d) Ta có: \(-4x^2+8x-5=-\left(4x^2-8x+5\right)\)

\(=-\left(4x^2-8x+4\right)-1\)

\(=-\left(2x-2\right)^2-1\le-1\)

\(\Rightarrow X\ge\frac{2}{-1}=-2\)
