Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

My favourite food is fried potato. it's a kind of fast food. it's easy to cook it. I only need to buy some potatoes at the supermarket, cut into thin slices then fry them with a frying pan over a low heat. I often serve it with chili sauce and it will be more wonderful if i enjoy with my family. nowadays, many people buy fried potato at the fast food stores Jollibee, KFC, Lotte,... but i only want to make and enjoy it at home with myfamily. it's greater. i fried potato very much.
My favorite Vietnamese dish is Spicy Beef Noodle. It's called Bun Bo Hue in Vietnamese. Bun, bo, and Hue mean rice noodles, beef, and Hue city, respectively. This a famous dish from Central Vietnam. The dish is very flavorful and spicy. This dish is best to eat when it is cold out. It contains rice noodles, beef, shrimp sauce, spicy broth, a squeeze of lime, and herbs that go along with it. The broth is made out of beef and pork bones, lemongrass, annatto and shrimp paste. The combination of these things in the broth gives it a robust taste. Some variation to this dish added imitation crabs, beef and pork meatballs, and more. Even though this dish isn't as popular as Pho, it is my favorite Vietnamese dish.

They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.
To me, they're like the most speicial dish in this world.
The past, I don’t the cooking. One day, I just raised my head to surprise two eyes starting at me when I was holding a piece of almond cake. He said: “ can you make it? I it so much”. The fact, it was my friend but I promised that: I will make a almond cake for him. So, he was look handsome .
Today, I get up early and go to supermarket to buy some of raw material. Needing a lot of ingredients: 1 cup sliced almonds, butter, purpose flour, 4 egg yolks, 2 large egg whites, whole milk, vanilla extract, fresh lemon juice, black berries, raspberries, salt, sugar…
I have never imagined to make a cake that have many processing stages. But I promised, I will try my best.
- The first, I turn on the microwave ( 175oC) and give paper in the trap
- Mix the flour, salt, baking powder together
- Prepare the mixing of egg and sugar ( mixer high speed in 3-4 minutes, the mixing become yellow ivory )
- Milk and butter were boiled, then give the mixing of egg and sugar the before.
- Given in the mold, grilled from 30 to 35 minutes, check again.
- Putting out the microwave, the sk rammed hole full of the cake’ surface.
- Making the ice- cream cover in the cake ( when the cake is hot).
- Grilled the cake from 2 to 3 minutes ( almond is becoming yellow, don’t let burned)
- Waiting the cake decreasing hot, put out and give the table, protect in the closed box.

Beef bones you put in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then remove and wash.

I love eating delicious food or desserts. Anything that tastes good. If I see food and I don’t how the food looks, I won’t eat it. Now im going to tell you about four thing: fast food, mom’s cooking, candies and ice cream.
My favorite fast food is McDonald’s because it’s cheap and delicious. They have big meals and very full range, especially the cheese. The cheese is tasty. They have delicious french fried potatoes.
But my favorite food is my mom’s made lasagna!
That is all food but don’t forget I love candies and chocolate. I’m not sure if I have favorite candy. I think Dumle is one of my favorites because its not acetous. I hate acetous candies. It does something to my teeth that hurts. When I’m brushing my teeth, it hurts even then. That why I try to avoid eating acetous candies. I don’t eat candy so much, but I buy candy when I really want. I don’t want to eat so much because my teeth will suffer. I try to eat less candy, it’s not easy but well-being is more important than eating candy.
I eat candy when I watch movies and series but not every time I watch movie or series. It’s when I feel that I want to eat candy or when I found good movie or series. I do candies that have the taste of fruit.
I ice cream too. I think my favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate. My favorite icecream is Ben and Jerry Cookie Dough. I specially eat icecream when it’s sunny or when I’m watching a movie.

Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Mix 80 g butter with remaining ingredient, roll up tightly and refregerate until hard. Cut the butter into slices(about 20 g /each) and top over the hot steak. One slice for one steak. Serve hot with french fries.

Nguyên liệu:
- Bột mì 500g
- Men nâu 5g, bột baking soda 6g, nước 200ml, dầu ăn 50ml, đường: 20g lòng trắng trứng 1 quả, 1 chút xíu muối
- Thịt lợn vai 500g, trứng gà 5 quả (bạn có thể thay bằng trứng cút, trứng vịt)
Thực hiện:
Bước 1: Trộn men nâu với nước, đường cho tan rồi cho bột mì, dầu ăn, muối, baking soda, lòng trắng trứng, vào trộn đều.
Nhào bột cho đến khi bột mịn không dính tay là được. Cho bột vào một chiếc nồi phủ một chút dầu ăn để bột không bị khô rồi đem ủ chỗ kín như lò vi sóng khoảng 40 phút đến khi bột nở gấp đôi là được.
Bước 2: Thịt lợn xay nhỏ, trộn thêm gia vị, bột ngọt, hành tây rồi viên tròn lại. (Cũng có thể cho thêm mộc nhĩ, nấm hương, miến, hành tây tùy khẩu vị). Luộc trứng gà, bóc vỏ rồi cắt nhỏ miếng vừa ăn.
Bước 3: Khi bột đã ủ xong bạn chia bột thành những phần nhỏ khoảng 80gr. Viên tròn bột lại rồi cán bột ra cho thịt và trứng vào giữa. Tiếp theo, gấp bột theo hình quạt. Đặt từng chiếc bánh baolên từng miếng giấy để bánh không bị dính.
Bước 4: Nấu một nồi nước sôi cho bánh vào hấp khoảng 20 phút là bánh bao chín.
Giờ thì bạn có thể thưởng thức những chiếc bánh bao nóng hổi rồi.
