Listen to the music of English

No, not English music, the music of English - its lilt, its prosody, the sing-songy-ness of it. The intonation. Even if you speak perfect English technically, if you speak it like a robot you’re not speaking it the way it’s meant to be spoken.

Slow down

Above all, if you want to be understood, slow down. The more clearly you speak, the better chance your listener has of understanding you. It’s tempting to get nervous and want to speed up to get it all over with, but you can’t do that! Clarity is key - for some native English speakers, too!

Record yourself

Though we hear ourselves all the time, we really don’t know quite what we sound like. So record yourself! What are the weak and strong points you hear in your speech? And then you can concentrate on what you need to work on.

Speak English at home

This is the biggest, easiest mistake to make. You go about your day, you’re on the job working partly in English, you go to your English class, and then you go home and revert back to your native tongue. While you may be making slow improvements, you’ll never get past that dreaded lingual plateau. Make a point to speak it at home, too. Have only English at the dinner table. Vietnamese food is varied and distinctive. It is considerably low fat and high in carbonhydrates. Traditional Vietnamese cooking usually uses fresh ingredients, little dairy and oil, and various herbs and vegetables. Different sauces such as fish sauce, shrimp paste, ans soya sauce are quite popular in various regions.

There is no concept of ‘ course’ in a Vietnamese meal. A meal consists of various dishes( meat, fish, egg or tofu), vegetable, soup and rice. Rice is the staple in Vietnam. In many families, people eat ariund a tray of food with a small bowl of fish sauce in the middle. Around this bowl are dishes. If people place the food on a table, a similar arrangement is followed. In general, Vietnamese food is considered healthy and is popular in other countries.

- Quy Nhon is a small city in the Central Coast Vietnam. It belongs to Binh Dinh province that is known as martial arts land of Vietnam. This is not a tourism destination so it's peaceful, quiet, friendly people, cheap price. Like another Coast cities, it has very fresh sea food. Now, some places are developing to attract tourists but if you want to find somewhere not crowded, this is.
You can go to the top of Vung Chua mountain by motorbike (from Ghenh Rang, near the Queen beach). It takes about 15 minutes. This is the best place to see all of the beautiful city, graceful sea with natural beauty of Thi Nai lagoon, Phuong Mai peninsula and Thi Nai bridge - the longest cross-sea bridge of Vietnam.
