Take it easy, friend.
Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Mix 80 g butter with remaining ingredient, roll up tightly and refregerate until hard. Cut the butter into slices(about 20 g /each) and top over the hot steak. One slice for one steak. Serve hot with french fries.

My best friend is my classmate at school. She and I have been studying together since we entered school in kindergarten. We have studied together all these years. We also travel by the school bus together because we stay close to each other. Her home is only a ten minute walk from my place.
My friend is kindly and sweet-natured. We are always happy to be with each other. We enjoy studying, playing and eating together. If I am sad she will do all she can to make me smile and feel happy.
She has always been kind and helpful to me. When I miss school because I am unwell she comes to my place to share with me all that has been done at school. When she misses school I too help her with all that has been covered at school. We also play badminton together in the evenings.

My bedroom is the most comfortable place in my house. It becomes my favorite room since I lived in this house five years ago. Actually it is not too large, the width is just 4 x 4 meters, but it is clean enough. It looks like a small cottage with a bed placed in the corner of this room. The color of the bed cover is pink, so soft and calm. On this bed, there are a pillow, a bolster, and 15 cute dolls that always accompany me when I am sleeping. If you enter to my bedroom, you can see a table and a chair next to the bed as my place for study. You can feel the wind blowing from a big window that always make my room cosy and bright near the bed. You can also see a beautiful garden that is full of wonderful flowers from this window. It can change your bad mood to become more cheerful. At the opposite of the window, there is a large cupboard with Bali’s carving. The carving is so smooth and gorgeous. It looks like a carving in the great temple. If you see around my bedroom, you will find a colorful wall. It is combination of attractive colors like pink, violet and blue. The colors are mixed perfectly and it shows the girlie room. It is also completed with some artificial flowers near the window that decorate my room beautifully. I like to spend my time in this room. For me my bedroom is my little palace.
Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.
Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.
Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.
To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.
I have a breakfast in the morning, a lunch is in the noon and a dinner is in the evening. In the morning, I often eat bread or rice and drinking fruit drink, sometimes i eat porridge. In the noon, I often eat rice with foods and in the evening, I eat rice with foods, too.
I want to cut down my fat belly, so I eat one rice bowl per meal. I also eat snacks in the afternoon in everyday, I sometimes eat with my friends and we are very happy, I prefer to eat at home than eat out, because I eating pizza, spagetti, xap xap, bot chien.
I always drinkg milk at before go to bed in the evening. I also eat fruit, because they are delicious and nutritious. I can cook, but i am not good at this

My favorite movie of all time is Titanic. It is the best love story I have ever watched. I watched this movie many times but I never got tired watching it. Whenever I watch it, I always cry.
The reasons I like it so much are the grand scenery and the romantic content. The film is about the love story of Rose Dewitt Bukater and Jack Dawson. Jack was a free-spirited poor young man but he got a ticket for a luxurious ship, Titanic. Rose was from the American upper class and was engaged to a man. She was reluctant to marry him. She met Jack in Titanic and they fell deeply in love even there was a huge gap between them.
Titanic was headed to America from England. However, the ship crashed into an iceberg on the way. The side of it broke up and the ship was flooded. Not everyone could escape safely. Many people dead include Jack. Rose was survived because Jack helped her to climb on a boat. Jack sacrificed himself for Rose. Although It was only a classical sad love story, it encompassed a large range of emotions, laughter, rage, terror and the feeling of deep love. I was touched and especially appreciate the love between them. They both tried to save each other. It showed the power of love could do everything.
I think the movie had the exellent content which was based on a real story. The two main actor and actress Leonardo and Kate had an outstanding performance. Beside, the scenery and the stage properties really made me amazed. From the big ship to the small cushions at Rose’s room, they were all delicate. Last but not least, the great theme song “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion marked the end of the story. Even Jack leave Rose forever, her heart will keep going on.
This is the best movie I have ever watched. No wonder why Titanic already won 11 Academy Awards. I recommend that everyone should watch this movie at least once.

In this film, You can see the wild spy action adventure director Matthew Vaughn has made up, based on the same name comic of Mark Millar. And it sounds like Vaughn already has some big ideas for the sequel. People often say girls love to eat snacks, and my close friend is the best demonstration of that statement. She likes to eat snacks more than the main meals of the day, and her favorite dishes are milk tea and mixed rice paper. Milk tea is a popular drink for young people, and she has at least one cup for almost every day. At first glance, this is a simple drink because there are just tea and milk with some cold ice. However, there are a lot of other stuffs to make a cup of milk with tea turn into an attractive drink. The combination that she likes most is jasmine tea, milk, cream cheese and jelly. The aroma of tea, the sweetness of milk, the fatty flavor of the cream cheese and the crispy feeling of jelly make her feel like this is the best drink. She usually goes to some of her favorite stores, and the staffs there even remember what she is about to order. The most suitable dish with milk tea is mixed rice paper. Some of the basic rolls are rice paper, shrimp salt, mango, dried beef, chili oil, and quail eggs, but buyers can choose the combination they like. At lunch time, she often buys a bag of mixed rice paper in front of the school entrance, then goes to the store and buys a glass of milk tea. Her mother always complains that she did not have a proper lunch, and she said that drinking too much milk tea is not good for her. After a time of eating whatever she likes, she feels that her mother's words are right.She still loves these two dishes, but now she knows how to adjust the level more appropriately. She drinks a lot of water and chooses other foods that are more nutritious, but milk tea and mixed rice paper are always her favorite.
There are four people in my family: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a 45-year-old engineer. He spends most of his time in the building sites. That’s why he has a tanned skin. After school, she runs fast to the market, buys some fresh food and backs to home to cook lunch. My father doesn’t come home in the noon so only three of us eat and talk to each other during lunch. However, the lunch is still prepared very scrupulous. In general, my mother is a gentel caring woman and sometimes she is very strict. I have a younger sister who will be 8 years old in the next October. My sister is pretty, docile and hard study. On every weekend, I take her to the park to have fun and we will buy some tasty ice creams. We quite close and sometimes she makes me very angry because of her negligent habit. The last person in my family is me. I am studying in the second year of Business Administration major at Hong Bang University. My schedule is changed frequently and I am also trying to get a scholarship to study abroad in Canada next year so I don’t spend much time to my family. But any time when I am free I try to help my mother in household chorces and take care of my sister. In my family, each person has a different responsibility but we always stand together to enjoy happiness moments, overcome the difficult time and solve the problems. I understand that there is nothing that is more important than my family. I love my parents and my lovely sister so much.

Vào mỗi dịp cuối tuần tôi hay dẫn em đến công viên giải trí và đi ăn những cây kem tươi ngon. Chúng tôi khá thân thiết nhưng đôi khi nó làm tôi phát cáu bởi vì thói quen cẩu thả của mình. Người cuối cùng trong gia đình tôi chính là tôi. Tôi đang học năm thứ hai ngành Quản Trị Kinh Doanh tại đại học Hồng Bàng. Lịch học của tôi thường xuyên thay đổi và tôi đang cố để giành được học bổng du học Canada trong năm tới nên tôi không dành nhiều thời gian cho gia đình. My favorite hobbies is discovering and reading books. I’m interested in reading books when I have free time it or when I have class assignments. I love reading books that are mystery, scary, or comedy. Reading comedy book is very fun for me because it can make me laugh. Mystery books bring me wondering. Scary books can terrify me and sometimes it can make me can not sleep at night. Reading book at home warms up my brain for school, and also makes my reading better. I love reading and hearing stories of all kinds. No matter if the story is real or fantasy, I would probably like it. This’s my last reason of why I like doing this hobby, reading.

My best friend is Lan. We have known each other since we were 10 years old. However we became best friends when we were at grade 7. At that time I was very bad at English and it was who helped me improve my English. Now she lives with her parents in Nguyen Trai street.
If I were to describe how she looks I would say she is very pretty. She has long black hair a straight nose and a small pointed chin. She is quite slim. She doesn t like to dress up so I usually see her wearing jeans and a T - shirt. She has a very nice personality and a wonderful sense of humour but she can also get a little depressed from time to time. I can always count on her to be honest and to give me the best advice.
What I like about Lan is that she has same hobbies with me. We both enjoy singing karaoke reading comic books and going shopping. We like going to the cinema but sometimes can t agree on which movie to see. In addition since I am better in Maths and Chemistry and she is better in English and languages we can always help each other if we get confused about a difficult homework assignment. We are so lucky that we get along so well. I hope that our friendship can last long.
I have a bestfiend and also a neighborhood whoes name is Tuan. His age is the same as mine but he looks like older than me. Because he’s very tall and thin, everybody calls him “a palm”. Tuan has a short curly hair and beautiful chestnut brown eyes that appeal of many girls. He is a person of very few words that makes him to be a good listener. Anyone, who has ever contacted with Tuan, thinks about him as a glacial boy. In fact he’s really warm and nice. He’s willing to help people whenever possible. When I was in secondary school, I found Math was very difficult to understand but Tuan solved the Math problems so fast. He spent all seven nights of weeks to help me in Math while he could go out to relax. Tuan was a good all-rounder exception English. Most of the teachers in school and parents highly appreaciated his talent. Only a month ago, he received two full scholarships from America Government to study oversea but he has not yet decided whether he should go or not. Although he has not spent much time to take part in sport activities, he is a well football player. We were in Ha Noi Young Football Team when we were in grade 10. Everything seems perfect to my bestfriend but he’s very modest and always talks to himself to give more effort. I’m proud of Tuan and pray for the good things beside him forever.
At school I learn many subjects but English is my favourite. I like learning English because som of reasons. First of all, English is an interesting subject. I can enjoy and undrstand many song that I like. I can read stories and watch movies in English. Beside English is an international language. Learning English well help me know many things around us and over the world. It can help me learn other subject easily. More over, I needs for future job. I want to be a tour guide in the future, in order to communicate with foreigners, therefour English is my favourite subject, I will try my best to learn English well.
My favorite subject in school is History. History is my favorite subject because to me learning about the history of the world and learning why wars were started and the sorts of mistakes humans have made in the past to me it is all so very interesting. Plus we need history because we look at history to see what sort of mistakes we have made in the past, learn from these mistakes, and try to not make the same mistakes in the future.
