Mực nước biển ngày càng dâng cao, ngày càng nhiều các thảm họa tự nhiên xuất hiện đã đe dọa đến tất cả các loài sinh vật, khiến một số loài trở nên khan hiếm hay thậm chí là tiệt chủng, gây ra sự mất cân bằng sinh thái trên trái đất. Con người cũng không ngoại lệ. Chúng ta đang hít phải không khí ô nhiễm, ăn những thực phẩm chưa đảm bảo chất lượng. Nhưng bạn thấy đó bây giờ điều quan trọng nhất đối với cuộc sống của chúng ta đang bị ô nhiễm và bằng nhiều cách khác nhau. Sự ô nhiễm này ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe của các sinh vật. Không khí bị hư hỏng do khói ô tô và xe tải, và các trạm phát điện tạo ra mưa axit phá hủy toàn bộ rừng và hồ.
Khi các nhiên liệu hóa thạch như dầu, khí đốt và than được đốt cháy để cung cấp năng lượng cho việc thắp sáng, đun nấu, v.v ... chúng sẽ tạo thành các khí gây ô nhiễm.
