Nowaday, traffic problem is the biggest problem that many people care about. The first problem is the traffic jam in Lao Cai. Why? In the rush hours of the day, there're too many people using the road. Last year, in 2013, many bridges was built so it happen less but in order to stop this, a kind of small car should be invented, people should go to works by buses instead of going by motorbikes...
The second one, as you know, the roads in VN is not as big and clean as the roads in the big countries. They're narrow, bumpy and some dirty so it’s really hard for the road users to drive safely. I think we should raise money to make the road in VN better and better.
But everyone knows that Vietnamese people are not respect and don’t follow the traffic rules. That’s the biggest reason for everything. They wear the helmet that not strong enough to keep they safe if the accident may happen, they ride too fast on the small roads… The traffic will never can be improve if they keep doing this.
At the end, I hope the traffic in VN will improve more

Learning the English language in a country where people speak English is a very advantageous option, although not the only way. Personally, I completely agree with this statement, because living in English spoken country has a lot of benefits in terms of mastering this language.
Learning English is easier in an English-speaking country because the people around you are speaking English and makes it easy to adjust to English accent and also sentence patterns. For instance, it is very hard to learn English accent without listening to English. Besides living in English speaking country will enrich your vocabulary and grammar and that enhancement will occur spontaneously. And you can ask anything about the language that you have doubts about. You are bound to speak in this language and that would give you an excellent opportunity to enhance your speaking skill.
On the other hand, it is not the only way to learn a language. There are a lot of books that you can utilise. English radio programmes or TV shows are best options to learn the language. So, it will help you increasing your listening skills. In addition, nowadays, the internet is widespread and also a superiority in our world. Thereby, the internet comprises all kind of information and it will help you about your doubts. It is evident that there are enough programmes for speaking with somebody in which it will improve your speaking skills.
I would agree that people who live in a country like Canada, USA, UK or Australia, where English is used as the primary way of communication, would help them master this language pretty quickly and accurately. But not always you need to live there to learn this language. It is not uncommon for people who have never been in an English speaking country to have an excellent command over this language. Some of the poets and writers who wrote successful English literature have been born and raised and lived in non-English- speaking countries.
To sum up, learning English in an English spoken language will make it easy to study but there are a lot of ways that can be used for learning this language.
Throwing parties can be expensive. While some people do not find these fancy parties worth what they cost, others believe parties are important to both individuals and the society.
People choose to throw parties for a number of reasons. For starters, parties can make better teams. Project kick-off parties are good opportunities to break the ice and help team members to know each other better. Victory parties create a sense of success and belonging. Companies do not see parties as wastes of money and allocate budget to support such events. Moreover, parties often leave good memories. From our own experiences, we all have happy memories of our birthday parties when we were little. Every family has great photos took on family parties in their album. In addition, contrary to what some people believe that spending on parties is a waste of social resources, parties actually create value, either by employing people in the party planning business or by offering people better party experiences.

In my opinion, everyone have the same right to study at university or college. However, only the good student should study at higher education. Therefore, I agree with the second thought.
First, Studying at university or college is not easy for everyone. The students who were really excellent at high school should enter the university to study at the major that they are really good at. Although, the other students who are not good enough, can effort to study at university or college, It is still really hard for them, especially if they do not know exactly what they are studying.
Second, Studying at university or college sometimes wastes your time and money. It is not cheap to studying in university or college. Some families have to pay a lot of money for their children to study there. And the students themselves spend a lot of time at university doing the things they aren't good at.
Third, I believe university or college is the place for students who really desire to study the field they really care about. The others, who are not good at studying will have their own job out there in the society. They can learn from their experiences in work, learn from their failures or anywhere else. The important thing is that they are still excellent in their field and become the useful people for their country, may be the famous people in the world.
Albert Einstein said that: "Everyone is a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live it whole life believe it is stupid". I believe so. Everyone of us have the same right to study, but we also have our own mission. So study in university or not is not the matter. The matter is we know ourselves, we know what we good at and what we are doing to make our own life and this world better.
