this is the recipe for making turmeric sticky rice(yellow sticky rice):
-firstly, soak the sticky rice with water for more than 5 hours.
-then, rinse the rice and drain it
-next, mix the rice well with turmeric extract for 10 mins
-after that, add coconut and salt. try to mix them well
-finally, steam the sticky rice for 30 mins. don't forget to check cooked

Hi everybody. my name is Như today I will show you how to cook sticky rice. We need to prepare the following items: 500 grams of glutinous rice, 250 grams of peeled green beans, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil. First, the purchased rice is washed and then soaked for 8 hours. To save time in the morning, you should soak the rice overnight. After soaking, wash the rice again and then add salt and mix well. Next, soak the green beans for 4 hours, then mix them with salt and then steam them until cooked. Mix green beans with glutinous rice, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to make the rice smooth, shiny and not sticky. Put glutinous rice and beans in the steaming tray of the rice cooker, remember to pour a lot of water below the rice cooker so that there is no shortage of water. The Mid-Autumn Festival is an important traditional holiday in my country. Mid-Autumn festival is celebrated not only in Vietnam but also in some other parts of Asia as well, such as China, Japan or Korea. Hello everyone, my name is Nii. Today, I would like to tell you about Tet, also known as the Lunar New Year festival, which is the biggest traditional festival in Viet Nam. It takes place from the first day of the first month of the lunar calendar until at least the third day. Although occurring in a short period of time, it is believed to be the most important and popular holiday in Vietnam. There are many special food is made so as to prepare for Tet meal such as sticky square cake, Vietnamese sausage, sticky rice, and jam. The food is thought to reflect Vietnam’s habits and customs as well as Vietnamese’s lifestyle. Besides, the meal has other dishes like fish, vegetables to show the hope for a successful and prosperous new year. In terms of customs, children’s receiving red envelop from the elder, visiting relative’s houses, and going to church are popular activities. Giving lucky money is thought to bring children hope and health. Church is the symbol of peace; therefore, individuals go there and pray for a successive year. Traditionally, the house is designed with peach flower in the North and Ochna integerrima in the south part of Vietnam. Besides, the house as well as the town are clear, decorative, and beautiful as all are ready to start a new year. People have a cozy atmosphere and enjoy a joyful time with their family members. It’s high time for people living in different parts of the country to gather and spending time together. Tet is a chance for one to come back home after many stress and pressure of studying and working environment. Tet is not simply a holiday, it is a culture and habit of Vietnamese since its deep meaning is sacred and important. All in all, Tet includes not only joy but also a long-standing event in people’s souls as it helps one grow up through experience. And that's all about the Lunar New Year festival in Vietnam. How many of us recycle? Unfortunately, the answer is simple: not nearly enough. There plenty of excuses (yes, excuses) why you don’t recycle. “It doesn’t make a difference,” “It’s too hard to do,” or maybe even “They don’t pay me to do it.” But, are any of these reasons honestly justification not to do it? Recycle has immediate and long-term effects on our planet, all of which are good—how many can say that about not recycling? You don’t have to be a hippie to care about the planet or even to recycle. Here are some reasons why you should care about recycling.
One of the most important benefits of recycling is that it saves a lot of energy. When we recycle, manufactures don’t have to go through the long process of producing something completely new from our depleting natural resources. In using recycled materials, we directly affect the energy consumption of production companies. In the end, this helps keep production costs down, and when production costs and down, guess who ends up saving money? That’s right, we do. While it not incredibly major or abrupt, over time, the savings do add up.
The most notable benefit of recycling is the reduction in the size of landfills, and the need for them all together. This, in turn, helps us preserve our wildlife and natural beautiful; paper recycling alone saves millions of trees. The less resources companies need, the less tree-chopping and ground-digging they’re doing. Our ecosystem is a very fragile thing. Over the years, we have made catastrophic alterations to this system and led to the extinction—or near extinction—of hundreds of animals.
Recycling is also good for the climate. Goods made from recycled materials require less water, use less energy, and also create considerably less population. This directly affects the amount of carbon being produced, which then reduces the amount of unhealthy greenhouse gases being entered into the atmosphere. These are all immediate and long-term benefits of recycling, which not only apply to you, but your family, and their family’s family down the line.
Yes, recycling may be a bit more difficult than just tossing everything in one little bag, but when has doing the right thing ever been easy? People need to wake up and take recycling, and its benefits, more seriously; if not for themselves, then for the future (i.e their children).
In my free time, I love to relax myself by listening to music and watching my favorite films. I study all day, so after 7PM is the only time that I can use for myself. I have a smart phone, so I can download a lot of songs from the Internet for free, and I usually hear them with my headphone. Sometimes when my parents are not at home, I turn on the loudspeakers to have the best experience with music, but most of the time I just listen in silence. Besides music, movies are my biggest love. When I am not listening to the songs, I turn on my computer and watch some of the lasted movies on the websites. Since most of the best films are from Europe and America, this is also a way for me to improve my English skills. I usually do not use the subtitle, and I try to hear directly what the actors and actresses are saying. My parents want me to read books to even learn in my free time, but I think I should do what I actually love to make myself comfortable.
Nowadays , English is an international language , and most young people are learning this language with the hope of being able to communicate with people on over the world . English has become a compulsorysubject at most schools , and a lot of people go to foreign a process of training , and improving listening , speaking , reading and writing skill . We should focus on these four elements because each skill will have the necessary content to complement the other three . We improve our speaking skill if we can listen to and understand what people say ; and if we can master our vocabulary and grammar , we can write and read easily . Apart from spending the time to practice , we also need to be creative in learning English . Textbooks at schools and English-teaching centers are just basic steps , so we need to be proactive in finding more resources . There are a lot of movie , music and books written in English nowadays , and we can learn a lot from them . In short , learning English is a long process , but it will be easier if we can find the right and ecffective ways to learn

Since I was a little kid I always liked computers and wanted to work at them. I wanted to be a programmer. Lots of members of our generation would like to have this fun job.
As far as skills are concerned, you only need the basic programming stuff. You need to know which programme you should use, what codes you should type and at last you need to have a good computer for it.
The good qualities include your ability to make programmes for a computer to do all the filing for you and much more. For bad qualities, I can only say that you can damage your eyesight.
The reasons why you should do this job is mainly because it brings a lot of fun and comfortableness, and you can enjoy yourself each day you work.
