Hello, everybody! My name is Thao. Today I am here to present to you about Favorite TV shows. I very watching cartoons. And of all the film I have seen, “Grave of the fireflies” is one in the cartoons which I most. In Vietnamese it’s called is “Can ham đom đom” or “Mo đom đom”. It’s a tragic story about two childents in the war. It’s made from Japan by Ghibli studio, directed and written by Takahata Isao. It is based on a nover of Nosaka Akiyuki. It’s written as a apologize to his sister. With Japanese, this film is understand as a fable about the respect. Film is been in historical background at the end of the seconds world war from Japan. Film tells a painful story but moving to brothers sentiment of two orphanages : Seita and Setsuko. They lost mother after a fierce bombing of American air force to Kobe city while their father combat for Japanese navy. So Seita and Setsuko must to struggle to exist between the famine and the resistance to merciless of surrounding people (that have their kinship). They have to live in a shelter-pit and often eat frogs and lizards. At the end, Setsuko have to die for hunger, pictures depict painfulness and the death of little girl can be considered as the most mournful film pictures in the cartoon Japan history. When everybody, who had seen this film are asked, most of them said they cried, and that have me.That brings me to the end of my presentation. Many thanks for your attention!

I think listening to music is my hobby. I love listening to all kind of music when I do my housework, when I do not have anything to do, or even when I have meal. If I am in good mood, I prefer to listen some energy rock music that keep me happy and full of power. If I am tired, I chose some calm, relaxing songs. Music can speak, through music people can express feelings and emotions. When you hear something that looks like you, that you understand it easily, you start to love it. There are several different ways to enjoy music as your hobby. When you discover an artist or musician that you satisfies, it’s clear that you want to collect all of their works. Not only listening to music, a music collection is a great hobby to have, too.

Every year when Tet comes, my family will buy a cherry tree to play spring but this year is different. My father was given a apricot tree by a friend in the south, so this year my family used apricot to adorn the house. The apricot tree is not very tall, just a little higher than me. The branch of the tree radiates around a cherry tree. Young green leaves are full of life. But the most beautiful is the apricot blossom. Apricot flowers are similar to the peach blossom of the North but differ in color and size. Its petals are bigger than peach blossom and have a warm bright yellow. My mother said that yellow was the warm sunshine of the far south, which somehow made the house more cozy. Yellow pistil is equally striking. Before the 29th New Year, she and her mother decorated the tree with small lanterns, sentences, flashing lights that made the tree extremely beautiful. Anyone who came to my house would give me a compliment. But apricot flowers do not adapt to the cold weather in the North so only a few days after Tet is the flower begins to fall. I'm sad but I can't do anything. My father told me that next year, I would ask you to buy a tree to return to the spring to play, then there would be conditions for me to go to the South to visit the apricot garden. My mother is the one who I love most in my life. For what she’s done, she deserved with the whole world. My mother is a 43-year-old household wife. She’s tall, slim and especially she has a beautiful long black hair. She always smile thus everyone consider her a friendly person. My mom loves every members of the family with all her heart. She agreed to be a household woman instead of working out. My mother takes care of the household chorces. She wakes up earliest in the morning and goes to bed latest in the night. And during the day, she’s very busy. I remember once when my mother got sick so nobody did the house work and everything went to crazy. From then, my father and I join hand to help mother whenever we have free time. She’s really happy about that. When I was a kid, mom taught me to play piano at each weekend. I still remember the songs which includes many childhood’s experiences. Not only taught me to play piano, she also taught me to be a better human. I love the moral stories that she told me before I fell asleep every night. We’re really appreaciate mother’s effort, patient and her hard work to conserve the family’s happiness. My mother is an indispensable part of my life. When I grow up, I want to be a woman her.

My name is Linh. I'm in class 6C. I have black hair. I am not so clever but I am really hard-working and confident. This weekend, on Saturday morning I am helping my mom make some cakes. Then, I am tidying up my bedroom and reading my favourite novel.
After lunch, I am meeting Bao and Thu in the park to talk about the school trip. Bao and Thu are my best friends in class. Bao is quite tall and thin. He has short straight hair and black eyes. He is popular in our class because he is really kind and helpful. Thu is a pretty girl. She has a beautiful face and big brown eyes. She is quite active and independent.
On Sunday, Bao, Thu and I are going on a school trip with other classmates. We are going to Thu Le Park to see a lot of animals. We are riding boats in the lake and playing some games with suprising gifts. At noon, we are eating lunch at a restaurant near the park and going home at 3 pm.

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.
I prefer to eat at home. Although the family meal space is small, in it, the love contained in it is abundant. The kitchen still radiates heat, actively warming family feelings.
