Maintaining a healthy body is not that easy and not so difficult also. Most important tip for a healthy body is to have healthy food and eat them at proper time. Avoid eating junk food. Your diet should contain food which has more nutrients. Try to include vegetables, fruits, milk, and fish in your daily diet. Make sure you are having your breakfast regularly. My hobby is travelling. I love travelling with my friends. Travelling gives me pleasure. Travelling is also a sort of education. By travelling I saw new things, beautiful objects and meet new people. It fills our mind with joy. There are various modes of travelling. Some people want to travel by train, ships, aeroplanes… But I love travelling by motorbikes because I can capture good moments on road. Whenever I am free I make plan with my friends and try to travel as many places as I can. I saved money everyday for travelling.

Sở thích của tôi là đi du lịch. Tôi thích đi du lịch với bạn bè của tôi. Đi du lịch cho tôi niềm vui. Du lịch cũng là một loại giáo dục. Khi đi du lịch tôi đã thấy những điều mới, những đồ vật đẹp và gặp gỡ những người mới. Nó lấp đầy tâm trí của chúng tôi với niềm vui. Có nhiều chế độ du lịch khác nhau. Một số người muốn đi du lịch bằng tàu hỏa, tàu thủy, máy bay nhưng tôi thích đi du lịch bằng xe máy vì tôi có thể ghi lại những khoảnh khắc đẹp trên đường. Bất cứ khi nào tôi rảnh tôi đều lên kế hoạch với bạn bè và cố gắng đi du lịch nhiều nơi nhất có thể. Tôi tiết kiệm tiền hàng ngày cho việc đi du lịch.

I have an unusual hobby: carving eggshells. I started this hobby four years ago after getting a carved egg from my dad when he came back from Japan. It's amazing that something as fragile as an empty eggshell can be made into such a beautiful piece of art. I was so amazed that I learned how to carve them myself from the internet. I find carving eggshells a little difficult but so interesting and useful. The feeling of accomplishment when I finish a piece is absolutely awesome. This hobby also helps me be more patient and careful.

Van Mieu (The Temple of Literature) was constructed in 1070 during Ly Thanh Tong's dynasty. Its original purpose was to honor Confucius. In 1076, the first university of Vietnam called Quoc Tu Giam (The Imperial Academy), was established within this temple by Emperor Ly Nhan Tong. That's the reason why the complex has the name of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam up to now. Initially, Quoc Tu Giam was the school for princes and children of royal families and then expanded in the following year to admit top students from around the country.

Nowadays, Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam is one of the most famous tourist destinations for both Vietnamese people and foreigners. It's also a place to celebrate doctorates and high ranking scholars of Vietnam. One special thing about this place is that there are 82 Doctors' stone tablets. They are tombstones with names and origins of 1304 doctors placed on the backs of stone tortoises. If you come here at the beginning of the year or in May, when many important examinations take place, you will catch sights of numerous families and students who come and pray for luck.

Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam opens daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the entrance fee for each adult is 30,000 VND.

1.I think i'm a healthy boy/girl because i do a lot of exercise to be healthy 2.Before meals,i often wash my hand first and do exercise 3.-eat more fruit,vegetables,nuts and whole grains

-Do more exercise,eat less junk food,.... còn nhiều lắm bn tìm trog sách nha:33
