Badminton is my favourite sport and I usually play it in my free time. To play badminton the best, I must have speed, strength and exquisite. Sometimes, I play it with my best friends or my parents. Besides playing badminton provide for my body with the required energy to help me go through each day. Moreover, playing badminton is simple for everybody. The shuttlecock which acts like the ball is made from goose feathers attached to a small piece of cork. When playing, I need to smash the light shuttlecock towards the opponent’s direction. To me, badminton is the most fantasic sport in the world.

My favorite sport is badminton. It is an individual and team sport. It can last about an hour and a half. It needs at least two players, maybe more. Unlike football, badminton just needs a smaller campus to play, it needs tools like rackets, balls, nets. The two players have to take turns sending the bridge over the network until it hits the ground. Although quite easy, it also takes a lot of practical and flexible skill. In addition, badminton also helps us to be healthy and train our muscles. I love it so much, I often play it on holidays because it makes me feel more at ease after hard study days.

How are you? I was very happy when I got a letter from you. I am really happy that you spent a wonderful summer holiday in Sa Pa. And now, I would like to tell you about my summer holiday. Last summer I visited Cua Lo beach with my parents. We went there by car. We stayed in Binh Minh hotel for a week.
In Cua Lo, we visited a lot of interesting places: Hon Ngu island, Nguyen Su Hoi temple. But the most exciting for me was visiting Hon Ngu island. It was fantastic and romantic.. Food in Cua Lo is extremely delicious. I especially felt excited with the courses from seafood such as "cua rang me, chao ngao or mam ruoc"
Cua Lo's people are very friendly and warm. So, my parents and I felt happy very comfortable like at home. Well, I told you everything about my holiday. Trang, what places do you want to visit on your next holiday? Why?

Dalat is being the flower city. There have many flowers and the weather is cool. Dalat is famous for many beauty spot and fog. When you visit to Dalat you will feel comfortable.
You should get up early at 5.00am that can go for a walk along Xuan Huong lake, and enjoy fresh air
You can go to the market buy some special food such as strawberry, confectionery, atiso, tea, coffee, souvenir or go shopping.
If you are interested in sightseeing you can visit to valley of love, Mong Mo hill, Tuyen Lam lake, Than tho lake, Datanla fallwater... etc
At night, you can go drink coffee in center of city. On night saturday and sunday, you can come Hoa Binh street where you can enjoy the foods in night market like bean milks, egg ricepaper, arca and baked snail or buy something about dalat.

Vam Ho bird sanctuary is located in My Hoa and Tan Xuan communes, Ba Tri district, Ben Tre province with an area of 67 hectares, about 35-40 km from Ben Tre city, depending on the route, Ho Chi Minh City. 120 km road, 100 km waterway. Located along the banks of the Ba Lai River, the Vam Ho bird sanctuary is an attractive eco-tourism site formed in May 1986 by the previous flock of birds in Cu Lao Dat, An Hiep commune, Ba Tri district.
To prevent forest fire, Vam Ho bird sanctuary has been divided into 5 zones, embankment around protection dike and water supply from Ba Lai River.
To get to Vam Ho bird sanctuary, a big car has two roads, one is to go to provincial road 885 turn to Highway 10 to Tan Xuan, then to Ba Lai dam, then to Vam Ho bird yard, two are still provincial road 885 turn direction 10 go about 300 m turn left to Vam Ho Bird Sanctuary. Small cars have a more convenient way to go to provincial road 885 turn to Highway 10 to My Quy junction and turn left towards Tan My to Vam Ho bird sanctuary. Vam Ho becomes the largest bird sanctuary in Ben Tre province with about half a million birds of all kinds.

Sitting in the car, watching the street in the early morning, I saw the city where I live so that's nice! Two roadside planting lush green trees, straight as the pay of soldiers are marching ... Wow! Finally we also went to sea and then here?!? Vung Tau Sea dreamer but also full of life did I stood enraptured while now. Oh! salty smell of the breeze through my hair tone well enough for me to feel happy then! When I got the family room, I looked from the window of the fifth floor where you see the majestic Vung Tau, this beautiful! Today it's really beautiful, the sky clear blue, cloudless. There are a few sea birds hovering in the sky as if to join them for the amusement of tourists here! The sun looked like a ball of fire between a blue glowing translucent. When my parents told me to be able to park, I rejoice run like having gold, I was expecting this ohut chời seconds long time ago! Last traditional Lunar New Year, my family organized a trip to Cambodia, and it was an exciting trip. We did not go by airway; instead we chose to go by long-distance bus. After about 10 hours of sitting in the bus, we finally came to Xa Xia border which was located right next to Ha Tien. It was my first time out of the Vietnamese territory, and the religious atmosphere at Cambodia made me feel very impressed. After crossing the border, we spent about 3 more hours on the bus before reaching a small coastal province called Sihanouk. My parents were tired after a long trip, so they decided to have a rest at the hotel. However, my sister and I spent the entire afternoon wandering in the local markets. We bought a lot of interesting things, and what I most was the delicious durian. The atmosphere there was hotter than Vietnam, so we could only comfortably go sightseeing when the sun completely disappeared. Right in the center of the town is a giant golden lion statue - Sihanouk's symbol, and I noed that almost every major building here has a casino. Early in the next morning we boarded the ship to move to Korong Salem Island, and this was one of the most famous islands in Cambodia. After about 45 minutes on the boat, Korong Island appeared as a paradise beach with white sand and green coconut palms. The water there was crystal clear and as calm as a swimming pool. We spent a whole day swimming and playing along the beach, and we only had lunch when the sun began to shine brightly. The next day we visited some famous pagodas, and the trip ended late at night. Although I had to travel for a long way, but I feel this trip was worth it. Experiencing a new culture in Cambodia is a really exciting thing, and I hope I have opportunity to visit more countries.

I find playing online games very interesting. It can support me to feel relaxative after everyday after tired time of learning at school. I usually like to play online chess. It is exciting and challenging. It also help me to make friends online. It helps me to think over everything before acting. However, I always limit my time of playing online games. Because I think playing too much online games makes me tired. My eyes are often soring. My mother always reminds me of learning hard, so I know what is the most important to me. Playing online games only helps me to relax a little. So I advise you to working hard at school, and just spend a little time playing online games, although how much you like it.
In my summer holiday, I did not do something special and did not go somewhere special except Chamonix and Venice. Most of my holiday was showing friends of my parents and my grandparents the most important and the most beautiful places of Geneva and its surroundings.
I started the summer holiday before everyone (6 days before). That was because of my grandparents. Well, it first started off when my grand parents came. We were going by car where my grandmother wouldn't walk and I was walking with my grandfather. Because my grandfather likes walking and my grandmother doesn't. Well they stayed for 1 month and went back to Turkey. The next visitors were my mother's schoolmates (can you believe it!!). They stayed one month as well. We kind of went to same places, when they were gone that was the fun. We went to Chamonix and Venice.
The best thing there was the Jacuzzi and the pool. In Chamonix, the mountains haven. The highest there was Mont-Blanc and Auguille du Midi. We climbed with a cable car; it was totally amazing and extremely cold. This point was 3842 meters high. And, of course, I should not forget Venice, it was also a haven but I didn't see much because we had small amount of time. The most amazing thing was the square of San Marco Polo and then the gondolas.
The thing I really liked about my holiday was getting a brand new VW Passat and seeing my grandparents (first time in two years).
My favorite holiday in the United States is Christmas. I have many good memories of Christmas when I was a boy growing up in Colorado. Every Christmas, our family would go to the mountains to find a nice, big evergreen tree and bring it home to decorate in our living room. I liked to sit in the dark and watch the Christmas tree lights twinkle with the snow falling outside. Christmas was a time when our relatives got together and invited friends over for parties. We liked to eat many holiday foods like chocolate fudge, popcorn balls and pumpkin pie. Sometimes a group of singers would come by our house and sing Christmas songs while we listened. On Christmas morning my family would enjoy exchanging Christmas gifts. It was a happy time for me.
