Tourism is a unique human activity, experienced by millions of people worldwide every year. As people differ in their attitude towards almost everything in life, the same applies also to tourism; where some treat tourism globally as the focus of their act without scrutinising the other related activities pertaining to it. Hence, the term 'responsible tourism" emerged; in order to pay a sufficient attention of the tourist to the local cultural values of the destination country, and – more globally – to the environment. From my point of view, tourism must be labelled as a "responsible activity"; even if it is mandatory to issue as many local and international legislations to make it so.

While making tourism, should the tourist carry his culture with him to the foreign country? Obviously, the answer is "No". If the tourist insists on doing this, he will sure subject himself to great dangers especially in communities with intolerant local citizens. One of the best examples of this is the "Thump Up" sign which is greatly practised in many countries; where this sign is USA means "OK or very good"; while it is considered as very crude and impolite in Greece (which is a famous touristic destination). Thus, it is crucial to teach the tourists a list of common practices that they must refrain from doing, explaining the reasons behind this.

When it comes to the environment, it is indeed very unfortunate to find that the touristic areas are those with the greatest pollution and litter output! A few years ago, it was really surprising that an international campaign of volunteers aimed to clean the Himalayas from the trash left by the climbers.

In conclusion, tourism should be dealt with in the same way as freedom; that it must be "responsible", respecting both the local cultural and environmental values of each society.

All around the world, tourism is losing its glitter, due to the lack of responsibility by the government, tourists and local people. Some people consider taking responsibility in tourism by each individual is essential for the better environment, preserving cultures and improving the economy, whereas others think, this cannot be achieved in reality. In my opinion, tourism responsibility is required for better future of the world and this can be achieved with proper implementation.

People travel to different places but never show any attention or responsibility towards its improvement. To make this world a better place to live in, one should take it as one’s responsibility. First of all, the government should take a step, releasing more funds towards tourism and for providing much security. For instance, we find filthy guest houses, restrooms and no cleaning of surrounding places. People travel to enjoy the beauty of nature, but if they find this kind of dirty places, their enjoyment which lead to a bad memory. Even, local people and tourists who travel should obey the guidelines and policy of tourism for a better world.

However, there are some people who think when it comes to implementation of this; it is like a day dream which cannot come into reality. It is difficult for poor and developing countries to utilise more funds towards tourism. On the other hand, it is difficult to provide security and neatness at tourist spots unless every tourist shows attention as his responsibility. For instance, if there are sign boards which shows ‘please use right direction, danger at left direction’, they use only left and if there are any dustbins with ‘please use me’ , they do not use them at all. Thus it is very difficult to make it into reality.

In conclusion, better tourism can be achieved only if every individual takes the responsibility towards tourism. One should think, how much one is contributing, instead of just arguing and blaming the government. But the government should take the first step in achieving this. With this, not only it increases blissfulness of tourists but also increases economy of the country.

Nowadays, many companies encourage old employees to retire to make up room for the young ones. The above point is certainly true; this essay will contain some reasons that support my suggestion.

First of all, the new generation has multiple advantages that outweigh the old generation, because the world we live in currently is based on the fast, frequently-generated technology. The new generation is more adapted to become updated with the modern releases of it. They master advanced technology and have greater energy to exploit than senior employees due to many aspects including the physical strength of each party. Plus they are more capable of rejuvenating their concepts as they are gaining experience. Moreover, young employees would have the opportunity, just like the older ones had theirs once in the past, to show off their skills to their boss. Eventually, by allowing younger employee to become more involved in a beneficial way in their community, the spread of corruption would decrease gradually. As a result, the society will witness a great deal of sustainable economical production in the country.

Undeniably, old employees must have left an influential impact on today's trade. And their achievements that had been accomplished in the workforce force should be appreciated after they retire. Therefore, responsible organizations should work on arranging educational centres and beneficial events for the retired senior citizens. They would fulfill their free time usefully and efficiently, like pursuing in their personal hobbies.

At last, our community is based on a mixture of various age parties. For each period of time, each party obtains heir right to possess an effective role in the society. However, commercial and big companies prefer young employee because they infuse the work atmosphere with lots of young blood.

Studying English language in an English - speaking country has many advantages. Howver, I believe that it is not the best way to learn the language.

Firstly, most students who live in non - English - speaking countries learn English at secondary schooland at university.Although their spoken is not fluent, their knowledge of grammar is often quite advanced. This is useful when they come to an English - speaking country to improve the language.

Secondly, students'living at home do not have to worry about problems such as: finding accommodation, paying for their study, living costs and trying to survive in a foreign country. It would cause them much stress.

Finally, nowadays, the society is grower and grower and information technology is also improved. The internet thus also born. So we can register a few courses on the network. It also helps us to speak and communicate with English speakers.

For the reasons above, I believe that we can learn English whenever and wherever nowadays.

It is likely today that school children will take fewer exams than before, which are thought of as traditional method to judge a student’s academic proficiency. Instead, a student’s ability will be assessed constantly throughout the school year. Personally, I believe that this trend has its benefits and drawbacks. The reason for this trend may involve in the recognition that a student who takes too many exams is liable to suffer from pressure from their parents and peers when he or she gets bad results at school. Therefore, the option of creating fewer exams may reduce the burdens of studying on students themselves. In addition, students will have more time to improve other skills rather than concentrating on solely their studies. Consequently, they can develop better and more comprehensively. However, this is far from enough to do away with traditional exams. There should be some primary exams such as middle-term and final exams in order for students to study and accumulate knowledge. Imagine if there were not any exams, many students would probably waste their time doing such worthless things as playing violent games and even committing crime. Providing them with exams may keep them busy with their studies and curb unwanted problems arising. Besides, scores based on students’ exam results can evaluate their learning capacity more accurately and efficiently. That’s why we should not take traditional exams for granted and ignore them at any cost.
To sum up, moving away with traditional exams might not be an optimal method, which could be rejected if there were more relevant solutions to this issue.

The view, a year of traveling after teenagers finish high school, has been became more and more popular in the world, especially among developed countries. It's seem to be useful way for young people preparing for future and thinking about their future life.

Experts say that gap year is a chance to whom want to experience a completely independent life for first time, thinking about if necessary to continue their study or it's better to find a suitable job? For this reason traveling is a good solution both answer their question and enjoy their life. Generally speaking traveling make human a mature person, by improving human knowledge about own and the world that surrounded them. All of these help to recognize your favorites better and help to make right decision in the future. Also during a journey tolerance of human goes up and it good enough to accept your life duties best and bear hard situations.

On the other hand some people argue that such journeys covered huge cost. Since gappers pay their travel cost, they might go back home without any money for rest of life. So, they say going such journey basically is wrong. This view is true somehow. For all I think governments should pay part of costs in order to encourage people to do that, also organize these travels to be cheaper due to decrease disadvantages of it. In my view, if it is possible, this way is the big chance for the majority of gappers to know themselves.

Over all, although gap year has some disadvantages like it's expensive costs, it could be a good solution for whom want to feel a independent life if governments try to plan such trips.

Some youngsters consider a gap year the key to enhancing their career prospects, others think it is a worthless pursuit. I believe that pursuing a gap-year can provide worthwhile experiences to juveniles, laying the seeds of a prosperous professional career. Although a gap-year is an exciting opportunity to undertake a self-development project, it is risky at the same time.

On the one hand, youngsters can gain relevant work experiences, key skills; broadening their view of the world. Working during the defer years can increase invaluable knowledge. Furthermore, experiencing other countries can help gain an appreciation and awareness of global issues, putting people in the lead. Such knowledge is paramount to secure a dream job.

On the other hand, it can cost an awful amount of money to organise and realise. To add to the ordeal, one can get bankrupt. One in ten people face financial ordeals from budget mismanagement according to gap-year tour operators, however, that number is negligible.

Finally, in my opinion, hefty expenses should be the least cause for deterring a gap-year. The return on investment is high, bringing positive drastic changes to the personality of the youngster. Travelling to other countries solidifies young adults with soft, and hard skills; moulding character and individuality. Facing and circumventing adversity in an unfamiliar country sets a solid foundation for solving problems in life. Such experience is worth the expense.

In conclusion, there is definitely an edge some young person can attain contrasting to those who consider gap-years an expensive waste of time. However, improper planning can adversely affect personal finances; accurate gap-year budget plans eliminates the risk of debt and bankruptcy.

Outside of class, students also have to spend a lot of time self-studying and reviewing at home to be able to absorb and remember knowledge most effectively. Self-study is a modern form of learning widely applied because of the efficiency and convenience it brings. On the other hand, self-study also brings many challenges to learners because this form of learning requires a very high level of discipline and self-discipline. So why does self-study bring any benefits and what is an effective self-study method?

Each student has a different learning method to suit your personality. There are students who feel more focused when studying and listening to music, but there are also students who prefer a quiet study space. In addition, you can choose diverse learning methods that suit you such as drawing mind maps, learning through images, videos,... when spending time studying on your own. Not only that, students can study at an appropriate pace, spending time learning deeply about the issues they care about. When studying on their own, students are completely proactive in choosing study times that suit their schedules and personal habits. For example, there are students who feel they concentrate better in the evening, but on the contrary, there are also students who feel that morning is the right time to study. In addition, each student has a different free time budget and students are completely proactive in choosing self-study time that suits their personal needs.

Building a suitable self-study schedule for yourself will be the foundation for building a good habit for students. When studying on their own, students will be trained to be proactive and develop problem-solving skills because they need to proactively explore learning materials as well as find solutions to their questions. In addition, self-study means that students need to proactively arrange their time appropriately, this will help them form habits as well as self-discipline in learning.

Self-study requires high self-awareness and perhaps for many of you, this is the biggest challenge to overcome. Therefore, students should build a timetable suitable to their personal schedule, dividing time for studying, entertainment and time for other work. Note, you should allocate appropriate time so that your body does not fall into a state of fatigue and exhaustion, as well as choose the time when you feel you can concentrate best to study.

After having a suitable timetable, students should avoid the habit of procrastination and adhere exactly to the timetable they set to achieve the best results.
