Banh Tom

Although Banh Tom is available almost everywhere in the country, it is best at the Nha Hang Ho Tay (Ho Tay Restaurant) on the banks of Truc Bach Lake, close to Ho Tay (West Lake) in Ha Noi. While diners eat the hot fired shrimp pastry, they can enjoy the picturesque form West Lake and the tree- lined Thanh Nien Road.

The Banh Tom is beated together meat, shrimp and some spices then it is heated in a frying pan over a high heat and add cooking oil. The Banh Tom is eaten together with dishes of spicy vegetable mixed with sweet and sour sauce. The dish should be eaten as soon as it arrives at the table. Do you want to be fitter and healthier? Would you to look younger? Do you want to feel more relaxed? Then try a few days at a health farm. Health farms are becoming one of the most popular places for a short beak.I went to Henley Manor for a weekend. It is the largest health farm in the country but it isn't the most expensive. After two days of exercise feel I ten times better. But the best thing for me was the food.It was all very healthy, of course, but it was excellent, too.

If you are looking for something a little cheaper, try a winter break. Winter is the darkest and the coldest season of the year, and it can also be the worst timr for your body. We all eat too much and we don't take enough exercise. A lot of health farms offer lower prices from Monday to Friday and from November to March.
