Cầu lông là một trong những loại vận động làm mọi người thích thú. Nó cũng tốt cho sức khỏe của chúng ta. Đó là lý do tại sao, tôi chơi cầu lông như là một trong những sở thích của tôi.

Cầu lông là một trò rất dễ chơi, tất cả mọi người có thể chơi nó. Trên thực tế, bạn có thể chơi nó ở bất cứ nơi nào với vợt và một quả cầu lông. Quả cầu lông được làm từ lông ngỗng gắn vào một mảnh nhỏ của nút chai. Vợt cầu lông rất nhẹ. Chúng thường có trọng lượng từ 90 gam đến khoảng 110 gram. Cú đánh của cầu lông có thể đi được quãng đường 260km mỗi giờ.

Có 6 động tác chính: giao cầu, đánh trên cao, bỏ nhỏ, đập cầu, tạt cầu thuận tay và tạt cầu trái tay. Sân chơi cầu lông hình chữ nhật và được chia làm đôi bởi một tấm lưới. Có hai hoặc bốn người chơi, một đội ở một bên của lưới.

Cầu lông lấy tên từ nhà của Công tước xứ Beaufort, Badmonton House ở Gloucestershire, Anh, nơi trận đấu cầu lông đầu tiên được diễn ra.

Có rất nhiều lợi ích của việc chơi cầu lông cho sức khỏe của chúng ta. Nó làm giảm cholesterol xấu và tăng cholesterol tốt và làm tăng nồng độ HDL cholesterol tốt trong khi giảm mức độ của cholesterols xấu. Khi bạn chơi cầu lông, nhịp tim cơ bản giảm xuống một vài nhịp mỗi phút và huyết áp giảm, việc đó bảo vệ bạn khỏi bệnh tim. Nó cũng giúp giảm cân đối với người béo phì và giúp đạt trọng lượng tối ưu so với chiều cao và độ tuổi của họ. Đó là lý do tại sao nó giúp bạn cảm thấy khỏe mạnh, mạnh mẽ, năng động, nhiệt tình và trẻ trung.

Về cơ bản tôi không thích thể thao, nhưng cầu lông là trường hợp đặc biệt. Tôi đã luôn luôn thích thú khi chơi nó. Tôi sẽ tiếp tục chơi môn thể thao này như là một sở thích của tôi và cảm thấy vui vẻ.

I love a quite strange sport for everyone, and it is ping pong. Not many people in Vietnam who are interested in ping pong, and it is also hard to find a place to actually have enough equipment to play it. Ping pong, or it also known as table tennis, consists of two or four players hitting a lightweight ball back and forth on a table. The table is divided in two halves by a net, and it marks the playing zone of each team. The basic rule for amateurs is pretty simple as players need to let the ball touch their side of the table one time before bouncing back. They then hit the ball back to their opponent’s side with a small paddle, and this time the ball also need to touch the other side of the table as well. A point is counted when a player fail to return back the ball, let it touch the net, or make it land outside of the table. Since it is played on a table, so the area is not big enough for us to wait and think about the next move. Therefore, we need to play it with fast reactions and nonstop motions. We only have one second to act the next step right after hitting the ball, and it does not take much time to complete a set. In a competition, and match usually consists of five or seven sets, and the first one to score 11 points wins a set. Many people do not take this sport serious, but I think it is a very good sport to train both of our physical and mental health as we need to be tough and have quick reactions at the same time.

My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.

Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.

There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played. 

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusias and young.

I don’t sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Hi everybodỵ I'm .... , today i want to introduce to you about my favorite sport, which i best is swimming. Although i don't know swim:D, in the summer, i've tried to learn swim, but i'm afraid of drinking to much water in swimming pool, so utill now, i can't learn how to swim. Swimming takes us many benefit, You'll have a good healthy or ideal height. When you water down, you should be careful, but noting that not to swim in the deep pool if you don't know swim. At the fist, you'll feel very tired and body pain.To be patient! you'll success.You should take a time of day to prae, such as in the morning or every afteroon, whenever you want. I'll relearn , this time, i think i can do.

Among my favourite sports and hobbies, I swimming the best for several reasons. Firstly, I think playing in the water could bring great joy. It also helps reduce stress and I always feel refreshed and relaxed after swimming for about half an hour. Secondly, swimming is an excellent way to keep myself fit and healthy. It helps build up my muscle strength and prevent many heart and lung diseases. Finally, besides being a great sport, swimming is also an important survival skill, because without knowing how to swim well, it could be dangerous if there is a flood, or simply if we want to play near bodies of water. Many of such accidents have occured to teenagers lately. In conclusion, swimming will always be my preferred hobby because it is not only healthy and fun but also a life-saving skill.

There is a lot of sports in the world, but my favorite sport is badminton. Badminton is great, when you play it, you will be healthy. I play it with my friends, but I often play it with my mom and my brother. After school, I play badminton. It makes me feel relax and I can study well after I play it. I play it because I will be fast when I play it. I love badminton so much.

Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

Ngày nay người ta chú trọng nhiều đến thể thao hơn vì nó đem lại nhiều lợi ích về thể chất và tinh thần đqwjc biệt là cầu lông. Hơn nữa, nhiều trường học và đại học cũng dạy cầu lông cho học sinh. Theo tôi, mọi người nên chơi cầu lông thường xuyên bởi vì những lợi ích của nó. Thể thao rất cần thiết trong ã hội hiện đại bởi vì con người đang dần trở nên lười biếng hơn.

I like swimming. It is my favorite sport, for I know that it is healthy as well as a good chance for a person to exercise his or her body. 
Last Sunday morning, as the weather was fine, I went to Vung Tau with my family. It took us about two hours by car to arrive at our destination, and I felt very excited about it. 

When our car reached the top of the cliff overlooking the Bay, I admired the golden sand of the long beach, the blue sky and water, and the splendid country surroundings which looked like an artist’s painting. 
We put on our bathing-suits and ran into the water. It was a very happy swim for me. We played ball, challenged each other in swimming a certain distance. Of course, I was always beaten by my bigger brothers but I was satisfied with my good effort. When we felt tired, we lay down on the beach to rest and to have some sunbath. At about noon, we returned to our tent and had lunch. 
About 3 p.m. we went once more into the water and swam till 5 p.m. Finally, we got ready to start for home. Everyone was delighted to have spent such a wonderful swim. I really enjoyed swimming very much that day.

Badminton is my favorite among all the sports that i know.Badminton makes me more healthy and more active in doing something that uses a speed and strenght.I think badminton is the most beautiful sports.It make me good as a healthy person because every time i play badminton my body feels good wholeday.It makeas you good also.And badminton have 2 equipment that you need only rocket and shuttlecock.I think that playing sports like badminton feeds my body to become healthy.Playing badminton is very interesting because every battle that you join theres a excitement but at the end of the game there is only one winner and losser.That badminton reminds me when my dad wants to teach me some technique but i always hit my enemy when the ball is not passing throught him because i,m trying to hit it.That badminton reminds me also the first gift that my father give me.The common in this sport is even it is not played always of the players they can easily remember it even they are not playing it all the times.The common in playing badminton is the more you play the more friends you got and a challengers come to have a battle to know if you are a great player.Having a sports is good because sports is more interesting than the computers,and cellphones that we use.Playing badminton can make your body have a good body strenght and active in everything.It can also help you to have a new friends and a new persons to teach how to play it.

Growing up, I have always had a knack for language. That is the reason why literature is my favorite subject. Literature brings me to various worlds, some are based on the reality, some are created by the humans’ mind. In my free time, I always read lots of books. Writing is also a favorite activity of mine. When I write, I get to have control over my story. I love literature and I hope I myself can write many good stories in the future.
