. Then visit the Temple of Literature- the most interesting religious place. It was originally built as a university in the 11th century. Today, the Temple of Literature stands as a tribute to the nation's scholars. Next, go to Ngoc Ha street, we will visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. It is a sprawling complex set within the city's gardens that contains the tomb of Ho Chi Minh as well as various museums and monuments.

1.Fried fish
2.Tomatoes peeled,cut pieces.Non-aroma dried onions then tomatoes to the island.Tomatoes start soft,add fish sauce,3 tablespoons of mineral water,sugar to the same.Let the tomatoes quickly
3.Dried water,seasoned by taste,add the dill is finished

My favorite movie is "A Walk To Remember". This is my favorite movie because it deals with real life issues, like some of the most important things in life such as: love, relationships, and most important, who your real friends are. "A Walk To Remember is about a girl named Jamie (Mandy Moore) who is the daughter of a minister who becomes ill. During high school Jamie doesn't have very many friends but is in alot of activities and through that she meets a reckless boy named Landon. Landon got into some trouble which made the principal force him into being in a play for the drama club. Landon Played a lead role as did Jamie, even though they didn't hang out in the same crowd of friends when Landon needed Giúp with his lines in the play he turned to Jamie to Giúp him out. One of the first things she told Landon was for him to promise that he wouldn't fall in love with her. But that is a promise that he did not keep. Jamie finally told Landon that she had cancer and the treatment stoped working so she didn't have very much time to live. Jamie had this list of accomplisments that she wanted to make before she passed. The number one thing was to get married at the same church that her mother and father was married in. Landon made ALL of her dreams come true. But unfortunitally her cancer became worse and she died. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes heart touching stories, I liked it and would watch it a million times a day if I could.

Doraemon is a popular cartoon in the world. The main characters are Doraemon, Nobita, Shizuka, Suneo and Jaian. The "Doraemon's father" is Fujiko.F.Fujio. In one day, he combined a tumbler with a cat and the result was a lovely, intelligent and cute cat robot. Doraemon is a future robot. He returned to 20th century to help Nobita - a frail in studying, sports, and always has zero in all the test. Beside him always have Shizuka - a funny and intelligent girl. Not only that, two "bully" friends of him also contributed to make this comic. They are Jaian and Suneo. Jaian is a fat boy and very sporty. He likes bullying Nobita so Nobita don't like him. Suneo is short, he always want he is taller than now. The cartoon is about the life in Tokyo at the 20th century and Doraemon's amazing tools. It is about their adventures to the past or the future. My favorite movie is Kungfu Panda. It’s a cartoon movie set in the Valley of Peace in ancient China in 2004. The star of the movie is Jack Black. The movie is about a panda who likes to learn Kungfu martial arts but this is not approved by his father because he is forced to follow his father’s noodle business. Then on one occasion, he learned with a master of Kungfu along with other famous colleagues. It’s interesting and I can understand everything. I think all kids will like this movie.

The energy needs of the world are unending and ever increasing. We need energy for transport, industry, lighting, warmth, cooking etc. Without sufficient energy, the airplanes will stop flying, industry will grind to a halt, cities will be plunged into darkness in short the world as we know it will cease to exist.
There are many types of energy sources. Our ancestors used wood and othercombustible material for burning in order to generate heat and light. Today we make use of fossil fuel and we harness solar, wind, water, chemical and nuclear energy for powering the many devices that we have invented.
Most of these energy sources are non-renewable, that is, they become depletedin time. An example is fossil fuel. Its supply is limited and it is a matter of time before it runs out. An example of a renewable energy source is wood. Trees can be grown but the process takes a long time.
The use of some of these energy sources causes pollution. The burning of wood and fossil fuel produces smoke and other gases. Harnessing energy from nuclear fission produces dangerous by- products that are difficult to manage. By contrast, hydroelectric power, solar energy and wind energy are examples of non-polluting energy sources. As the population of the world keeps increasing, there is an urgent need to find and use more renewable and non-polluting energy sources.
