Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.
Spring rolls are lightly fried rice-paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.
Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.
To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was a first – year student at Da Nang University of Technology. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.
I think it a good hobby and I will never stop it.
Watching television is my favourite activities I use to do in my free time. I love watching sports programs on Saturday mornings and cartoons on Sunday afternoons. I usually watch movie during all days of week after I have completed my homework at school. At night, I especially enjoy watching situation comedies and movies. If I have a huge number of school work, I try to manage my schedule so that I will able to see at least 1 of my favorite TV shows. Watching TV isn’t the only indoor activity that I can do in my free time. I also have some other favorite activities such as going shopping with my mother or friends and making paper flowers. However, when I have free time, I spend a lot of time on watching TV than other activities. Watching TV can support me not only relax but also build my knowledge about the open world.

I have unforgettable memories. It was once a cruise two years ago. They're composed of 5 people. I spent the holidays in his hometown, Binh Dinh Province. We went to play in Quy Nhon beach. Quite far way, tired and hungry, so we had to fish noodle bars. Then we were off to the beach, watching the sunset. Sea beautiful sunset. We went looking for shells and sea shells along the beach promenade. It was fascinating! Then we re-visit the nearby restaurant to eat seafood snails. I ate a lot, a lot of crab and the food here is very fresh. Then we're drinking coffee and listening to the murmur of the waves slapping real mellow. Until the evening we returned.
One day, a few of my friends and I went on a trip to Cam Ranh, a small interesting place on the coast of Nha Trang.
Cam Ranh is about five miles from Nha Trang
, A town famous in this area. The beach at Cam Ranh is beautiful, and has an iron mine near.
We arrived that morning. Upon leaving the bus, we divided into different groups and look for shady places to spend the day.
Soon, most of us went swimming. While in the water, we played some fun games . People on the beach have been playing other games. Some of them even sang and danced, at that time a person shouted : '' help me, help me '' and i jumped into the sea and helped a person that on the coast, people were running back and watch ,Fortunately, she was okay. then we have brought her home
In short, everyone enjoyed the trip. In the evening, we returned home on our bus, thought of the fun that we had there. it was each lesson for those who swim the implementation should be careful. This anniversary was truly memorable

It takes place every Tet Holiday for 1 week. It is celebrated by Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. They display and decorate the street with many kinds of flowers and lights. Many people come there to enjoy the beautiful flowers and take pictures.
I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.
I want to provide food, clothes and blankets for wandering children. I want to do that because I want to share what I have with the children in need. I also want the world to be good people to help the wandering children. I hope that no child will be hungry and cold. I will cook food and bring it to street children on the weekends. I will do this in my future. I will also encourage my friends to donate clothes and blankets for them.

Tran Thanh is an actor-comedian that I love. The actor is 32 years old this year and has been involved in entertainment activities since 2006. Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked,offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.
Ky Cung – Ta Phu temple is one of the biggest festivals in Lang Son province. It annually takes place on the 22nd through 27th day of the first Lunar month. This festival is held to pay our respects to Than Cong Tai, a head of district who had merit of opening Ky Lua Market to trade with Chinese from the 17th century.
The parade route runs from Ky Cung temple to Ta Phu temple. Local people dressed in colorful and traditional clothes paraded around the city. People go to temples to pray for a better health and a happy life.
Almost families along the streets celebrate big parties and invite guests to have lunch together. Every house also makes offerings, especially a roasted big pig. There are many folk games. The festival attracts many visitors even foreign tourists. This is one of the biggest and most important festivals in Langson.

Lễ hội đền Kỳ Cùng – Tả Phủ là một trong những lễ hội lớn nhất tỉnh Lạng Sơn. Nó thường diễn ra từ ngày 22 đến 27 tháng Giêng. Lễ hội này được tổ chức để thể hiện sự thành kính, biết ơn đối với Thân Công Tài, Quận công, người có công thành lập chợ Kỳ Lừa để giao thương với người Trung Quốc từ thế kỉ 17.
Đoàn người diễu hành từ đền Kỳ Cùng đến đền Tả Phủ. Người dân địa phương trong những bộ trang phục truyền thống và màu sắc đi diễu hành quanh thành phố. Mọi người đến đền để cầu nguyện cho sức khỏe tốt hơn và một cuộc sống hạnh phúc.
Hầu hết các gia đình dọc theo các con phố đều tổ chức những bữa tiệc lớn và mời khách tới dự và ăn trưa cùng nhau. Mỗi nhà cũng thờ cúng nhiều, đặc biệt là một con lợn quay to.

I have a memorable childhood which has many experiences. One of the experiences I remember most is the first time I was invited to a birthday party. I was a 6-year-old girl and I had a bestfriend whose name is Lisa. We were very close and seemed we couldn’t live without each other until her birhtday. It was a beautiful morning when Lisa invited me to her birthday party and had no idea about how great her party would be if she didn’t ask me to attend. I was very happy and decided to make my bestfriend surprise by giving her a puppy as a present. Lisa didn’t like dog or any animal but I almost forgot about that. I was confident to give her my present in her birthday and immediately realized that she didn’t like my little dog which I myself chose to buy 3 days ago. While the party was going on, I stood in a corner of the room and watched how much she loved other normal presents such as teddy bear, dolls or crayons. I felt dissapointed but that was not the worst thing. About 20 mintues later, Lisa’s father gave a sign that was the time to taking out a birthday cake. It was the biggest birthday cake I had ever seen. The light went off. As soon as it went on, somebody screamed “It’s a puppy in the cake”. Everyone was surprise and they recognized that was my puppy. They looked at the puppy and then looked at me. I glanced to Lisa. She said nothing and about to cried. I was very confused and ashamed. I carried my puppy, said sorry to Lisa and ran out of the party. I couldn’t believe that I had just broken my bestfriend’s birthday cake because of a silly decision. I learned that never bring any animal with me to a party, especially bestfriend’s birthday party. It’s an experience that I won’t forget for the rest of my life. Luckily Lisa forgave me and we are still friend up to now. She always reminded me about her 6th birthday and we laughed a lot.

My school life is as normal as every body but there is an event which I can not forget. At that time, I learned in secondary school. I was a gentle pupil and I hardly ever teased my friends. However, one day, that it was the rest time on Saturday, everyone goes out of the classroom, there are only me and a friend of mine here this time. He asked me to take a litter hull upper the door where is middle of the door and door-case then closing the door. we have hidden near the room and hoped that the litter hull would fall down someone when they opened the door. I have to write the report for my head teacher, clean the school-yard for a week and my action was informed my family. My parent scolded me very much. I don’t know How you think? However, this is the unforgettable memory of my school life.
