My favourite food is fried rice with vegetable and chicken curry with salad. This is, in fact, the most popular menu in our country. The rice is first boiled in water and then the boiled rice is fried with some chicken and vegetables and oil. The chicken curry is prepared separately using some spices and chicken and finally, the salad is prepared using different vegetables and fruits and then those are cut into pieces and mixed together with mustard. Then these three items are served together. I eat this menu approximately 3-4 times in a week. This menu is prepared at home mostly and sometimes I eat it in a restaurant. There are some variations in the way this food is prepared and the ingredients using which this food is made. Different restaurants have their own speciality in preparing and serving this menu. This is my favourite food for many reasons: firstly it is very delicious and healthy. This menu meets the demand for different food values our body needs. It is available in most of the part in our country. Thirdly, I like it as it offers the variations of tastes. Moreover, it is not that much expensive to prepare and does not require o much effort to prepare. For all these reasons it is my favourite food.

this is the recipe for making turmeric sticky rice(yellow sticky rice):
-firstly, soak the sticky rice with water for more than 5 hours.
-then, rinse the rice and drain it
-next, mix the rice well with turmeric extract for 10 mins
-after that, add coconut and salt. try to mix them well
-finally, steam the sticky rice for 30 mins. don't forget to check cooked

Lâu dần như vậy thì người chơi sẽ quen và mất đi kiểm soát luôn muốn tìm đến trò chơi điện tử và khi đang chơi thì không hề muốn dừng lại. Điều này sẽ dẫn đến tình trạng không tốt về mặt thể chất nếu chơi quên ăn quên ngủ và tiếp xúc với các thiết bị điện tử nhiều. Điều này còn gây tốn thời gian của người chơi bởi người chơi sẽ không muốn rời mắt khỏi trò chơi điện tử và không làm gì trong suốt thời gian dài và nếu chơi ở những quán điện tử thì còn tốn tiền bạc rất nhiều. Vậy từ mục đích được tạo ra để giải trí, trò chơi điện tử đã để lại rất nhiều tác hại cho con người và xã hội, thậm chí có thể đi đến những suy thoái về mặt đạo đức và lối sống. Đối với người trẻ, thậm chí có thể hủy hoại sức khỏe cùng ước mơ về tương lai. Vậy những người chơi trò chơi điện tử không đúng cách đã tự hủy hoại bản thân đồng thời biến trò chơi điện tử trở thành một nguy cơ tai hại cho xã hội, làm cho nó trở thành trò chơi bị toàn xã hội nhìn bằng cái nhìn phiến diện.

Vì mùa này trời rất nắng nên các bác mặc áo dày, đội nón trắng, khuôn mặt trùm kín bằng một chiếc khăn chỉ để lộ đôi mắt. Dụng cụ đã chuẩn bị xong, các bác bắt đầu công việc gặt lúa. Đàn bà lom khom cắt lúa còn đàn ông thì tuốt lúa. Tay trái các bác nâng từng bông lúa, tay phải cầm liềm cắt lúa xoèn xoẹt, đôi bàn tay mềm mại, thoăn thoắt tưởng như các bác đang múa. Từng bước chân nhịp nhàng di chuyển từ chỗ này sng chỗ khác. Lúa cắt xong được các bác xếp ngay ngắn thành từng đống rất gọn gàng. Lúa được cắt mỗi lúc một nhiều. Tiếng tuốt lúa vang lên rôn ràng cùng nhịp thở của các bác. Các bác đứng dậy vươn vai, quay lại nhìn thành quả lao động của mình. Nét mặt ai cũng vui. Mặt trời lên cao dần, Khi đã thấm mệt, các bác đứng lên nghỉ giải lao, ngồi uống nước đá, ăn vội cái bánh mì mà người nhà mới mang đến. Đâu đó vang lên những lời hát ngọt ngào của các cô gái làm xua đi những mệt nhọc. Sau ít phút giải lao, mọi người lại bắt tay vào việc. Càng về trưa nắng càng gay gắt mọi người ai cũng thấm mệt nhưng tranh thủ làm cho xong công việc. Mồ hôi rơi xuống nghe thánh thót, lưng áo ướt đẫm. Thỉnh thoảng, các bác lấy nón quạt phành phạch xua tan đi cái nắng nóng cứ vô tình chiếu xuống cánh đồng trống trải. Lúa trên ruộng cũng được gặt xong.
Vào mùa gặt, ai cũng bận rộn. Những hạt lúa chắc nịch, vàng ươm đã được đưa về nhà. Các bác nông dân phấn khởi vì vụ mùa bội thu.
