Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.
Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.
Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.
In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.
Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. I was at the window seat and so I enjoyed the sight that I saw outside. It was so beautiful.The buildings all small and nice greenery from above. After some time, we were served food. My mother helped us have the food and we enjoyed the food. We made friends in the plane and had some nice time chatting with them.I played games and watched my favourite cartoon shows. After some time I slept and took rest for some time. By the time I woke up, it was almost time to reach. I saw the oceans below us and when were nearing lands, it was a beautiful site. I enjoyed watching all this beautiful scenery from my window and finally, we landed at our destination. Though the journey came to an end, it was all very nice and I d it very much.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Practise your speaking skill at home, at school and everywhere if possible
• At home, if nobody can speak English with you, stand in front of your mirror and speak with yourself. You may have many difficulties at first and you often think that there’s nothing to talk but if you try, it will become your habit gradually.
• At school, you can invite your friends to speak together at time break. start with easy sentences such as “What’s your name?” or “What’s your favorite food?”. Then go to more difficult one. And expressing your ideas is not easy, is it? For example, you want to say that “Yesterday, my father picked me up”. Writing
Try to write out all things you have spent in a day so you can practise this skill more often.
Chatting in English with your friends is really a very good idea.

Đề cao ý thức tự chăm sóc sức khỏe, tăng cường dinh dưỡng và thể lực để nâng cao sức đề kháng của bản thân và gia đình. Điều quan trọng nhất vẫn là thường xuyên rửa tay với xà phòng hoặc dung dịch sát khuẩn, hạn chế tụ tập đông người, thường xuyên vệ sinh các bề mặt đồ vật, tiếp tục thực hiện theo “Thông điệp 5K: Khẩu trang – Khử khuẩn – Khoảng cách – Không tụ tập – Khai báo y tế”:

Thường xuyên rửa tay với xà phòng hoặc dung dịch sát khuẩn tay tại các thời điểm: Trước khi vào lớp, sau khi ra về, khi thấy tay bẩn hoặc khi cần thiết. Chuẩn bị và mang đồ dùng cá nhân khi đến trường học, không dùng chung đồ dùng cá nhân với các học sinh khác. Thực hiện giãn cách phù hợp theo hướng dẫn của các thầy cô, ban giám hiệu nhà trường. Không khạc, nhổ; vứt rác, khẩu trang bừa bãi; che miệng và mũi khi ho, hắt hơi. Thông báo với cha mẹ, giáo viên nếu có biểu hiện sốt, ho, khó thở để được khám, tư vấn, điều trị. Nhắc nhở cha mẹ đo nhiệt độ, theo dõi sức khoẻ cho các em tại nhà. Chủ động tham gia thực hiện các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch COVID19 theo yêu cầu của nhà trường.
Trách nhiệm của giáo viên, người lao động tại trường: Không được đến trường nếu đang trong thời gian cách ly tại nhà hoặc có biểu hiện sốt, ho, khó thở. Đeo khẩu trang khi đi đến trường, khi ra về và những thời điểm cần thiết. Thường xuyên rửa tay với xà phòng hoặc dung dịch sát khuẩn tay; rửa tay trước khi đến trường và sau khi ra về. Yêu cầu học sinh rửa tay với xà phòng hoặc dung dịch sát khuẩn tay tại các thời điểm: Trước khi vào lớp học, trước và sau khi ăn, sau mỗi giờ ra chơi, trước khi ra về. Hướng dẫn học sinh thực hiện giãn cách phù hợp trong các hoạt động ngoài lớp học
