When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. If you drink a lot, you will be deficient in vitamins, obese, prone to cardiovascular diseases,… Coke is bad, but I still like its taste. Therefore, I only drink when I really crave it. You should also not drink this type of water too much to avoid harm to your health.

Listen to music is my favorite hobby. I listen to music when I do housework or sometimes I listen to music when I sleep. My favorite kind of music is Kpop. It is a type of music of Korea. It is so interesting and also exciting. Kpop has many type EDM, Morden, Hip hop, R&B( a music rooted in the black community living in the US). I know many boygroup like EXO, BTS, Got7, Shinne,.... They are handsome ans sing well. Kpop music like a spiritual food. If don't have music I can study hard. Music is an important part in my life. I like Kpop music very much

Volunteering is generally considered an altruistic activity and is intended to promote goodness or improve human quality of life. In return, this activity can produce a feeling of self-worth and respect. There is no financial gain involved for the individual. Volunteering is also renowned for skill development, socialization, and fun. Volunteering may have positive benefits for the volunteer as well as for the person or community served.[1] It is also intended to make contacts for possible employment. It is helping, assisting, or serving another person or persons without pay. Many volunteers are specifically trained in the areas they work, such as medicine, education, or emergency rescue. Others serve on an as-needed basis, such as in response to a natural disaster.

Trong cuộc sống, âm nhạc đóng vai trò quan trọng trongviệc cải thiện tinh thần con người. Âm nhạc là chủ đề lớn và là vấn đề nóng giúp kết nối mọi người lại với nhau. Bởi khi con người có kiến thức về các thể loại nhạc, họ có thể kéo dài cuộc trò chuyện. Âm nạc được tạo nên từ giai điệu và nhịp điệu để tạo thành một bài hát hoàn chỉnh. Có rất nhiều thể loại âm nhạc như pop, hio hop, ba-lat, đồng quê v.v. Giai điệu và ý nghĩa của chúng cũng khác nhau giữa các quốc gia. Tôi yêu âm nhạc bởi rất nhiều lý do. Thứ nhất, nó giúp con người thoải mái và giảm bớt căng thẳng từ môi trường học tập và là việc. Ví dụ khi bạn gặp rắc rối trong cuộc sống, một người sẽ nghe loại nhạc yêu thích và chúng giúp giải toả đầu óc. Thứ hai, âm nhạc giúp con người ở rất nhiều khía cạnh cuộc sống như: phim, làm ăn,… Ngày càng xuất hiện nhiều ca sĩ nổi tiếng và nhà viết nhạc đóng góp tiền để tạo nên quỹ từ thiện cho người nghèo. Điều này đã cứu sống rất nhiều người và cải thiện để dem đến một điều kiện sống tốt hơn. Thứ ba, âm nhạc không chỉ đơn thuần là giai điệu, chúng là nghệ thuật. Bởi vì âm nhạc truyền tải cảm xúc , nó là công cụ chữa lành vết thương tâm hồn. Ví dụ khi tâm trạng chúng ta tốt, bạn nghe nhạc rock, tuy nhiên khi bạn cảm thấy không muốn làm bất cứ điều gì bạn cần nghỉ ngơi với nhạc đồng quê hay nhạc trữ tình. Con người không thể sống vui vẻ nếu thiếu âm nhạc bởi vì nó là một phần của cuộc sống, nó xuất hiện ở nhiều nơi. Ngày nay, có rất nhiều vụ đạo nhạc dẫn tới sự nghi ngờ những nghệ sĩ chân chính. Vì thế nếu một nghệ sĩ muốn thành công, họ phải lao động bằng chính sức mình và một lòng cống hiến cho nghệ thuật. A good example is that when you are in good mood, you listen to energy rock music; however when you don’t feel like doing anything, you need some relax music as country or romantic country. Human cannot lead a happy life without music cause music is a part of life, it appears on several environments. Nowadays, there are more and more intellectual-property pirates, which leads to suspicion on serious artists. Therefore, if an artist wants to become successful, they have to work on their own and totally commit to their work of art. My favorites are fried rice with vegetables and chicken curry with salad. In fact, this is the most popular menu in our country. First, the rice is boiled in water, then the rice is boiled with chicken, vegetables and oil. Chicken curry is individually prepared using several spices and chicken and finally, the salad is made with different vegetables and fruits, then they are cut into pieces and mixed with blind cross. These three dishes are then served together. I eat this menu about 3-4 times a week. This menu is mainly prepared at home and sometimes I eat it in the restaurant. There are several variations in how this dish is prepared and what it is made of. Various restaurants have their own expertise in preparing and serving this menu. This is my favorite food for many reasons: the first is that it's delicious and healthy. This menu meets the needs of the various food values our bodies need. It is found in most regions in our country. Third, I like it because it offers variations of tastes. Furthermore, the preparation is not too expensive and does not require too much preparation. For all of those reasons it is my favorite.

What I love to eat is a very familiar to young people in Vietnam, and it is sweetened porridge. This is what most of children in the countryside wait for their mothers to bring home after they go to the market. It is made of glutinous rice, bean with some shredded coconut, coconut milk, sugar, and crusted peanut on top. There are many different versions of this food, and each region has the own way to make it. We can also add in the sweet potato, banana, corn, or lotus seed. They do not seem to match each other at first, but actually they can make a really good combination. Although they look different, but after all they are snacks that most Vietnamese people love. Besides, they can have positive impacts on our health if we know how to cook them properly. For example, the corn and sweet potato porridge are good for our digestive system, and the lotus seed porridge helps us to cool down our body. They are mainly made of natural ingredients, so I think they are better for us to eat than other junk foods. Sweetened porridge is one of the traditional dishes of Vietnam, and we easily come across them at some events such as Tet holiday, Mid autumn festival, Mid year festival, the first birthday party of a baby etc. A lot of them have their own meanings. For example, the sweet rice ball with green bean filling means reunion or the red bean porridge means luck and success. This is not just a simple dish, it is also a soul of Vietnamese cuisine. There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Môn thể thao yêu thích của tôi là cầu lông. Tôi thích chơi cầu lông bởi vì tôi nghĩ rằng đó là một môn thể thao tốt cho sức khỏe. Mỗi môn thể thao đều làm cho mọi người cảm thấy nóng và khó chịu nhưng với bộ môn cầu lông thì bạn sẽ thấy thoải mái vì trong sân cầu lông thường có điều hòa nhiệt độ.Tôi thường chơi cầu lông vào những ngày chủ nhật. Tôi thường chơi với một người bạn của tôi là Linh. Cô ấy rất giỏi cầu lông. Nhưng tôi không giỏi môn thể thao này nên khi chúng tôi chơi cầu lông, cô ấy đánh cầu qua cả hai bên cảu tôi. Cô làm cho tôi chạy đi chạy lại và cảm thấy rất mệt. Đôi khi tôi phải nhảy cao để đánh đánh quả cầu về phái đối diện. Mặc dù điều này làm cho tôi mệt nhưng tôi vẫn luôn muốn chơi môn đó vì sau mỗi lần chơi, tôi cảm thấy mình khỏe mạnh hơn nhiều. Với tôi, tôi nghĩ cầu lông là môn thể thao tốt nhất.

My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

Detective Conan is a famous Japanese detective story,written by Aoyama Gosho – a genius in creating characters and building plots. The main storyline is about a junior detective Shinichi Kudo. One time he was chasing some suspicious people, he was attacked and poisoned. The pill did not kill him, but it turned him into a seven – year – old boy. . He has a group of friends at school, and together they create the Detective team. He solves a lot of difficult criminal cases under the name of detective Mori Kogoro – a not very good detective and also his friend’s father. The famous Detective Conan is one of the best series of the detective category, and it is a pity of we miss it.Reading each page of the book ,we go from surprise to by the attrractive storry situation and the talented intellecftuce speculation ò the detective guy

Doraemon is one of my favorite comics, written by Fujiko Fujio. This is a famous comic book, adapted into many diferent kinds such as animated films, plays and short stories. The main character is Doraemon cats from the 22nd century to help Nobita, the lubberly boy. His duty is to help Nobia overcome troubles by using magical decorations. In addition, Doraemon and his team including Nobita, Xeko, Chaien and Xuka also join in the adventuous journey to the new land that is exciting and also dangerous. Through the pages, we see a beautiful and pure friendship. The first time I read Doraemon was in the second grade, since then, the book has been with my childhood, creating beautiful memories.

Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.
Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.
Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.
To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

Ballad originated in country and folk music because of slow, slow tunes and was often recited with piano, guitar or violin.
