Dấu chấm hỏi
Dấu chấm hỏi dùng trong câu nghi vấn (câu hỏi) nhất là trong trường hợp đối thoại.
VD:
- Bạn có biết gì về tình hình Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa hiện nay?
- Tôi không biết. Còn bạn?
Cần chú ý:
a/ Dấu chấm hỏi có thể dùng trong câu tường thuật, đặt trong dấu ngoặc đơn để biểu thị sự nghi ngờ.
VD:
- Chúng ta đã mất Trường Sa (?)
- Chúng ta vẫn còn giữ được một số đảo!
b/ Không dùng dấu chấm hỏi trong trường hợp có từ nghi vấn trong cấu tạo của câu ghép với nghĩa nêu lên một tiền đề cho ý kiến tiếp theo.
VD: Trung Quốc là nước như thế nào, ai cũng biết.
c/ Nếu muốn tỏ thái độ khinh bỉ, mỉa mai, đồng thời hoài nghi thì dùng dấu chấm than và dấu hỏi trong một ngoặc đơn.
VD: Người ta đồn rằng hắn là kẻ lừa đảo (!?).
3. Dấu chấm than
Dấu chấm than thường được đặt cuối câu cảm thán, câu cầu khiến, khuyên ngăn, mệnh lệnh.
VD:
- Câu cảm thán: Trời! Biển đảo Tổ quốc ta đẹp quá!
- Câu cầu khiến, khuyên ngăn, mệnh lệnh: Việt Nam ơi! xin nắm chặt tay!
Dấu chấm than còn có thể đặt trong dấu ngoặc đơn để biểu thị thái độ mỉa mai hay dùng cùng với dấu chấm hỏi trong ngoặc đơn để vừa biểu thị thái độ mỉa mai, vừa hoài nghi.
VD: Hắn tự hào vì người ta không tìm được hắn (!)

I live in Hanoi - the capital of Vietnam. My city is located in the north-east of Vietnam. It's the center of culture and politics in my country.When coming to Hanoi, the first thing you should do is visiting two most famous lakes which are Sword Lake and West Lake. In summer, these two lakes are places for locals to stay away from the heat. Especially, you can feel the fresh fragrance of lotus in summer when visiting West Lake.

In the world of marine engineering, supercavitation accelerated method most hegemony.
