I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold

Căng thẳng có thể gây hại khả năng hệ thống miễn dịch của tôi làm việc tối ưu, những người căng thẳng thì có xu hướng dễ bị cảm lạnh hơn là những người ít bị căng thẳng. Việc quản lý căng thẳng góp phần trong việc phòng ngừa bệnh cúm. Bên cạnh đó, việc uống nước cũng có thể giúp rửa sạch virus cảm lạnh và cúm từ cổ họng đến dạ dày của tôi khiến chúng không thể tồn tại.Mặc dù bị lạnh không thực sự gây cảm lạnh hoặc cúm (mà virus mới gây ra điều này), nhưng bị lạnh có thể làm giảm khả năng chịu đựng của tôi và làm cho tôi cảm thấy khổ sở và mệt mỏi, vì thế tôi cần phải giữ ấm.
Ngoài ra, tôi ăn nhiều trái cây để có được vitamin C có thể giúp tôi ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh thông thường, và tôi cũng sẽ uống sữa nhiều hơn, điều này sẽ giúp tôi khỏe mạnh và mạnh mẽ hơn để ngăn ngừa cảm lạnh.

No one denies the importance of English language in the present time as global language. It is clear that the English language has become more dominant around the world. In some countries it use as the mother tongue and ,other countries learn it as second language in their schools. This is make English widespread. In addition, many reasons which contributed to rising of English spreading . for example, use it for communication between people around the world, as well as, it is language of modern times. On other hand , English is the language of science and technology.
There is no doubt that, the English is language of communication between the people with different cultures . It is also the language of computers that help to communicate with the people around the world through Internet technology and e-mail. People who know English can deal with the Internet, which is regard information and communications revolution .
Also one of reasons that contributed to the spread of English that, it is the language of the modern era. Where the people are use it in various field of life such as, economy, e-commerce, medicine and aviation. In addition ,it is the language which use in the tourism and travel. This reasons motive the people to learn English .
One of the main reasons why the English is dominant in the present time, use it in the field of education by universities and institutes and, they use it in scientific research . It has become an addendum to the mastery of scientific individual stock. On the other hand, the English is an important requirement in most government jobs and private.
It is quite clear that English has become an necessity today. We need it in different fields of life . The English language has become easier to learn more than ever before with the availability of many sources to help people learn very easily. Such as the Internet, books and educational institutes which spread around the world.

This energy can be obtained directly through the photoelectric effect, which converts the solar photons energy into electricity, as in the solar cell. The energy of the photons can be absorbed and converted into energy in the chemical bonds of photochemical reactions.
A natural photochemical reaction is photosynthesis. This process is thought to have stored solar energy in non-renewable fossil fuel sources that the industries of the nineteenth to twenty-first centuries had been making use of. It is also the process that energizes all natural biological activities, for livestock traction and firewood, traditional renewable bioenergy sources. In the future, this process could help create renewable energy sources in biofuels, such as liquid fuels (biodiesel, vegetable oil fuel), gas (biogas) or solid. .
Solar energy is also absorbed by the Earth's hydrosphere and Earth's atmosphere to produce meteorological phenomena containing exploitable forms of energy reserves. The Earth, in this energy model, resembles the water heater of the early heat engines, converting the heat absorbed from the Sun's photons into the kinetic energy of the currents of water, steam and air. , and alter the chemical and physical properties of these flows.
The potential of rainwater can be stored in dams and run the generator of hydroelectric plants. One form of making use of the energy from rivers and streams that existed before hydroelectricity was the water mill. The currents of the sea can also move the generator of a power plant using the currents of the sea.
The flow of the air, or wind, can generate electricity by turning a wind turbine. Before wind power generators were introduced, windmills were used to grind grain. Wind energy also causes wave motion across the sea surface. This movement can be utilized in power plants using waves.
Oceans on Earth have a greater specific heat than air and therefore change temperature more slowly than air when absorbing the same heat of the Sun. The ocean is hotter than air at night and colder than air during the day. This difference in temperature can be exploited to run heat engines in power plants that use the heat of the sea.
When the absorbed heat from the Sun's photons evaporates the seawater, some of that energy is stored in separating the salt from the salt water of the sea. The power plant uses the reaction of fresh water - salt water reclaim this energy when it brings fresh water from the river back to the sea.

My hobby is stamp collecting. I have been collecting both local stamps and foreign stamps for more than 5 years. I have now a very good collection of stamps.
It got started since I was young. I had always wanted the beautiful pictures on the stamps so I thought a way to keep them. At first I only collected local stamps which I got from the letters of my friends and relatives. Then my relatives went abroad so many collection of foreign stamps started to increase. Now I have two albums, one for local and the other for foreign ones. I classify the stamps into categories before putting them into my stamp album. There are some very rare stamps among them.
It’s an interesting hobby. First of all, when you collect stamps, you are able to learn more about the world. The stamps often say something about the country and its people. We can also know the names of many kings and famous persons. Secondly, you are able to meet new friends that have the same interest. I often exchange stamps with some of my friends.
In my opinion, good hobbies are those ones that give you the opportunity to develop a new skill. Collecting stamps teaches you some self-discipline and how to be very systematic.. I feel that my life becomes more meaningful when I have a collection of stamps. I’ll continue to make collection richer and richer in the future.
