\(4^{x+1}.1+4^{x+1}.4^1=1280\)

\(4^{x+1}.\left(1+4^1\right)=1280\)

\(4^{x+1}.5=1280\)

\(4^{x+1}=1280:5\)

\(4^{x+1}=256\)

\(4^{x+1}=4^4\)

\(x+1=4\)

\(x=4-1\)

\(x=3\)

Vậy \(x=3.\)
