I have four lessons on Mondays. The first lesson start at seven o'clock. It's assembly. Then I have Math at seven fifty. The third and last lesson are Literature. It's finish at half past ten.
Nowadays, energy is necessary for our life. There are many kind of energy : ocean energy, electric energy, solar energy, wind energy... But energy also limit , so we must save energy. We can make some following ways.
To save petrol energy, we should:
+ Limit travel by car, motorbike, train...
You can using bicycles or walk.This not only help you save energy but also avoid traffic jams and can save your money any more.
- To save electricity energy, we should:
+ Turn off the light , the fans, the air-conditioner, you should close it after using.Avoid ironning close at peak hours...
+ When buying somethings, we should choose devices with costly a low electricity.
There are many ways to save water:
+ Turn off the faucet after using it
+ Don't let children play with water, if you let chidren play with water , this ill a lot of water.
- In the kitchen we should save gas energy by many ways:
+ turn off gas after cooking
+ don't use gas too much
+ when the food ripe, we should turn off gas immidiately to save gas.
- saving energy is our duty.
If you follow ways above, you can not only save energy but also save money very much and protect the environment.

I very like outdoor activities so Swimming is my hobby. I took up my hobby when I was ten years old. I think my hobby is difficult because It's very difficult to learn. I think my hobby is usefull because It's help me keep fit. I usually go swimming with my friends at the pool near my house. Equipments I need are: gogles, a life jacket, swimming clothes, swimming hat... I feel very happy and exciting because I can play in the water and keep fit at the same time. I will continue my hobby in the future because It's help me keep fit and relax for a hard working day.

In the future, I will live in amazing house. It's in the city. It's surrounds by a swimming pool in front and a large flower garden behind the dream house. The house will have twenty rooms. It's will have a wind energy to make electricity and a wireless TV, a smart robot, an automatic dishwasher, an automatic washing machine, solar energy, a super car and hi- tech fridge...A robot to cook dinner, wash clothes, look after children and to feed cats and dogs. A wireless TV can surf the Internet, send and receive e- mails and order food from the markets without getting out of bed.

My best friend in high school is Lan. Lan sits next to me in class, eats with me at break time, and hangs out with me after school. She has long and beautiful hair; my mother always says that I need to pay more attention to my hair so it can be pretty as hers. I am good at English while Lan is excellent in Math, therefore we can help each other every time one of us has trouble in understanding those subjects. Besides our study, Lan is always by my side whenever I feel upset. I tell her everything, and only her can know my true feelings. I have a best friend named Nha, we have been together since we were just little kids. She has beautiful bright skin and big black eyes. We have a lot of things in common, such as we love the same band, food and books. She and I even share the same name, and it is a small surprise for anyone who has talked to us. Nha is not my classmate, but we always help each other with the homework and school projects. We spend every minute in our break time to talk about all the things that happen in class, and people usually ask what can even makes us laugh that hard. My favourite sport is badminton. It is a individual sport. I try play it about 2 times a week. This game is for two people challenge each other. We need a racket and a globe. We just jump high to hit the globe to the opposite side. Althought this makes me tired, I will be healthier. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport. I love it.

I loved gymnastics . But in the measurement exercise I like badminton . Since it is very beneficial to health and also very funny anymore . The game consists of a pair of rackets and a shuttlecock . I wake up every morning to play badminton with my mother . My mother also loved the gym with me like that. I loved this sport .
Linh is a new friend moved to my class. Only in a short time people love her for being sociable. When in contact with you I see you very friendly and lovely. She learns very well because she is always studying hard. Especially her math is clever. Linh helps me difficult exercises. After school, we are playing sports is volleyball, badminton, baseball. Linh is a great friend.
