My city – Ha Noi city, has bad traffic problems. There are so many vehicles on the streets and alleys, from buses, cars, to motorbikes, bicycles. The city has the most motorbikes in this country. Moreover, the streets are very narrow and bad. They are easily flooded when it rains heavily. The streets and alleys become bumpy after the rain. Many traffic users don’t obey the traffic rules. - * Preheat the skillet on medium high heat, when the pan is hot then add 1 tsp vegetable oil, 1 Tbsp chopped onion, few slices of meat and shrimp. Saute for 1 minute then pour in 1 ladle of batter ( 1/3 cup) into the center of the pan. Swirl the pan around to move the batter out as thin as you wan. Put the lid on then drop the heat down to medium low. Cook the crepe for 3-4 mins, after that remove the lid add 1 tsp of oil around the edges of the crepe and cook for 2 more mins. Then add a small amount of the bean sprout then continue to cook for 1 more min. Gently fold the crepe in half, remove and serve it immediately. Wrap with lettuce, fresh herbs & Vietnamese dipping sauce.
- * To get the crispiness for this crepe you need to use good nonstick, heavy frying pan and to cook it on medium low heat. It may take 7-8 mins to cook each crepe.

My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also like watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.
My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and participate in the inter-school competitions.
