My favorite holiday is Tet – one of the most important national celebrations in Vietnamese culture. We celebrate Tet annually in January or February in the Gregorian calendar and it is considered the biggest occasion for family and friends’ reunions.
While Lunar New Year can be regarded as quite a cliché event to describe, I think there are still many intriguing facets of it to mention. As Tet is the biggest celebration in Vietnam, schools and shops are often closed and workers would get around 2 weeks of holiday. Vietnamese people usually return to their families during Tết.
Some worship at the family altar or visit their ancestors’ graves in their homeland. What I love the most about Tet is Tet food. We get to cook and make very special dishes like banh chung, banh giay or nem ran. Thanks to the exquisite taste of these dishes, after Lunar New Year, I often gain a lot of weight. Other customs and traditions that my family usually practice during Tết are quite exhilarating too.
We often exchange New Year’s greetings, decorate the house with apricot flowers or peach blossoms, give lucky money to children and elderly people, or simply hang out on the streets to immerse myself in the distinctive atmosphere of Tet.
Tet is my favorite festival because it is one of the rare occasions where I get to reunite with my relatives and visit my grandparents. As we often return to our homeland during Tet holiday, it is a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Tet is a break from work and an opportunity for us to forget our worries and troubles of last year, bask in the warmth from friends and family’s company and enjoy the cheery, festive spirit. Thus, Tet teaches me to appreciate the people around me, as well as the traditional festivals that are indispensable.

There is a fridge next to the sink , many disks and bowls on the sink , a cupboard above the fridge . This is my bathroom . Keep clean environment isn’t only all ways are mentioned before but also to protect natural resources. That is the way to conserver wild life. First we need to conserve the old forest, rainforest, build more safari and national park, and plant more trees to make place to live for wild animals. Second we need to prohibit hunters who hunt animals too many out of the law allowance.

Talk about your favourite TV programme
Hello, everybody! Today I am here to present to you about Favorite TV shows. I very watching cartoons. And of all the film I have seen, “Grave of the fireflies” is one in the cartoons which I most. In Vietnamese it’s called is “Can ham đom đom” or “Mo đom đom”. It’s a tragic story about two childents in the war. It’s made from Japan by Ghibli studio, directed and written by Takahata Isao. It is based on a nover of Nosaka Akiyuki. It’s written as a apologize to his sister. With Japanese, this film is understand as a fable about the respect. Film is been in historical background at the end of the seconds world war from Japan. Film tells a painful story but moving to brothers sentiment of two orphanages : Seita and Setsuko. They lost mother after a fierce bombing of American air force to Kobe city while their father combat for Japanese navy. So Seita and Setsuko must to struggle to exist between the famine and the resistance to merciless of surrounding people (that have their kinship). They have to live in a shelter-pit and often eat frogs and lizards. At the end, Setsuko have to die for hunger, pictures depict painfulness and the death of little girl can be considered as the most mournful film pictures in the cartoon Japan history. When everybody, who had seen this film are asked, most of them said they cried, and that have me.That brings me to the end of my presentation. Many thanks for your attention!

In my house , I have a my room . It is the best room for me . I love it very much .I can store a lot of my important things in it. I will clean the room from time to time. There was a small bed in my room, which was just enough for me to sleep alone. There's also a small cupboard in the room to put up my clothes. Next to the bed where I slept, there was a white carpet under the small round table. That table was where I used to play chibi dolls. Ah, forgot the bookshelf on the headboard. The bookshelf is neatly lined with thick novels.Seeing me keep the room clean, my parents are very pleased.they kept complimenting me.I find it essential to keep the rooms in order.I love my room and I want the other rooms to be that.

Hi,everybody.My house based in flat land .First face of house near 7 national street.It’s large about 50 square metre.Around my house has many trees,flower .It contains two floors.The ground foor has five rooms include one living room,two bedrooms,one kichen room.and one bathroom.Upstairs has one room for me anf a room for reading book.In the living room has a sony television,a radio,and armchair.When a visitor come my family,we invite they to seat in here.Welcome you to my room.I will introduce for you.I love it because it has multi function.Include A computer is connecting FPT network with fast speed ,you can access internet, watch film by ephim.com,listen all kind of music.What about other devices,oke,A radio,a airconditioning with fress air.Althought near street,but quiet.It ‘s good to learn for me. From my room,you can see sky with blue trees lines,particulary you can see a large lake .Wow.Beautiful.If you visit my house,You can’t imaging what about happen to your’eyes.You will scream that ” oh my god,one house in my dream”.
