\((4x^3-3xy^2+3xy)(-\frac{1}{3}x^2y)=4x^3.\frac{-1}{3}x^2y-3xy^2.-\frac{1}{3}x^2y+3xy.\frac{-1}{3}x^2y\)

\(=-\frac{4}{3}x^5y+x^3y^3-x^3y^2\)
