My parents’ hometown is Long An, but I was born and raised up in Ho Chi Minh City. People usually call it Saigon, and it is the biggest city of Vietnam. It has a lot of fascinating buildings and constructions since it is a modern and developing city. What I love about Saigon is that all the new and old things are perfectly harmonized. Behind the skyscrapers are the small alleys which contain a slower lifestyle and traditional values. My friends and I have a lot of places to go in our free time such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Tao Dan Park, Dam Sen Water Park, Suoi Tien theme park, and many other places which tourists usually visit. Besides the view, it can be said that Saigon is one of the food heaven that people should not miss when they come to Vietnam. We can find almost all kind of Vietnamese cuisine here, and we can enjoy featuring foods on floating restaurants on Saigon River. I love Saigon a lot, because both the people and the city itself are nice to me and whoever wants to visit it.
This is a traditional village that has long been famous for pottery, porcelain, ... in the suburbs of Hanoi. At 7:45 am the convoy starts. Not only the students but also the teachers are eager to get to the place quickly. Along the way the students chattering, occasionally excited to see the strange scene: Red River has two massive new horizontal crossing, green muddy hills with buffalos, grazing grass, ... Soon, the car came to Bat Trang. After concentrating on listening to the instructors, students queue up to visit the pottery. Fortunately for our teacher is to visit one of the rare pottery pottery left over in Bat Trang village. Here the pottery is burnt with charcoal. This type of furnace has existed for a long time, but according to the furnace owner said, fired in this type of furnace product quality will not be the same but the workers are very hard. So, nowadays, most of the village has switched to gas stoves. Handcrafted ceramic kiln consists of three storeys, about 9m high, surrounded by charcoal, firewood and even bags for storing. It is called a bag, but it is made from fireproof ground, shaped like a millstone. The furnace owner said that in order to get the product sold to the market, she must be baked for 3 days. Uncle also describe us the steps to make a ceramic product: kneading soil, molding, drying, painting, dipping enamel, burning, ... Listen is simple but at every stage requires the potter must be very clever, sometimes even to the level of sophistication.

I write about PHO
This simple staple consisting of a salty broth, fresh rice noodles, a sprinkling of herbs and chicken or beef, features predominately in the local diet. Pho is cheap, tasty, and widely available at all hours. The Hanoi and Saigon styles of pho differ by noodle width, sweetness of broth, and choice of herbs.
In the Vietnamese community in the North of Vietnam, com is made from young sticky rice, the most delicious is made from sticky rice with yellow flowers. Nuggets are made from sticky rice. In order to make rice com, it must be chosen very sophisticatedly, it must be sticky rice with loose grains and even light yellow color. Sticky sticky rice, the rice grain turns light yellow, is the time when people focus on making com. Vong villagers who have been making com for many generations still retain their own taste, only intensifying over time, not fading. . Vong village cereal, with the scent of milk flowers, the wind of the pig, and songs blending together make a romantic Hanoi autumn, a cultural feature engraved into the soul of Hanoi people. Currently, in addition to producing fresh rice and com, Vong villagers also make rice cakes and rice cakes to serve the needs of a large number of people.
