Nowadays, many people spend a lot of time watching television. It can't be denied that since television was invented, it has changed our lives in many ways, and brought us many advantages as well as disadvantages.
Television plays an important role in our daily life. It's very informative. Through television, we can get the latest information easily and rapidly without leaving home. We can learn more and more about the world we live in and see many interesting things. Our knowledge is broadened in many ways.
Secondly, television helps us to enrich our spiritual lives. In particular, we can learn the language we like such as English, Chinese, France, Spanish, Japanese.....through language programs. We can be good and clever at doing jobs, making cake, cooking, arranging flowers through the practical course which is taught on television.
And watching is an enjoyable way to relax. After a hard-working day, it's so comfortable and fun to sit in the armchair and see a movie or watch a comedy program. There are also educational programs on television, so children can learn a lot from these programs.
On the other hand, television has some disadvantages. It has negative effects, especially for children. Some movies contain violence or crime. Therefore, the evil influence of television on the young generation is inevitable. It encourages them to commit the crime, or make children grow up to be violent adults.
What's more, watching television too much makes us passive. When watching TV, our brains don't need to work. Therefore, our brains become lazier. Watching TV too much is also bad for our eyes. This is the main cause that leads to short-sightedness.

Nowadays, the society is more and more developmental. The Internet becomes useful and popular with everyone. But as we know, everything has two-side: advantages and disadvantages.
We can not deny that Internet has many advantages. It helps us to get more information faster. In addition, we can relax by Internet after a hard-working day such as: listening to online music, watching movies, playing games...Toward the students and even people who have job, they can study in the Internet. It's really convenient for us to do everything easier.
Beside the benefit of the Internet, there are some restrictions. For example: These days, in the world, there are many situations that the students use Internet too much and distracted in learning. Moreover, using Internet for a long time might causes harmfulness for your health. And sometimes, we could get virus while using the Internet. It's very dangerous.
However, Internet is really useful and necessary for our life.

The Internet is a breakthrough in developing technology. It brings us wonderful advantages. First, education is more and more improved due to appearance of the internet. Students can learn and look for basic knowledge online without spending too much time in the libarary. This leads to the fact that it is very convenient for both teachers and students to broaden their perception. Second, the internet shorten the distance of people even though they are very far from each other. Skype or Yahoo are good ways for them to contact and have fun. It is true to say that distance is not a big problem in such a developing technology world. Third, the internet makes everything easier and faster. For example, we can send or receive documentary through email for a short time wwhile 10 years ago, we need to wait foe 3 or 4 days to send to a far distence.
On the other hand, the internet also has drawbacks. People especially teenager are easily involved in computer games. They take so much time to sit in front of the screen to play games. This doesn't only affect to their health but it also decrease the amount of money which their parents earn by hard works. They can't understand that money doesn't grow on tree. Moreover, the internet prevents them from taking part in outdoor activities beacause of the internet's attraction. This will slowdown socal skills and cause their inconfidence .

The world is developing day by day, and one of its biggest invention is the Internet. The first adventage of the Internet is that it changed our life style. While in the past, people had to go to the supermarket to buy what they wanted or they had to visit the park for entertainment, now we only need to stay at home with a phone connected to Internet, we can easily buy anything or can relax with video games. Tôi nghĩ, mặc đồng phục ở trường có nhiều lợi ích cho học sinh. Thứ nhất, mặc đồng phục sẽ giúp các học sinh không bị phân biệt giàu nghèo. Học sinh giàu hay nghèo đều phải mặc quần áo như nhau tới trường, và những học sinh nghèo sẽ không bị mặc cảm với các bạn cùng lứa. Thứ hai, học sinh mặc đồng phục nhìn rất đẹp và quyến rũ. Những bộ đồng phục đều được thiết kế rất đẹp để học sinh có thể thoải mái khi mặc. Thứ ba, học sinh sẽ không mất thời gian cho việc chọn quần áo tới trường. Điều này sẽ giúp học sinh chuyên tâm vào việc học thay vì suy nghĩ mình sẽ mặc như thế nào, mặc cái gì tới trường. Cuối cùng, đồng phục sẽ giúp học sinh tiết kiệm tiền mua sắm. Họ sẽ không tiêu quá nhiều tiền để mua quần áo vì họ luôn luôn phải mặc đồng phục tới trường. Nói tóm lại, Mặc đồng phục rất có lợi cho học sinh.
