He was a mainstream poliian for a long and was involved in active polis from his school life. He had great contribution in our freedom fight as well as in several other activities for the betterment of our nation. He lived from 1940 till 2000 and his death was a great lose for the nation.
He was an honest and brave poliian which has become rare in present days. He never compromised with the evil power of the polis and foreign powers. He had risked his life several times and with his bravery he had bought some advantageous changes in the country. He was an idol for the nations and for his honesty and bravery he is a well-known figure in the world.
He was an active member of the (...say a polial party name…) and never longed for power or fame. He could have easily gain a powerful position in the country but he had always led a simple and yet exemplary life.
I admire him for his unmatched contribution for the country and for the nation. We need many more leaders him and I regret the fact that we have only very few leaders him in our country. He was an ideal leader who has put his personal benefits away while he thought for the benefits of the country and the nation.

Speaking

Practise your speaking skill at home, at school and everywhere if possible

• At school, you can invite your friends to speak together at time break. start with easy sentences such as “What’s your name?” or “What’s your favorite food?”. Then go to more difficult one. The tree is look full of vitality , many the green leafs, many young buds. Everybody send the best wishes to people that we love in the new year, at that time, having many festival is hold. But, this season is usually appear the drizzle, so the road is dirty and the air in our home is wet.
The summer make people imagine the sea holidays. The temperature is the highest in year, every morning when we get up, the sun‘s come out and in the midday, the sun’s shining ( there’re not a cloud in the sky) , may be in the afternoon: when the sun ‘s just gone in, it raining cats and dog. The weather in this season is the same kinky girl. So, people will escape it by the way: finding the tourist attraction is near the sea, see the white sand in a beach, fell the cool air under the heat wave. However, many terrible storm in this time.
The autumn is a roman season. The yellow leaf is full of the road, everyone wear the simple clothes. Having couples are married, they take a album wedding in the old street. But, in the morning, it have many foggy- will be difficult to see the road, it’s dry- easy to fire. Sometimes, it had a heavy rain, sometimes it haven’t had any rain for a fortnight .
The winter is very cool. In Ha Noi hasn’t the snow, the sleet or the ice but we feel the chilly. We have to wear many clothes to go out. Whenever we also want to sleep, eat the hot food, not touch the water. So, we often busy in the end of the year to complete the work and come back home with our family.
Now, the weather is starting cool, we can live lazier.

My best friend is Lan. We have known each other since we were 10 years old. However we became best friends when we were at grade 7. At that time I was very bad at English and it was who helped me improve my English. Now she lives with her parents in Nguyen Trai street.
If I were to describe how she looks I would say she is very pretty. She has long black hair a straight nose and a small pointed chin. She is quite slim. What I like about Lan is that she has same hobbies with me. We both enjoy singing karaoke reading comic books and going shopping. We like going to the cinema but sometimes can t agree on which movie to see. In addition since I am better in Maths and Chemistry and she is better in English and languages we can always help each other if we get confused about a difficult homework assignment. We are so lucky that we get along so well. I hope that our friendship can last long.

It was a Friday morning and all members of the family got up quite early to get ready for the trip. We hired a car and drove for about two hours to arrive in Hai Phong province then got on a ferry to reach the destination. In spite of feeling a little bit tired, we got really excited when the beautiful coastline and sparkling blue ocean appeared in front of our eyes. We booked a family room in a 3-star hotel, which was pretty large and luxurious. The first activity we were so eager to experience was swimming. Unfortunately, the waves were too big for us to swim but it was fun to jump over them anyway. At night time, it was great to take off our shoes and wander along the coastline. The wind carried the distinctive smell of the sea, giving us a sense of peace and relaxation. Early on the next day, I woke up at 5 o’clock to follow my mom to the local market. We also hired bicycles to get around and explore the neighborhood, as well as find a souvenir shop to buy some gifts for our friends. On the last day in Cat Ba, my family took part in a small trip around Lan Ha bay by boat to immerse ourselves in the spectacular natural beauty here. The most interesting experience we had on the holiday was enjoying dinner on a boat. Eating fresh food on the sea when the sun came down really went beyond my expectations. After three days, we returned home but could not forget the great time we spent there. It was definitely one of the best memories of mine and my family members’.
Nha Trang, the capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest of the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests.
Nha Trang is one of the greatest holiday destination. I hope to have chance to come back

I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold
Nowadays, English is an international language, and most young people are learning this language with the hope of being able to communicate with people on over the world.
