1. Sở thích

I very like outdoor activities so Swimming is my hobby. I took up my hobby when I was ten years old. I think my hobby is difficult because It's very difficult to learn. I think my hobby is usefull because It's help me keep fit. I usually go swimming with my friends at the pool near my house. Equipments I need are: gogles, a life jacket, swimming clothes, swimming hat... I feel very happy and exciting because I can play in the water and keep fit at the same time. I will continue my hobby in the future because It's help me keep fit and relax for a hard working day.

2. Ngôi nhà mơ ước

In the future, I will live in amazing house. It's in the city. It's surrounds by a swimming pool in front and a large flower garden behind the dream house. The house will have twenty rooms. It's will have a wind energy to make electricity and a wireless TV, a smart robot, an automatic dishwasher, an automatic washing machine, solar energy, a super car and hi- tech fridge...A robot to cook dinner, wash clothes, look after children and to feed cats and dogs. A wireless TV can surf the Internet, send and receive e- mails and order food from the markets without getting out of bed.

I give you instructions of Special Chiness fried rice .The first , use a big pan .Then put a little oil and wait the oil very hot .After that , put garlics and green peper .Next ,put rice in .Chiness fried rice is finnish . I think ,it is very delicious.

I think we need to eat a diet. Our bodies need more nutrients from many different sources of food, so we need to change the various kinds of food, to eat much more food like beverages, vegetables, fruit, milk, meat, fish, eggs,etc. But we need to eat in a regime of a reasonable diet and it would be good for our health.
We should also eat more grains such as rice, wheat,etc. Because they provide our bodies with a large amount of starch, protein, fiber, vitamin,etc.
Eating more fruit and vegetables is good for our health. These kinds of food supply us with vitamins, minerals, etc. They help the body healthy and prevent us from cancer,also. We had better eat fresh fruit and vegetables several times a day.
For meat or eggs do we just eat enough. They contain not only high level of nutrients like protein, canxi,etc but also substances such as fat, cholesterol, etc that are quite harmful.
Fat and oil are also important because they contain essential fatty acids and vitamin E. But if we eat too much them it could be harmful to health, cause some dangerous diseases like obesity, heart disease,etc.
And finally we should drink plenty of water, several times a day. Water helps purify the body and makes it pleasant and refreshing.
For each person, there should be an approciate diet for themselve.

Ăn nhiều hoa quả và rau quả tốt cho sức khoẻ của chúng ta. Những loại thực phẩm cung cấp cho chúng ta vitamin, khoáng chất, vv Chúng giúp cơ thể khỏe mạnh và ngăn ngừa chúng ta khỏi ung thư, cũng. Chúng tôi ăn trái cây tươi và rau cải tốt hơn vài lần trong ngày.
Đối với thịt hoặc trứng chúng ta chỉ ăn đủ. Chúng chứa đựng không chỉ hàm lượng chất dinh dưỡng cao như protein, canxi, vv mà còn có các chất như chất béo, cholesterol ... là những chất có hại.
Chất béo và dầu cũng rất quan trọng vì chúng chứa các axit béo thiết yếu và vitamin E. Nhưng nếu chúng ta ăn quá nhiều chúng có thể gây hại cho sức khoẻ, gây ra một số bệnh nguy hiểm như béo phì, bệnh tim, vv.
Và cuối cùng chúng ta nên uống nhiều nước, vài lần trong ngày. Nước giúp làm sạch cơ thể và làm cho nó dễ chịu và làm mới.
Đối với mỗi người, cần phải có chế độ ăn kiêng thích hợp cho chính họ.

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

After high school there are numerous things I want to do and accomplish in my life.

I want to attend college and law school. After I start working for a few years, I plan to settle down, get married, and have children. I still want to have a career, but I want to raise a family too. I’m not sure what will happen after this or that even this will take place because I can’t really plan out my life. Life is an unpredictable thing. There are many obstacles that may get in the way of perusing my goals. Some of the obstacles are college and law school. It takes a lot of studying, hard work, and determination in becoming a lawyer. With hard work and determinationI plan to accomplish my goals, whatever they may be, and live up to my full potential.

From childhood, each person has a dream to pursue. To me, I want to be a teacher when I grow up. First, teacher has wide knowledge about many subjects so that she can make her best effort to teach student. As knowledge is power leading to success, no one can succeed without it. Second, being a teacher, one can learn from themselves, society and social relationship. A good teacher is the one who know how to balance virtues between teacher and student. Third, knowledge is limitless, being a teacher brings us higher job opportunities than other careers. Especially, human are leading a rapidly developing lifestyle, there is a large need of teachers for young generation. However, the benefits also come with drawback. Although it’s a good job, the teacher has to suffer from several stresses such as: score, teaching method, students and theirs parents. Therefore, patience, diligence and good qualification are thought to be 3 main key factors to become a good teacher. In near future, I hope to be an English teacher so that I can bring a popular foreign language to students at isolated areas. Since everyone are born fair, all the students have a right to go to school and learn from theirs friends, teachers. Despite the challenge of the job, I always choose to pursue my dream.

Đặc biệt, con người đang sống một cuộc sống phát triển nhanh nên cần rất nhiều giáo viên cho thế hệ trẻ. Tuy nhiên, lợi luôn đi với hại. Giáo viên là một công việc tốt, nhưng họ phải trải qua rất nhiều căng thẳng như điểm số, phương pháo dạy, học sinh và phụ huynh. Vì thế kiên nhẫn, thông minh, được đào tạo tốt là 3 yếu tố cơ bản để trở thành nhà giáo. Trong tương lai tôi mong muốn trở thành giáo viên tiếng anh để có thể mang một thứ tiếng nước ngoài đến những vùng hẻo lánh. Bởi vì mọi người sinh ra đều bình đẳng, tất cả học sinh đều có quyền được đến trường học tập từ thầy cô, bạn bè. Bất chấp những thách thức nghề nghiệp, tôi luôn chọn theo đuổi ước mơ của mình.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, Stay healthy when I can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and diet also help prevent the onslaught of colds or flu, a healthy lifestyle that will keep my immune system in the best possible condition, giving me the best chance of surviving. Against the onset of colds or flu.

I need to eat healthy food. Healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, cereals, etc., are an important part of keeping the nutrition in my body at its optimal level. The processing of fats and sweet foods does not provide for protection boosting immunity with healthy foods. Sweet foods can reduce immune function.

Exercise regularly. Exercise boosts the immune system to help prevent illness. Abuse of excessive or excessive exercise may also make me sick. I certainly have enough sleep every night, sleep at least seven to eight hours every night.

When finding somewhere to escape from the hustle and bustle of life, my bedroom is always an ideal place. My bedroom is on the second floor. It is not exactly a large room but it is spacious enough to become my private world. It is a fully-furnished room with a single bed on the left and a wardrobe on the right corner. And there stands a wood table with a shelf that contains many interesting books and is decorated with lots of souvenirs and birthday gifts on the left corner. With two small windows on the two sides of the room, I use bright color tone for the wall to make my bedroom airier and warmer. My childhood memories is coupled with every corner of the room. In my deep thoughts, it is not only a place where greets me after strained long hours at work, brings me sweet dreams but also a friend that witnesses maturity in every step of my daily life. My bedroom- a small room but unintentionally becomes a vital piece in my whole life.
