Tourism is a unique human activity, experienced by millions of people worldwide every year. As people differ in their attitude towards almost everything in life, the same applies also to tourism; where some treat tourism globally as the focus of their act without scrutinising the other related activities pertaining to it. Hence, the term 'responsible tourism" emerged; in order to pay a sufficient attention of the tourist to the local cultural values of the destination country, and – more globally – to the environment. From my point of view, tourism must be labelled as a "responsible activity"; even if it is mandatory to issue as many local and international legislations to make it so.
While making tourism, should the tourist carry his culture with him to the foreign country? Obviously, the answer is "No". If the tourist insists on doing this, he will sure subject himself to great dangers especially in communities with intolerant local citizens. One of the best examples of this is the "Thump Up" sign which is greatly practised in many countries; where this sign is USA means "OK or very good"; while it is considered as very crude and impolite in Greece (which is a famous touristic destination). Thus, it is crucial to teach the tourists a list of common practices that they must refrain from doing, explaining the reasons behind this.
When it comes to the environment, it is indeed very unfortunate to find that the touristic areas are those with the greatest pollution and litter output! A few years ago, it was really surprising that an international campaign of volunteers aimed to clean the Himalayas from the trash left by the climbers.
In conclusion, tourism should be dealt with in the same way as freedom; that it must be "responsible", respecting both the local cultural and environmental values of each society.
All around the world, tourism is losing its glitter, due to the lack of responsibility by the government, tourists and local people. Some people consider taking responsibility in tourism by each individual is essential for the better environment, preserving cultures and improving the economy, whereas others think, this cannot be achieved in reality. In my opinion, tourism responsibility is required for better future of the world and this can be achieved with proper implementation.
People travel to different places but never show any attention or responsibility towards its improvement. To make this world a better place to live in, one should take it as one’s responsibility. First of all, the government should take a step, releasing more funds towards tourism and for providing much security. For instance, we find filthy guest houses, restrooms and no cleaning of surrounding places. People travel to enjoy the beauty of nature, but if they find this kind of dirty places, their enjoyment which lead to a bad memory. Even, local people and tourists who travel should obey the guidelines and policy of tourism for a better world.
However, there are some people who think when it comes to implementation of this; it is like a day dream which cannot come into reality. It is difficult for poor and developing countries to utilise more funds towards tourism. On the other hand, it is difficult to provide security and neatness at tourist spots unless every tourist shows attention as his responsibility. For instance, if there are sign boards which shows ‘please use right direction, danger at left direction’, they use only left and if there are any dustbins with ‘please use me’ , they do not use them at all. Thus it is very difficult to make it into reality.
In conclusion, better tourism can be achieved only if every individual takes the responsibility towards tourism. One should think, how much one is contributing, instead of just arguing and blaming the government. But the government should take the first step in achieving this. With this, not only it increases blissfulness of tourists but also increases economy of the country.
In this modern world, the rapid increase in the number of population and vehicles is a serious challenge for the governments across the world. To accommodate the maximum number of people and vehicles in a city they have to enhance the size of it. In this essay writer would like to discuss why careful planning is crucial when building a city.
To embark upon, first and foremost problem behind a broader city is that it causes deforestation. To make it clear, as they need more timber to build beautiful buildings and to make bigger cities they need more space so they grab the space of wild animals, so scientific planning is necessary. More importantly, this devastation of trees can cause air pollution so they should not imbalance natural habitat to build a huge city. Apart from this, they should have a proper waste management system most of the cities are facing this catastrophic problem such as recycling units and disposal units in the city.
Furthermore, the government needs to plan well when building a city. As we know there are many sophisticated cities that struggle with the inefficient drainage system, such as Bombay, Tokyo and the like. Moreover, narrow roads can cause traffic congestion and it is impossible for them to reconstruct a city after building it. In addition to this, modern cities should be well connected with other major cities through seaways as well as road and airways. The cities have many visitors not only as visitors but also for trading and for dwelling so modern cities should be big enough to accommodate more people. Moreover, these should have ultra modern facilities such as schools, colleges and hospitals.
To conclude, in this era most of the countries development are mainly concentrated in their cities so it is quite necessary to have a developed city but, these developments should be scientific.

Over the last years, many cities have grown in an unsystematic way. As a result, infrastructure of these cities are facing some problems. The best way to tackle this issue is to make careful plans for developing of these cities. In this essay I will look at the reasons why careful planning is so important and how they can positively impact on life in cities.
Firstly, it is common to see in many countries, especially in developed countries, a row of vehicles on the road that get stuck in traffic jam. The main reason for this is that infrastructure of roads in these countries are very dated and are not able to afford so much cars or other means of transport. If government improve the infrastructure of transport systems with a careful plan, there is no doubt that most of traffic problems will be reduced.
Secondly, we can observe a dramatic increase in the number of factories in many big cities which negatively affect to many aspects of the life there. What I meant by this is that factories in many cities were built in separate places and as a result factory pollution is spread all over the city. Although factories built in different places of the city can allow people to commute to work that are in short distance to their home, I think it is more advisable to relocate them to one place so as to accumulate all pollution in this place. Of course, it does not mean that any measures must not be taken to completely reduce pollution in this place in order to provide safer work conditions for workers.
To sum up, careful planning plays an important role in the development of cities. While it can reduce significantly traffic congestion, it can also improve air quality there.

Your biggest fear.
My biggest fear is definitely cockroaches! They’re extremely disgusting and annoying. They’ve freaked me out ever since I was young. I really hate the ones that hide in my bedroom. Every time I see one, I just scream loudly and find someone to help me get rid of it.

Today, people are producing too much waste leading to the fact that the city landfills are nearly full, rubbish is covering lots of rivers and lakes, which causes water and land pollution. To prevent this, we should recycle things like bottle, plastic appliances and papers. Reusing products instead of throwing them away is another method. Besides, we need to process the waste more carefully: sorting out kinds of waste for easy process, collecting organic trash to make fertilizers for plant. Furthermore, reduce plastic bags. You can use papers and leaves to wrap food instead or utilize organic bags which can be reused.
Since several environmental problems have been caused by humans’ forces, we need to act responsibly to reduce the damage that we are doing to the Earth. This essay will explain environmental problems and what governments and individuals can do to address these problems.
Two of the threats to the environment are air pollution and waste. Global warming, which is well-known as a global issue because of its devastating effect on the environment, is a result of gas emissions from factories and exhaust fumes from vehicles. In addition, the increase in human population comes along with a huge quantity of waste, which contaminates the Earth and pollutes rivers and oceans.
On one hand, governments could reduce air pollution in many ways. First, they could introduce laws to put a limit on factories’ gas emissions or force companies to use renewable energy in production. Second, they could also innovate the public transport system to become more convenient and greener. By this way, governments can encourage people to take public transport instead of driving, therefore reducing emissions.
On the other hand, individuals should also be responsible to lower down pollution level in their surroundings. They can take buses and subways or other means of public transportation rather than driving, which could reduce the amount of exhaust fumes from vehicles. Also, people should purchase reusable products and recycle as much as possible to avoid releasing too much waste. For example, Vietnamese people are recommended to use resuable or paper bags when going shopping instead of plastic bags to cut down on plastic bags consumption.
In conclusion, both national governments and individuals must understand the harmful impact they have on the environment and be responsible to ease damage.

When the coronavirus spread, I wasn’t worried at all. On the opposite, I wanted it to go on so that we would have longer holidays. I didn’t realize that everything would be closed because of coronavirus and the holidays wouldn’t be nearly as much fun as I expected.
The first week was fun, not many things were closed, and Tbilisi wasn’t sad and empty. But after a couple of days the virus spread to more people and everything got closed, so just sitting at home was getting boring. Usually I can be entertained really simply - just give me a phone or a laptop and yeah that's pretty much it, I’ll sit by myself and play games. But my mom and grandma don’t really like that, they want me to be healthy so sitting all day playing video games isn’t an option.
So I found other ways to entertain myself. First, reading: I’ve always loved reading and I do read now as well, but I’m running out of books and the bookstores are closed. Second, I really enjoy cooking, it’s just so satisfying when you have everything organized and ready to go and then you make just the perfect dish. But when I cook things don't usually go that way - and there’s total chaos in the kitchen. Third, I learn some new random things, I learned how to make a Facebook professional page and a Wix page for my grandma’s paintings and I learn random and handy stuff like that every day. Sometimes I also go on a little walk and I enjoy it a little bit. So that was the list of things I do during the corona holidays.
In these days, the whole world is in turmoil and panic because of a tiny but very dangerous virus: Corona. It is a virus that causes acute pneumonia in humans, threatening the health and lives of millions of people around the world. The number of victims of this epidemic is increasing day by day, making us all fear and panic.
