When someone mentioned the ideal destination for holidays, the first place I think of is Da Lat. For a long time, this place has been famous for its colorful flowers, ancient villas nestling in the pine forests or the characteris fog. The landscape is very poe, the climate is also mild so that the vegetation is pretty diverse and avaiable. On big occasions or long holidays, Dalat has become a great destination to attract far tourists to come here, the background for beautiful wedding albums and also the venue for large and small national events. Not long ago, I travelled to here with my dear friends, together created so many beautiful memories of youth. For me, Da Lat has become an exciting destination on the travel route around the world.

Last summer, my family and I had a trip to Dalat, which was dubbed as the land of fog. We came to Da Lat by bus because we wanted to visit the scenery along the way. Dalat appeared as a city in the clouds, and we spent all our time here to visit famous places. We visited Bao Dai Palace - the residence of the last king of the Nguyen Dynasty with his family. The whole architecture was is European style, and there were a lot of beautiful flowers which were planted around the Palace. The ground floor was the place for meetings, banquets, greeting foreign guests and government officials. Bao Dai's office, library, games room were also located there. In the office there was a huge portrait of King Bao Dai and Prince Bao Long - who was chosen as the successor of the throne. The entire second floor was the resting place of the royal family, including bedrooms of the king, queen, and their children. There was also a place for the king and queen to watch the moon called the Moon Tower. The next place that we visited was Mount Langbiang, where there was a legend about a love story between a girl called Biang and her lover Lang. Their love was forbidden by their families, so they chose to die in order to stay together forever. Next, we were brought to the top of the Radar hill by a Jeep; from the top of the hill we can see Dalat from above through a dim layer of fog. In the distance were the Golden and Silver streams, and they were two strips of silk that ran across the forest. After 3 days of exploring Dalat, we finally had to go back home. The clouds and fog in the city still lingered in my mind, and I could not wait for my next visit to Da Lat.

Địa điểm tiếp theo chúng tôi đến tham quan là Đỉnh Langbiang , nơi có truyền thuyết về câu chuyện tình giữa nàng Biang và chàng Lang. Tình yêu của họ bị gia đình ngăn cấm nên họ đã chọn cái chết để được ở mãi bên nhau. Tiếp theo chúng tôi được đưa lên đỉnh đồi Rađa bằng xe Jeep, từ đỉnh đồi chúng ta có thể nhìn thấy Đà Lạt từ trên cao qua lớp sương mù mờ ảo. Ở phía xa là dòng suối Vàng, suối Bạc như hai dải lụa vắt ngang cánh rừng. Sau 3 ngày khám phá Đà Lạt, cuối cùng chúng tôi cũng phải lên đường trở về nhà. Những áng mây và làn sương mù ở thành phố đó vẫn còn vương vấn trong suy nghĩ của tôi, và tôi không thể đợi lần kế tiếp được ghé thăm Đà Lạt.

Additionally, there are a lot of delicious typical dishes such as: Quang noodle, xeo cake, pork pan-cake and others. Chủ nhật tuần trước, lớp mình tổ chức một chuyến đi dã ngoại đến đảo Sơn Tinh camp. Chúng mình xuất phát từ lúc 5 giờ và phải mất 3 tiếng mới đến nơi. Trên đường đi, mọi người đều khá hồi hộp và háo hức. Hôm ấy, trời rất đẹp, không khí trong lành. Trên đảo có rất nhiều nhà sàn và xích đu. Chúng mình được phân công dựng lều. Sau đó, mình tham gia những trò chơi tập thể như mèo đuổi chuột, bịt mắt bắt dê,... Các bạn đều rất hào hứng và thích thú. Một số bạn thua phải chịu phạt, làm mặt con bò rất buồn cười. Hôm ấy, cô giáo còn tổ chức sinh nhật cho một số bạn trong lớp. Đến trưa, đa số mọi người đều cảm thấy đói, chúng mình trở về lều, ăn những thức ăn đã được chuẩn bị sẵn từ hôm trước, sau đó, ngồi kể chuyện và ca hát, chụp ảnh chung. Buổi chiều, chúng mình được dạo biển bằng tàu thủy. Đây là lần đầu mình được trải nghiệm đi trên mặt nước, cảm giác vô cùng tuyệt vời. Đến 5 giờ, mọi người phải thu xếp hành lí để trở về, mình mua được một số món quà lưu niệm nhỏ. Trên đường đi, nhìn bóng hòn đảo xa dần, mình mong rằng sẽ có nhiều hơn nữa những chuyến dã ngoại lí thú như vầy.

I've been to some places such as the Valley of Love,Bao Dai's Palace,Prenn Waterfall... and tomorrow uncel Hung is going to take me,to the Hill of Dreams and the Flower Garden.In the evening we sometimes walked around Hoa Trung Lake and the city and tasted some Da Nang specialties.
I feel very happy and enjoy myself very much.Everyone here very nice and the food here is delicious.I'm going to return next Sunday 13 rd and will phone you when I get to the bus stop home.

Amidst the immense mountains and forests of Lam Dong province, Dalat, a beautiful town, captivates all those who have been there once. I am one of those.
Dalat is often called the City of Eternal Spring. Flowers of all colors, with many species, the most numerous of which are orchids. More than anywhere else in Vietnam, Dalat sees flowers vie with one another in blossoming in spring. I used to get up early in the morning on fine days to welcome dawn on the highlands. After two week is rest in Dalat, my health improved a lot. I think in the very near future Dalat will be Switzerland in the South-East Asia. 1. Giấy tờ tuỳ thân + tiền
Trong bất kỳ chuyến du lịch, phượt nào, việc mang theo giấy tờ tuỳ thân là cần thiết. Việc mang theo giấy tờ & tiền sẽ giúp trong 1 số trường hợp khi phải làm việc với vườn quốc gia, chính quyền địa phương hay kiểm lâm trong các chuyến leo núi… Giấy tờ và tiền khi đi du lịch nên được chia làm 2 nơi cất giữa khác nhau và để trong bao nilon để tránh thấm nước. Lưu ý không nên mang quá nhiều tiền, chỉ vừa đủ cho chuyến đi và dự phòng thêm 1 thẻ ATM/Visa.2. Balô
Balô trong các chuyến leo núi nên lựa chọn loại có kích cỡ vừa đủ và phù hợp với thể trạng từng người. Tránh trường hợp mang balô quá rộng, dẫn đến việc nhét thêm thật nhiều đồ dùng không cần thiết trong một chuyến leo núi , trekking, làm bạn dễ bị đuối sức.
Theo kinh nghiệm leo núi của mình, nên lựa chọn balo có thanh đỡ lưng, đai bụng, đai ngực và nhiều ngăn, để có thể để nhiều đồ đạc và dễ tìm kiếm khi cần thiết.

3. Nước & lương thực
Đây là những thứ cực kỳ quan trọng, phụ thuộc vào địa hình (có chỗ lấy nước hay không, leo bao nhiêu ngày, thời tiết nóng hay mát…) sẽ có sự chuẩn bị về số lượng nước và lương thực mang theo phù hợp. Tiêu chí: Vừa đủ.
Kinh nghiệm khi đi leo núi 2 ngày (như leo núi Tà Xùa, leo núi Bà Đen) của mình là mỗi người theo 3 lít nước và sẽ tranh thủ lấy thêm nước từ các con suối dọc đường. Leo núi Pha Luông trong ngày thì cần khoảng 1 – 1,5 lít nước…Mang theo chai 1,5 lít và cả chai 0,5 lít và không bỏ lại chai dọc đường (vừa tránh xả rác, và bạn có thể tận dụng lại khi cần).
Đồ ăn khô thường sử dụng phù hợp mang theo leo núi như: lương khô, bánh mỳ, xúc xích, giò chả, đồ hộp, mì gói… nếu có điều kiện sẽ mang theo gạo & đồ ăn tươi: gà, thịt heo nhưng phải chú ý bảo quản để tránh ôi thiu.
Mình có nguyên tắc khi đi leo núi là: nước và đồ ăn luôn mang theo bên mình tối thiểu đủ đảm bảo cho 1 ngày: 1 chai nước, 2 phong lương khô, 1 bịch bánh quy… dù cho nhiều chuyến có porter sẽ mang vác đồ đạc.

4. Giày leo núi
Giày leo núi nên lựa chọn loại có độ bám tốt. Mang giày vừa chân hoặc rộng 1 size, tránh trường hợp quá chật sẽ gây khó chịu khi di chuyển liên tục, giày bộ đội cũng là một sự lựa chọn cho việc leo núi.
Ngoài ra nên mang thêm 1 – 2 đôi tất để có thể thay sử dụng sau 1 ngày hoặc ướt, hạn chế việc mang giày/tất ướt trong thời gian quá dài.
Ở cung leo núi bà đen hay trekking Tà Năng – Phan Dũng mình vẫn sử dụng sandal hay dép lê, tuy nhiên việc sử dụng 1 đôi giày trekking mình cảm nhận sẽ tốt hơn, giúp đi nhanh & đỡ mệt hơn nhiều.
5. Lều / túi ngủ / võng
Trong trường hợp đi rừng không có khoảng không bằng phẳng thì sử dụng võng sẽ tối ưu hơn, nhưng những cung trekking không có cây lớn thì sử dụng lều lại tiện lợi hơn võng, lại có thể ngủ nhiều người.
Tuy nhiên trong các chuyến leo núi, nên mang theo túi ngủ hoặc chăn mỏng vì thời tiết trên cao khá lạnh và sương nhiều, bạn cần đủ ấm để có thể ngủ lấy sức sau 1 ngày vận động quá nhiều.
6. Trang phục
Trang phục leo núi nên lựa chọn đồ rộng, có thể co giãn giúp thoải mái khi di chuyển. Áo lựa chọn áo thun có độ thấm hút & thoát mồ hôi tốt, sử dụng màu sáng để dễ nhận ra và lên hình đẹp.
Khi trekking trong rừng hoặc khu vực ẩm ướt nên sử dụng quần dài, để hạn chế vắt, côn trùng hoặc rắn tấn công cũng như tránh trầy xước do cây, cỏ xung quanh.
Quần áo mang theo cần được bỏ vào túi nilon chống thấm nước trước khi bỏ vào balo.
Sử dụng mũ rộng vành giúp chống nắng hay mưa tốt.
Nếu phải di chuyển leo nhiều núi hay vách đá nên sử dụng áo mưa bộ, tuy nhiên nếu trekking đường dốc nhẹ thì sử dụng áo mưa cánh dơi sẽ phù hợp hơn vì có thể che được cả balo, và có thể sử dụng làm tấm lót trải.

7. Đồ điện tử: máy ảnh, điện thoại, pin dự phòng
Đồ điện tử phải luôn được bọc kín, và bảo quản đúng cách để tránh va đập hoặc ướt do mưa, lội suối.
Sử dụng 2 điện thoại để có thể liên lạc khẩn cấp trong trường hợp 1 máy bị hư.
Mang theo pin dự phòng để đảm bảo điện thoại đủ pin sử dụng chụp ảnh, dò đường, liên lạc.
8. Bản đồ, GPS:
Việc leo núi ngày nay đa phần dựa vào kinh nghiệm và người dẫn đường, tuy nhiên trong 1 số trường hợp tự leo núi hoặc không có người dẫn đường nên dự phòng thêm bản đồ (có thể sử dụng trên smartphone) hoặc GPS.
9. Vật dùng khác:
Dao, bật lửa, đèn pin là những vật dụng cần thiết và đa năng, có thể sử dụng nhiều trong khi leo núi, nên mang theo và để ở nơi có thể dễ tìm thấy.

3. Water & Food
